So pleasant! Jennifer did great work on my calloused feet, and the hand/lower arm and foot/lower leg massages were wonderful. I almost dozed off so relaxing. I come to this shop 1 1/2 years. Get color change on fingernails almost every 2 weeks. Enjoy every visit.

The first time I went I was extremely happy with my nails. This second time not so much. The nails its self are ok. But I was told my feet were 35$ and my nails were$ 45. Somehow her math added up to total of 90$ it shouldve been 80$. Not happy about that. I tipped 20$ before noticing this. So be careful they do not charge you more then stated. Also they charged my friend 20$ more then they charged me for the same exact thing. So make sure you clarify prices and be careful when you pay. My nails were done ok. I am just not happy with the extra money added. Also I should add my nails were done by Tina. Who I assume owns it.

The people were very nice and sensitive to covid protocol. Normally a gel manicure lasts a minimum of two weeks for me. I had my nails done 12/18/2020. This picture is what they look like today 12/31/2020.

Place just feels dirty. Employees sitting on their phone and eating fast food at manicure tables. Not cleaning up after theirselves. Felt gross to be in there

Nice place for nails. my wfe always prefer to come here. friendly staff and great service. they give good advices while doing ur nails. all in all great place. Look for Michelle when u come here as she is very friendly and very good at her skills.

Very disappointed with how my nails turned out. I got them done for my grandfathers funeral yesterday and granted they lasted for the funeral but as soon as I got home and did dishes, my $30 gel manicure peeled off completely on one of my fingers. Not impressed.

Every nail is going in a different direction, I was told when I showed them the photo that the shape would be extra $5. I got nothing close to the shape I requested, and I asked for white acrylic powder, not white polish. It was a mistake giving this place a second chance. Looking forward to getting laughed at when I go else where to get them fixed.

I have tried many nail salons and I keep coming to this one. The staff is friendly, they always take their time and do an excellent job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I got a gel manicure and a pedicure a week ago and my pedicure is terrible (the polish doesnt even reach the tip of my toe nails). For the gel, the top coat did not cover my nail and what was there was lumpy/had lots of bubbles. I went back in 3 days after to get them fixed and they said that is how it is supposed to be but added another top coat for me. The gel is not just falling off my nails. I am used to my nails being destroyed if the gel falls off but this time my nail looks perfectly fine. This makes me believe that the polish was not applied properly. Typically gel will last me at least 2 weeks before it starts peeling. I do not suggest going here.

Most unfriendly place I have ever been to. Worst experience I have ever had. I will never return not will I tell anyone about them. They would not even fix my nails after making them short and uneven. I would not even let them finish. I went somewhere else to habe them fixed.

Sue did an amazing job! She took her time and I felt so pampered! Both my toe and finger nails look flawless! Such a wonderful personality too!!

My go-to nail salon . Great pedicures and manicures. I get gel nails monthly (at least) and they always turn out great. They are kind and friendly and priced fairly. Ive been there well over 40 times and only once did my gels bubble and I went back in and they fixed no problem for free.

They are the best nice and comfortable and so friend I love the atmosphere

Terrible experience at Turbo Nails today with my Mother getting Pedicures. I wont be going back. First off we waited 45 minutes after asking how long of a wait. They werent truthful and told us it will be soon but it wasnt then once we got in the chair they assisted others. Awful customer service. They didnt offer us any waters until I finally asked for one. The gal I had cut the side of my foot and it bled for quite some time. She never apologized. Then she filed my toenails so hard I had to tell her to stop she was hurting me. Totally ruined my time with my Mother. We will never go back again. No apologies from their staff.

NOPE! Went in (5/15/19) and took a chance after reading some mixed reviews... NEVER AGAIN. My nails are terrible! I asked very politely of the nail tech to fix them before we painted as they were crooked and VERY lumpy. She told me it was because I had colored powder on before my fill.... Even though the nail she put on ( i had one break off) was just as crooked and lumpy. Dont waste your money- not worth the chance I PROMISE.

I only go to this salon and I see the most wonderful person Tila who always does a fabulous job on my toes, fingers and eyebrows when I need it. I have seen others there too and I find everyone friendly and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like a pedicure or manicure done right and at a very reasonable price. They do an amazing job and have great color and service selection.

Great customer service at this salon . They are also good at their jobs . I have had my nails done by different people here and they all did a great job .

I have gone to turbo nails for two years because I think they do the best job on pink and whites. Like with any other salon, the quality of service depends on who you see. There are some employees who I have requested not to have based on their attitude and poor customer service. You can tell which ones are nice there because they smile. There is one that is REALLY slow, but I have to give her credit, she does the best job of all of them. I just dont go to her if I am in a hurry. Their prices are great and they dont nickel and dime you. Its too bad the crotchety employees there ruin it for the others.

This is by far my favorite nail salon. I have been going here since I was a little girl. They are so friendly and always do a great job! I dont trust anyone else to do my nails.

Have been going there for over a year & love it. Today was a nightmare visit! Trang DaiT Nguyen did my SNS. She was not happy when I first sat down. Did not greet me or acknowledge me. She yelled st me as I was snacking having just finished at the gym. Then she proceeded to push my cuticles back with her fingernail. She reprimanded me telling me to relax my hand st which stage I asked her why she was so mad. I reminded her that being pleasant to customers is always good for business. She changed language, mumbled and proceeded to send me over to another technician who finished the job. I have never had a bad experience but this really upset me.

I have been a customer for 15-20 years. Sweet caring employees, love Sue who takes such good care of me. Clean salon.

Wish I wouldve went somewhere different. My nails look horrible for spending $60 on. Wont be returning.

So offended. Tanya was so rude she started my nails, then mid clipping had another woman come and finish for her. She was probably telling the other girls how hard my toe nails were. They werent even bad! I will not be back again!

My daughter and I went there and will never go back. My nails arent the same shape and they are lumpy and the GEL polish peeled right off her nails the next day!!!

I got short coffin shaped neon yellow nails done & I love how much detail was put in to make my nails look perfect.

Tried 4 times to upsell my basic pedi, then requested cash only. Not too relaxing with all the attempts to upsell. Average pedi in an average atmosphere with average prices.

It was horrible! 2 nails came off and one chipped with in a little a week! I do not recommend

The women were nice but the store and restroom were dirty and in need of repair. The pedicure was average as was the price.

Tanya took a personal call while filing my nails with one hand. I thought that was rude. Also my acyrlics turned out very bad, they had bubbles in them. Also two weeks later they are turning yellow. Not satisfied

They cut my nails way to short and got ingrown toenails. I will never go back there again
