Jane provides a spectacular massage, its almost mesmerizing, bit certainly brings you to complete relaxation! Highly recommend a massage with Jane. If it was not for her this would not be 5 stars but she is definitely worth it!

Drove over an hour to see Lindsey for a hair cut last week because she is the best in Minnesota. I schedule all of my hair appointments when Im home from business with her her (even tho that is less than 5 days in any given month)

They do an alright job. Ive had a pedicure and manicure in the past. The manicure lasted less than a week and the pedicure seemed rushed. The employees are friendly and the area is cleaned. Wish the quality of my manicure was better.

Come here for massages. Very professional staff and I always leave feeling pretty relaxed.

Wow. I got my first massage from John today. I was a bit nervous having a male masseuse, but HE WAS INCREDIBLE!!! He is SO educated in his field. He really has this down to an art (+science). He payed so much attention to my needs, and helped me understand how to get healing results in my DAILY LIFE, not just during my session. A magical, healing experience. Next time I’ll do the 90 minute instead of the 60 min. Expensive, but 150% worth it. Thank you John!!!!!

I have gone to this Salon many times when I lived in Minnesota and have always had a pleasant experience. Everyone there is really friendly and they use great products. Ask for Lindsey she always did my hair and to this day I cant find anyone that does hair as well as she does. I live in South Carolina now and have seriously considered flying back there just to get my hair done. Good hairstylists are hard to come by. I definitely recommend this place!

I received an exfoliating wrap and was not informed that Id be walking through the hair salon, lobby hallway and into the uni-sex bathroom in nothing but a bathrobe, covered in mud. I also was not informed that Id be doing the same thing on my way back from the uni-sex bathroom, but this time with a dirty robe inside out. I shared the bathroom, while taking a shower, with the opposite sex and also got to enjoy a few humiliating stares from the public to and from the bathroom. When confronting the Life Spa manager, Plymouth Lifetime general manager and corporate office about my horrible experience, I did not receive adequate reimbursement for the service I would have NEVER gotten if I would have known what I had to do. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I felt uncomfortable at first because other workers didnt have the courtesy to move to let me get to chairs but once I got to the back, the lady made me feel better and did a good job

Mici has horrible customer service. Would not recommend this place at all.
