Awesome place, great trainers, nice community, never the same workout! Safe and fun place to workout! They do electrostatic spraying of the equipment, temperature checks, 8 ft away from each other.

I’m 50, and I have a killer body. It took me 2 month in this place, to make me wanna continue. It’s really about the owners n the AMAZING STAFF - from the reception desk, to the coaches - especially BEN😍❣️❣️ BEN IS A PT THAT REALLY REALLY CARE!! He will correct me every time I do an exercise wrong (I’m new to this lol), so I’ll work the right muscle group!I also love the fact that Scott and his beautiful wife, are so sweet to my autistic behavior (I’m on the spectrum...). They are all heart n soul, and that’s the only reason why I drive 10 miles every morning, happy n ready to ROCK‼️T H A N K S SO MUCH GUYS🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I am so happy to see the best studio in Pompano reopen. In times of COVID, Nikki and Andrea truly know how to take care of their customers. I was completely at ease once I stepped in the studio. Everyone is MORE than 6 feet apart and there are temperature checks before your class. After you use your equipment they clean the equipment THOROUGHLY. Its not just a wipe down, they actually take their time and sanitize it properly. Just goes to show that they truly care about their patrons and are also making sure they do their part to prevent infection. Not to mention all the coaches are super friendly and have the best workouts. They have a lifelong customer in me!

Bodytek pompano is by far one of my favorite places to go! Never did I think a gym would feel like a family! The members and the staff are so welcoming and make sure you understand the workouts. The classes are perfect size and the trainers are always available to correct form or modify if you have an injury! I highly recommend!!

Fastest hour in my day! Great workout that you don’t have to think about. Friendly staff & welcoming environment—no matter what your age or fitness level. Instructors encourage you to push yourself—but also offer modifications.

An hour a day at Bodytek keeps the doctors away! The PANACEA for Stress. After an hour of focusing on the various activities, i feel rejuvenated and with much more energy than when I started. The staff is approachable, always with a smile and welcoming, always knowing your name.The coaches are friendly professionals that are knowledgeable and experts at what they do. They motivate, guide/improve/correct your actions (to prevent injury) and encourage during the hour session. I am 52 yrs old and not as active as I should be. I sometimes find myself cheating and not doing the the activities when the coaches (Ben) look the other way. The fun part of this,..is they know and call you out! They always have modifications on all the stations and it is never boring. I always found going to the gym boring. This one hour of activity is quite the opposite and although I dread getting up to go, I am always glad I did go afterwards...I want to give kudos and a shout out to my favorite coaches...Ben and Michael. They are awesome!. They never make you feel less just because you can not do the activities as well as others can...I say for those that are on the ledge...give it a shot... I did and I love it!

Love it here, all the trainers are so personable and sweet! They work with you to modify some workouts that may be too intense, but its always a challenge! Positive support group and great vibes in here! James and Michael are my favorites 💗

I am so happy to have found this gym! Every single workout is fun and full of energy. All of the instructors are amazing and they genuinely care about your progress. Great facility and instructors that have been very helpful with modifying exercises. This has been a positive and good replacement for physical therapy with my Parkinsons Disease, flexibly and coordination. Brian, Michael, Ben and entire team has been excellent. Thanks! Eric

Bodytek Pompano is GREAT! Best workout and amazing people, and trainers. I have been doing bodytek exercises for over 6 years and it has changed my life. Who would have thought that mindless Groupon browsing would have brought me here! Even though I didnt buy the Groupon, I remembered the name and decided to check it out.After only a month, Im ready to be a lifer!!!. Michael keeps us in check, Ben challenges us, Maia adds a unique twist to each class and Robbie makes us laugh (while simultaneously killing us). The equipments and machines are also always clean. If more than five stars was an option, Id gladly give it! If youre in Pompano Beach and youre looking for a fun and challenging workout, check them out!

This place is awesome! The music, variety of workouts, group atmosphere, and especially the energy and encouragement of the coaches would motivate anyone...even this grandma at 5:30 AM! The coaches make individual adjustments as necessary to accommodate the skill level of all of the participants. Best decision that Ive made in a long time!

Last Sunday was my first time visiting Pompano location, I am a current Davie member. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice this location and staff was. Scott the owner made me feel welcomed and the workout was incredible. The instructor Brian was calling me by my name, despite being in a group class I felt it was very personalized. Highly recommend the place.

This was a very great experience. This is a workout like no other that I have never experienced anywhere else. The staff was very friendly and on top of that the workouts were so engaging so diverse u will never get bored because u r always doing something different. I love how we rotate between stations it makes working out so fun. I would def recommend this location

Bodytek is truly addicting and I highly recommend trying a class. At first I was intimidated to go try a class but after my first class I purchased an unlimited month membership and have been hooked ever since. You see your body transform while having fun. The trainers always keep you motived and push you to the end. Also, the music is always great! I highly recommend trying Bodytek, you will not be disappointed!

I rarely post reviews unless I really love a place which was the case with bodytek Pompano location. I will start by saying I really liked the layout, very tastefully put together. Then to feel extremely welcomed by the owner Scott, he made me feel as if I had been there many times before then to top it all off I had the extreme pleasure to work out with the instructor Brian. WOW !!! It could not had been more fun and tough at the same time. He would call me by my name ( mind you, first visit) he pushed me, he motivated when he needed to but best of all made sure I was doing things correctly and in proper form. Couldnt ask for more, enjoyed it so much going back today despite it being quite a drive from home.

If you are looking for a clean fitness center without any hassles, Bodytek Fitness Pompano Beach is definitely a place to consider. The instructor are always present and motivates the members. The place is also clean and spacious!

I know it might sound clicke, but the hardest part is showing up, that is all you have to do is show up. The workout is laid out and explained. The coaches are amazing. Never dull or boring. This is the place to come to if you want to look and feel great.

Bodytek Pompano is FABULOUS, They provide a complete workout in an hour, Im a person who hates the traditional gym because I lose a lot of time in the machines and I dont do the exercises correctly BUT in Bodytek the coaches explain how to do everything and most important is that they correct you if you do it wrong. I recommend it to 1000%
