I called ten minutes ahead and they were able to fit me in no problem. I got a dip manicure with tips, and they could not have done a better job. They took special care to make sure the dip wasnt caked on. My manicurist took her time and made sure I was pleased at every step of the process. Very clean studio, and staff was extremely friendly. So happy I found a place that Im pleased with. I would highly recommend!!

Had my nails done yesterday. They came out great but the tech was so rude. She grabbed at my hands when she wanted to work on them or slapped them out of the way when she didnt. I always wonder if people understand that regardless of the language you are speaking, body language is a dead give away that you are talking about someone. Will never go back to this sad, dirty (below the techs chair was cut nail tips and other debris) salon. Save your money for someone who will treat you respectfully.

I now have a horrible nail fungus and I was at this salon a few weeks ago. I asked for no gels and whatever he put on would not come off with polish remover… I’m very upset and giving anyone a heads up about this place…

Was looking for a place open at 9 which seemed few and far in between. Was impressed after driving out of way that they were open even A few min early. Was very clean, tons of choices and everyone super friendly. I am on vacation but I will come back for sure! Great Business!

First of all the tech I had was RUDE. She made me bleed twice? And was being super aggressive. I had acrylics done and they all had uneven thickness and looked crooked... I asked for coffin and she nicked my skin multiple times causing me to actually bleed....eventually they all broke or fell off. I will never go back and make sure all my friends know not to step foot in this place.

Best place in Plymouth to get any nail services. They take their time. No rushing through your appointment even when they are busy. They are personable and friendly. Hot stone treatment and lots of massaging. I highly recommend them. 💅

Reasonable. Quick (sometimes too quick). Lots of choices, friendly with a few added touches, I.e. hot rocks, heated neck pillow, leg-foot massage and. Automatic back massage.

My boyfriend and I went to get our nails done here this past weekend and it was by far one of worst experiences.We were directed to take our seats, the women who was doing my pedicure Amy spoke orders to me as though I was a child. It was very uncomfortable and rude and at times she would stop whatever she was doing and stare at my boyfriend who was sitting next to me—which made him very uncomfortable.After my pedicure I sat in her chair for a dip manicure (which was a dip in white powder). During the dip process she ended up hitting my feet and messed up the polish then she had the nerve to blame me and bark at me to stop moving. My nails came out cakey and not smooth at all, it was the worse dip experience I ever had.I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon, I thought with the positive reviews this place was good but if you like bad service this place is for you.

Only giving a 3 because my nails, although not what I asked for, looked nice. However, the woman who did my nails was nothing but rude. I couldnt even believe how bad of an experience I had with her, I wish I asked for her name in hindsight. She didnt even create the design I asked for, but since she was so rude I didnt want to ask her to keep adding to the design. Everything I did received a sigh and/or rude remark, so that wouldnt have been any different. Never going back to her, might give the salon another chance but Im asking for someone different.

Unsanitary doesnt even begin to describe this place. I watched the man drop all the tools, pick them up and start using them. Went to wipe my legs and the towel left a long black hair. Ew! Both people were incredibly slow and the water was cold before they even said hello. Chairs dont work. Wont be back.

The worst place to get your nails done, I had a full set with gel, I asked the lady who uses glasses and asked her for “coffin nails” she asked me if I wanted “wide” I had no idea what she meant and went on to proceed my nails came out horrible bulky, looks too big for my bed nail and I’m very upset that I paid good money to come out like this she was very very rude to me; she cut me at least 3 times to the point it was bleeding I will NEVER go back to this nail salon, save your money and time!
