Went for a gel set and worse experience ever. The French nails were done so horribly and took over 2.5 hours to finish this set. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

They get the highest rating from me!It was my first time getting a manicure in well over a year. Ariel was friendly, kind and professional and immediately made me feel comfortable. They take all safety precautions & follow social distancing guidelines. I also received a beautiful French manicure for a fair price.After my manicure I got to ‘spin the wheel’ to earn points towards money off of a future visit. Ariel explained that they installed the wheel to cheer people up over the past few months since they reopened. Things like that show me they care about the well-being of their customers.I will definitely be returning here.

Pedicure came out great, if only the woman who did my feet was able to do my nails. My gel manicure was awful, there was so many streaks and didnt look nice at all. All the polish lifted after 3 days and I couldnt fix them since I was on vacation. They literally just peeled off my nail beds, really unfortunate.

Sat for two hours and didn’t get what I asked for. Owner was completely rude, laughed when I expressed that I’ve been sitting for two hours and they false advertisement their cat eye. Worst overall experience I’ve ever had. Do not recommend. Kelly is the only one saving that place.

Great experience at first. They have a great pedicure and place is really clean ill give them that. I took two stars off because my gel mainicure did not come out nice.. theyre clumpy and uneven. Looks like 5 year olddid them, rather do them myself for the $26

I have been a customer for many years. The quality of service and professionalism that this salon offers is outstanding. I have tried other salons, but none compare to Swan Nails. They also give great foot massages and treat customers like family. I highly recommend giving it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Cleanest nail salon Ive ever been to! They use a new nail file for each client. They are so professional and sweet. They always do a quality job on my nails and also make sure I enjoy the experience! Highly recommend.

So welcoming, flexible, friendly, and quite good. I got a mini spa pedicure and I highly recommend it. I got to see the manicures while I waited for my nails to dry and they looked incredible as well. Great for walk ins too.

I love the service there. Im always greeted warmly and quickly taken care of with an appointment or without. My nails always last longer than anticipated and Im the one that cleans at home lol. I would definitely recommend Swan Nails & Wax!

The staff is friendly and they remember who you are. Very good work and make you feel like family
