F45 in Pompano Beach is the absolute best. My wife and I have been attending a few months now and love it. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating. You’ve probably heard of F45, and by now, have started seeing different locations. I always wondered what it was all about and would see friends post their fun work outs. I was referred by a middle school friend— no idea what I was getting myself into, but come to find it was by far the BEST decision to become an “F45’rr”! I have never felt so welcomed and along the way have created friendships. Overall, this is the healthiest I’ve felt in a long time mentally and physically. The culture created is truly like no other. I strongly encourage anyone looking to improve their quality of life while having fun doing so to give this place a try! Specifically this location. Thank you Mark, Ari, Bryan and to the entire staff for always pushing me and modifying/teaching me the proper way to work out!

I have been working out at F45 for 7 months now. Its exactly what I needed. The owner is experienced, professional and friendly. He has the best coaches that are dedicated and helpful. It has been amazing to watch, not only my own transformation, but others that have been working out there for quite awhile too. I tell everybody how great this place is! The workouts are fun, fast and effective! The studio is clean and a great workout!

F45 Training has truly changed my life! I have been a regular here since September 2020. Ive tried every gym and program and Ive never stuck with anything this long! This gym makes working out fun and exciting. Every day is something different and it keeps it interesting. More importantly, Mark (the owner), the trainers, and the people that work out here are all incredible and truly make it feel like a family! I will never go anywhere else!

This studio is amazing!!! They were so kind and had a private class for my bachelorette party!! It was amazing! They were so accepting of all athletic abilities and were able to make modifications. The class is a fun workout with a lot of positive energy and supportive staff! Highly recommend!

BEST PLACE AROUND!If you youre looking for a good workout, want to get in shape, or even just find a since of community in a gym, THIS is that place. Staff and owner are very knowledge and really nice. If you have a joint problem or cant do certain workouts, no worries, you can still workout with the group and have a killer workout. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving this place a try.Also, the gym is ridiculously clean and they take every possible precaution to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Absolutely love F45 pompano beach & the people there! Been addicted since the day that I went to try it out with a friend, haven’t left since! Not only are the workouts challenging & so much fun at the same time but the coaches really push you & motivate you all the way through. Wouldn’t trade this location or the coaches and fun people that attend the classes for any other fitness class!

The studio in Pompano is great and I wouldHighly recommend trying it out. . Mark is so friendly and helpful. The trainers are always there to make sure you are correctly performing the exercise. AND THE MUSIC IS 🔥🔥. Really keeps me motivated and pumped up throughout the workout.

The owner noticed I was a new face and took the time to come and personally show me around the facility and explain the programs available. Everything was immaculately clean and wiped down between use. The workouts were challenging, but fun. This family run business really put in a lot of personal touch to make it the best experience I’ve had. I definitely plan on coming back next time I’m in town and would make this a regular spot if I lived locally.

We went to the Pompano Beach for a bachelorette party and decided to go to a workout class as a group. The F45 location in Pompano was able to reserve the whole class for our bride to be and the group to do a group workout session! I’ve never done this type of training before but it was amazing! The instructors were awesome, especially Mark. I loved how he would try and push me to lift more weights during the circuits and really help with my form. All and all I highly recommend booking a class with a group of friends or for a Bachelorette party! So much fun and the music was so motivating will definitely try to go to a class near me!

I am so happy I found F45 in Pompano Beach. I’ve always been active, but this is another level! Not only are all the instructors absolutely amazing, the locations is always clean, and sanitized. I also appreciate that you are kept accountable at all times and always have that extra push to get you through your workouts. I already feel so much better and am building great endurance. I first starting going to F45 in October of 2020. I was very nervous going back to the gym during a pandemic as well as just recovering from an injury so I was very unsure in the beginning.The studio owner, Mark, assured me of their high cleanliness measures during the pandemic as well as telling me that the coaches could give me modifications.This gym has went above and beyond all of my expectations. They have experienced coaches who have motivated, encouraged, gave me modifications as well as helping with my nutrition. I was so excited to learn that F45 branch was opening in Pompano Beach. It is honestly the best work out. If you’re looking for a safe and sustainable workout where there is an equal focus on resistance training and cardio, this is it! I know a lot of other gyms out there seem to prioritize cardio - at F45, it is alternating days of cardio and resistance training which all but guarantees you’re going to see results in just a few weeks if you stay consistent! Mark, the owner, is great - always available if you have any questions and greets everyone at the door. The trainers are upbeat and enthusiastic, and know your name after just a first time attendance. I have found my forever go-to workout and this location is new, spacious and is enforcing all of the COVID precautions!

