Always a great experience when I get my nails done! Pricing is very affordable and the staff are always polite! Tina is my wonderful nail tech! I go in not knowing what color I want and she always picks the right color and design for me! I recommend this nail salon to anyone who wants a great experience, affordable nails and quality of nails!

I’ve been going to Tina for a while now and have no problems, shes the owner and is very personable. If there is a problem shes always willing to fix it at no cost. Everyone is friendly and the salon is very clean.

Cut my daughters fingers. Nails cracked within a week. Very unprofessional, dirty and always trying to upsell.

I came here over the summer a few times. and everytime i walked out of that salon i was so angry. There paint is so cheap, it chips within 2 days, they rush and skip over steps, the shaping is horrible, nail tech are rude, over charge for things i didn’t ask, or even know about. They can’t get shaping right whatsoever. They made my nails bleed numerous times. 0/10. Safe yourself the time and money do not go here.

Ok I HAVE to share this because I dont think its fair that people walk in here and get the same bad experience. My nails were long and had acrylic on them but they were my real nails. This lady ended up filing them down instead of soaking them first and ripped it off using the acrylic nail that is used to make the fake ones to the point that she ripped off my index finger nail and it was bleeding, clearly its not supposed to be painted over skin so I told her not to. Instead of waiting and soaking them she filed them down to the point that I felt it on my actual skin she did this about three times and apologized numerous times. They added an extra money because I had things on my nails .... but she ripped if off to the point of bleeding on 2 and filed 3 different nails down to the skin. I will not go here again, and I took a picture of it so this is not an exaggeration.

They do an excellent job and they do it quickly! I don’t have a lot of time so I appreciate that I can go for a fill in and I’m in and out in about 45 minutes and my nails always look great! I highly recommend them.

On January 23, 20 my daughter and I went to get our nails done. It was really nice walking in and getting our nails completely the way we asked. Price were reazonoble and friendly staff. We go there again today February 7, 20. This how long our nails went.

Last time I went there the regular owners weren’t there anymore and the place was being run by the sister. After she was in charge of the place this place went down hill. They started charging for a different shape of nail that wasn’t square because it was “too hard” for them. But if you’re a “nail tech” shouldn’t you be trained in how to do this stuff. And especially not cut your clients cutical while filing the nail down and then stupidly ask “oh no. How did that happen.” Along with the fact that they do not properly remove your nails and charge you $10 more for a technique I could have done at home for free. This is why I never went back and even though I miss having long beautiful nails I prefer to just paint my natural healthy nails then to go back to this place.

Worst place Ive ever gone to. I just came out of there mad. I told him I wanted long nails and he cut them too short and filed them even shorter. My nails were too pointy I could scratch myself. The nail polish was so badly put that my nails look like they have stretch marks. Their too thin and they all have weird shapes. I refused to be rude but Im never going back there or atleast not with the guy.

Every single time I come here, I get Kim. She does an awesome job at shaping my nails into a coffin shape- also, she is very gentle while doing them!! I totally recommend her to everyone who comes to Mimi nails:)

The man who did my nails seems to be scamming customers and possibly the nail salon. A few months ago, after my nails were finished and I tried to pay with a card, he told me the credit card machine was broken and I had to pay with cash. Luckily I had cash, but I do not believe the credit card machine was broken, as there was no sign on the door and they did not warn me before doing my nails. Either he didnt want to be charged the credit fee or was pocketing the cash for himself, since I dont think the owner was there.Today, after finishing my nails, he told me it would be $30. The sign says it is $26 for a fill-in, and that is what I have paid every time Ive gotten my nails done, so I asked if the price increased. He told me, No, your nails were just really bad. First of all, I had gotten my nails done there 3 weeks prior. Second, nowhere on the prices list does it mention charging extra for nails in bad shape. I again think he was just trying to scam me. When I handed him my Discover card, he told me only cash. I said I didnt have any. He told me, Only Visa or Mastercard then. I pointed out that the sign says they take Discover, to which he replied that the sign is from a long time ago. I told him I had paid with my Discover card three weeks ago and it worked just fine. He finally took my card and said he would give it a try and, of course, it worked. Once again, I think he may have been trying to pocket the cash. Long story short, I feel that he tries to take advantage of the customers and will not be going back.

Walked in here saw the same chicks from the salon on 23 who left my sister and I during our manicures to start a new customers nails and walked right out do your selves a favor and don’t go here

Went there about a week ago to get a fill. Was told I needed a new set which was fine but told him I didnt want my nails destroyed because thats happened to me in the past. Well two of my nails ended up bleeding and hurt really bad didnt even say anything I was now kind of angry. So then he rushes through everything, skipping over certain things.(I went to cosmetology school I know nails) when I went up to the register he charged me $7 more to take my nails off. I was very angry, he destroyed my nails by ripping them off. Now its a week later and two of my nails are now broken. I will never go back I have gone before and had a 50/50 feeling about the place but not any more. Dont go here I have never fully felt like it was a good place.

Horrible! So I got my nails done for $30 today. So when I went up to pay I handed over a 20 and a 10. Then I handed over another 20 and asked the man can you give me back four fives. He gives me back 2 fives. Then I say to him I gave you $20 I need two more 5s. Then he takes back the money he just have to me then gives me a 5 and 4 singles, Then he tells me I gave him $60 which made no sense. Then he tries telling me again my change is nine dollars after I gave him a 20. This ends with me yelling at him out of frustration. because on top of this, the whole time I was getting my nails done he was telling me Im rich and hes poor and I need to give him a tip, so unprofessional. And that really pissed me off because Im an 18-year-old girl and I work hard for my money. I work at four different Barnes and I dont just get money handed to me. And the hole time he also kept trying to get me to do more expensive stuff to my nails even though I already told him what I wanted. At the end of the day he gave me back $14 and shorted me six. and in the process through a five at me and told me to leave his store ! I will never go back there! Only reason I went was because my nail place was closed today. I shouldve just waited one more day!

Very poor since original owners left. Always trying to charge extra. Several times I have told them if a nail was not replaced or fixed that I should not be charged for it. Jimmy only wants money poor customer service.
