From beginning to end, my experience was nothing but pleasant. When I arrived I was given a refreshing pineapple beverage on the house and a soothing hot towel while I was waiting in the lounge. Kelsey was my massage therapist and she was fabulous! Shes very knowledgeable in her craft and I left feeling better and more refreshed than ever! I have had plenty of massages before and Kelsey really takes the cake for being the best! Ask for her always and you wont regret it. I already have my next 3 massages booked with her! Thank you Soleil Spa!!!
I have never had such an amazing spa experience! Since I’m on vacation I decided to take my relaxation to the next level, I went with the Tropical Paradise package. The therapist was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and safe so I could truly relax. The package starts with a margarita salt glow which is a whole experience all in it’s own! I had no idea what to expect, but my therapist explained the process . Entering the hydro therapy room was like entering into a whole new world! The service is done in a hydro therapy room which has several shower heads that massage and rinse the salt off after the salt was applied, my skin felt silky smooth. After my salt glow I was brought to a cozy massage room. Where I received a lovely 80 min massage with hot stones. Lastly, the package finished with a facial, which left my skin glowing. I’m an avid spa goer and I must say overall I felt on cloud 9 the whole experience through!
Wonderful relaxing massage by Linda! My facial was just as nice..thanks to Emma..very nice experience. I enjoyed the steam room also!
It has been the most amazing experience. Warm and welcoming staff. Spectacular full body massage, followed up by a glass of champagne, then steam room and sauna in a private area.Staff is attentive, respectful and full of positive energy. It was the recharge needed to start school again.I will be joining their membership as it really has a lot of options and value.
I called a week ahead of time to schedule my massage. After consulting with the person on the phone, I was scheduled for a Boaters Knot (deep tissue massage) with a hot stone upgrade. The price was not quoted to me over the phone. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrived on time, but was furnished with no paperwork. I was taken directly back and was given a Swedish massage WITHOUT hot stones. I left with shin splints that hadnt been there when I arrived. When I went to pay, I was initially charged $185 (not including a tip)!!! When I informed them that hot tones had not been used, they knocked $20 off.The massage therapist was very sweet, but that was honestly the worst massage experience Ive ever had. My husband does a better job in our living room.
Do not waste your money! Ive never paid so much for such crappy service. My daughter had a terrible experience with the woman using the aromatherapy oils on her face and needed her eyes flushed mid service. When I called to talk about it they did nothing and tried telling me she had an allergic reaction which she did not and offered no solution to my dissatisfaction. Biggest waste on money!!! Therapist was nice but dont waste the $370!
Had a wonderful relaxing massage today. This my 2nd time and cant wait to come back.
Two locations but was very courteous. I had erroneously booked my appointment at the other location which was 10-15 minutes away. But this location was very accommodating but does not offer couple massages.
Spa Soleil offers cordial service and a calm, very peaceful environment to relax and even spend the day. The services are affordable and of great quality and they even offer colon hydrotherapy now.
NEVER GO BACK!My Granddaughter gave me a beautiful birthday at the Windom spa in Palm Aire. The massages ok, the facial left a lot to be desired, no extractions just a face massage with oil. Then we had to go to another location, It was about six or seven miles away from the spa for the manicure and pedicure. The manicure was non existent. My hands and nails never got soaked or cleaned, not even a massage. Just a light push back of the cuticle. She painted with three coats of polish. The pedicure was the same as the manicure but a little more of a massage.I was so upset, I didnt say anything at the time, I didnt want my Granddaughter to thing I was not grateful. I know she paid a pretty penny for the treatment.I would never go back or recommend it to anyone. They should not be in business.I hope Windom reads their reviews