This is my favorite workout and gym I’ve ever been to. It’s like taking the best parts of CrossFit and orange theory and you have F45. The owner, trainers and members are all awesome. And also a great place to workout with friends!!

I am so impressed with F45! The studio is immaculately clean and safe, which I found very important during COVID. The COVID protocols do not impact the exceptional workout and experience. The owner even took some of his personal time to show me around the gym and he made me feel comfortable coming back to a gym during the pandemic. The perfect way to start working out and getting fit and in shape after quarantine! Each class targets all muscle groups and the workouts are never repetitive. I’m never bored and already a month into training and I’m already seeing results. Great workouts. Great coaches. Great environment. I cant compliment F45 pompano beach enough!! The trainers are amazing - they’re all certified and really help with form and encourage you along the way. They push you just enough so you continue to improve without getting burnt out and provide modifications if you need it. With the covid restrictions, everyone has their own space to workout in keeping a safe distance. The owner and trainers clean everything after each class as well. If you don’t like to plan your workouts in advance or get bored of a traditional gym like me, this place is for you! Every workout is different! 10/10 recommend!

F45 is the perfect place to help you snap out of a workout funk. My friend had been raving so I finally gave F45 a try. I was hooked after one class and signed up as a member by the third. The trainers were super helpful getting me started, making sure I was doing the workout correctly.If you are worried about COVID precautions the facility was so clean! Always reminding members to wear masks, sanitize hands, and wipe down equipment.

This did such a good job promoting social distancing while still allowing you to have a great work out and still feel comfortable. It is defiantly for any skill level whether you haven’t been to the gym ever or you are very familiar. All the coaches are awesome and have great moral to help get you through the work out and are very knowledgeable.

I was hesitant to workout at a gym because of COVID. Mark took the time to explain to me how he and his team are keeping their gym clean and safe for their members. This studio is brand new! Great location with plenty of parking. Theres a good variety of cardio/strenght workouts and class schedules to choose from. You can do a week free trial and becoming a member is super easy, no contracts.Before signing up I checked other gyms in the area and they are far more expensive and offer way less for the price, e.g. LA fitness quoted me $600 a month for 3 times a week 20min with a trainer to do the same workout F45 offers unlimited!Youll see results much faster, but you gotta work hard too. Owner and trainers are very nice and accommodating.

I highly recommend F45 Pompano Beach! Mark, the owner, and all of the coaches are top-notch and the location is really convenient being right on Federal. It’s also great to see them taking the necessary precautions during COVID-19. I feel that my health and safety are a priority every time I walk in.

The best workouts Ive ever done. The gym is clean and organized, trainers are all great and consistently checking my form. Only 45 minutes so works great with my work schedule and the owner is there every day greeting you at the door. I think that says a lot. Definitely recommend checking this gym out.

Amazing!! I was not sure what to expect but this workout is amazing! It is different everyday and the trainers and 5:30am crew make it even better!!! Gaby and Patty are my favorite!!! I rarely ever write reviews, but I felt like I must with this gym. It’s not your regular typical gym, it’s simply the best gym I’ve ever been too. I’ve done CrossFit for 6 years and went back to the gym and It’s not something for me. F45 is like CrossFit but without the heavy heavy weights and NO RUNNING ! Which is amazing! If you hate running but you want to sweat your life away F45 will have you addicted after your first class. Each class is always different, the coaches and owner are all so friendly and very very helpful, and not to mention each class is only 45 minutes. But after those 45 minutes are done you’ll be covered in your own sweat from head to toe ! They’re very clean, especially now with this virus, you will feel 100% safe! You must try this gym out, you won’t regret it :)
