Very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. First time I did not feel rushed at a salon! She took her time. She was pleasant and professional. Definitely recommend over some other places here in Plymouth

It was a nice enough experience. The wait was long, but that was okay. They were kinda rough with my hands, makin’ my cuticles bleed a little. Besides that, they did the job makin’ my hands look real pretty.

The staff is amazing!! Always!! The salon is always clean and Tina and Jimmy take pride in their small town business. This is and always will be a Plymouth family owned business and it shows!!

I have to say, I’ve been to many nail places in the South Bend area. I have tried this place twice, both times my nails come out amazing. I’m tired and fed up with crappy nails from all the other places. This is my nail place!

I wouldn’t even rate this place one star, but I had to rate something in order to leave this review.I went in for a pedicure and manicure. Sat down for the pedicure. The water was cold and full of hair.Dat down for my manicure. The gentlemen doing my nails, kept asking if I wanted “gel” after telling him from the start no. He wasn’t going to take no for an answer, but finally stopped asking after realizing I wasn’t going to budge. He cut my cuticles too far back and they bled.I also wasn’t impressed with the facility. It definitely wasn’t clean.I WILL NEVER GO BACK

I went there for my birthday with my best friend. We waited over an hour and a half. When we walked in we were told it wouldn’t be too long.The water got cold in the foot tubs on the chairs. The staff did not seem to care that we were clearly upset with our wait. We were only acknowledged long enough to be told to sit and wait, and to be told to sit in the salon chair. My back is sore from sitting too long, (I had injections done earlier in the week, which WERE becoming very effective....I don’t know about that now!!) and I will not be going back in the future or recommending to anyone. We ended up walking out after waiting for two hours.Happy birthday to me. 😑

So impressed with this business. The lady’s helped me so much and my nails are BEAUTIFUL! Do not listen to these reviews because I can promise that this is an awesome place to go! Only place I will go from now on. Thank you again!

Went to nail spa for the first time will never go back again. People without appointments walked in twice and got immediate attention. While I waited for an hour and watched it happenThe second time I had enough, a lady literally walked right up to one of the workers and told her to get her in next over me and the worker did it.

Wonderful, great tech, she did a great job, and the chair for the pedicure massages your back I will definitely be coming back

Horrible waiting experience. Went there a couple different times and the wait times r over an hour and half before u get anything done. Not worth the long wait times. Nail fever has shorter to no wait times at all.

Just OK. Fastest manicure and I know why. They dont even let a layer of polish start drying before putting another on. Within 2 days most of the nail polish was peeled off. I wont be back

I came in with flawless nails and needed a fill... I cant post a pic or I would. I paid $60 for a mess when the people next to me paid the same for beautiful work. If someone is new, or learning, the least they could do is say something so I can decide if I want to waste my time and money. Terrible.

Every two weeks

Had a pedicure. It was mostly enjoyable. Unfortunately, Karen sat next to us and griped the whole time. The staff took way more from this nasty woman then i would have. The woman had a nasty attitude and was terribly rude to the workers. She complained endlessly about how she had an appointment and how important her time is. Bla bla bla. The staff was way too accommodating and shouldve booted her. We all had appointments. They were running a little behind. The pedicure was otherwise great.

I call to ask if they are taking walk in and they turn me away and say we have 6 people waiting we cant see you so you just turn people away like that I wont be going to this place for nothing!

So far this place is great they are kind. They try to do what you want. Loved this place

I bought my daughter here to get her first set of nails done. They were rushed through and didnt even last 3 days before they began to chip and then broke off a week later. Im so disappointed for her and the service we paid for. Ill never go here again.

Came on a Saturday morning, greeted and asked what I wanted, her answer was, “you will have to wait” two more parties came in after me, and none of them were treated to the waiting explanation. By the time I had been there 30 minutes, the two employees working were still on the same customers, and appeared to be very slow. When another young woman sailed in and said “I have an appointment!” I knew it was time to find a better managed salon with more employees.

Literally the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The girl left my SNS so rough that I had to go home and buff them myself. She only did one layer of color, so the pale pink I chose was no existent. She got upset when I told her that I was unhappy with the color. I’ve never been so disappointed with my nails.

Jimmy and Tina are the best! Always love how they work as a team and have amazing customer service to each one that comes threw the door. :) simply great place go have you nails done. Wouldnt go anywhere els. :)

I am a traveling respiratory therapist, Ive been to quite a few nail salons and these wonderful ladies and gentlemen do the best job I have ever seen absolutely gorgeous.

I got white acrylics and a few hours later the color turned brown. Not to mention the lady was also very aggressive while doing them.

Tina is wonderful! Very polite and professional. A pristine shop that is comfortable for all ages.

Not a good Experience today, i had a Young Man that obviously does not his job, His lack of words and disposition says it all, Sad because This was the Best in Town,

Decent service I suppose. My pedicure was smudged and the older man just went right over it with more polish. No top coat. It did not work and never dried. It looked jacked up. Of course it smudged again. I finally just left with it this way. Probably won’t return. They are higher than most places.

Sometimes the workers are quiet when working but they’re really nice and did a good job both times I’ve went!

Very disappointed! The nail artist I had was very rude! I understand that what you do may get robotic, but I am a paying customer and deserve to be treated as such! Last but not least, my manicure was chipping by the next morning! Worst pedicure and manicure I have ever had!

They were too expensive, slow, and one of my nails broke in 2 days.

Only wanted polish removed and nails trimmed, then gel polish. They proceeded to cut my nails complely off and want to put on artificial! Left and didnt pay.

First time to get my naiks done. Well taken care of quickly and with great nails when I left.

This was my first visit to Nail Spa and their work was excellent, but I thought the price was a little high and the young man who did my nails was not very friendly! He didnt say anything to me that was not related to doing my nails!! That made me feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience!! 😞 The nail place I use to go to was the same way and I was looking for another place to get my nails done because of that!! I guess Ill keep searching!!

Past few times Ive been in to have a fill there in a big rush! Went yesterday for a pedi & fill & walked out after my pathetic pedicure! Paid $30 no warm towels on legs cuticles have *ss trimmed & still have dead skin & callus on sides of big toes! Will not be returning!! Thank God I moving & have a better selection close

Worst no chip manicure Ive ever had. They rushed through it, and four days later a big chunk came out of one of my nails. While they did fix it, a week and half into the manicure all my nail polish came off.

I called to ask if walk ins are accepted or if you have to make an appointment and I was greeted with a rude attitude. The woman that answered the phone proceeded to tell me that she has three other customers waiting and hung up!
