Sloppiest mani pedi I’ve ever had. Extremely disappointed. Was in and out of there in 45 mins INCLUDING the ten minute drying time. I should’ve stayed home and did my own-it would’ve come out better and wouldn’t have cost me $62

I got an S&S manicure that is supposed to last 3 weeks. I have had them at other nail salons and they last me 3 weeks at least. Mine was going on the 2nd week. 4 broke. I went back and asked them to re-due the entire nails and they told me they will only do the ones that are broken. I told them I dont trust it. I had 4 that broke. I told them just to remove them. I will never go back here.

This was my first visit at salon and they far exceeded my expectations! Jenn was my pedicure stylist, and was very attentive. She massaged my feet, toes, legs, and applied a hot towel after orange scrub. Many places do not do so much in the basic pedicure, and it was $32! The place was very clean, beautiful and at the end, a was given a punch/discount card...They EVEN offer a discount if you pay in cash! I will definitely be back!

Hanna was the best, I get French pedicure she did it perfect nice straight lines perfect length and very detailed. Jessica did my daughters manicure and she’s raving how she’s the best that ever did her nails. I been going to them for many years the owner is the best. Great business great employees great service.

So to be completely honest this is the 1st time I have tried this establishment and I am a bit disappointed. I came with my sister, my 5 yr old daughter, and my 3 yr old niece. My daughter and niece were getting basic painting done, great. Well they begin to take me to sit but keep my daughter away from me, um NO. Then they have me sit and take her to the pedicure stations in the back..um again why is she not with her mother she is only 5 yrs old. Now I am getting upset, I look over and my sister and niece are sitting together and my niece is getting her nails painted right there at the damn table not at the pedicure station...um now WTH is this...ok so now Im pissed..they dinally bring my daughter out and she is done all painted, so she was just sitting alone in the back...wth. My sister says it could just be an over site or a bit of a mistake...um shes 5...still not ok. And my nails not great French is lopsided, still has hints of the previous color on them, dead skin wasnt cleaned off well, kind of disappointing. I should have listened to those that said they wouldnt recommend them. But I honestly believe I wont EVER be returning.

The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The staff makes you feel like you’re the most important person and take good care of you!

The place is absolutely beautiful and maybe they do a better job at nails- but I went in for a quick lip wax and let me tell you- it was quick!!! She didn’t bother to check or get the hard-to-reach, most important places like the hair along the lip line/ crease or under the nostrils. I ended up having to spend 10 minutes with a tweezer at home to finish the job. Which was what the $10 I spent was supposed to get done!!! When she showed me in the mirror afterwards and I specifically pointed out the places she missed she basically brushed me off and acted to tweeze one hair off… So unless you want to instruct someone step by step by step to get a job half done, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for a wax service. Not to mention I still feel the sticky wax on my face!

DONT USE THIS PLACE!! Go to Hollywood Top Nails on Court St. Hollywood was closed on the day we went to this place and we are really sorry we didnt wait until they got back in 2 days from a vacation!!The place has an interesting decor and that is why it got 1 star. My daughter and I went to get natural nail manicure. We had two different manicurist.My nail shape was worse than when I went in there. The polish didnt cover the whole nail on many of my fingers. My daughter had lovely long nails when we went in and left with stubby misshapen nails. There was polish on her cuticles and on her hand! When asked for a design our request was met with a blank stare. When we got our wish for a design across were told to pick something else and with that there was was no more discussion about what designs were possible or what type she could paint for us. It was as if we never mentioned a design. No one checked in to see if our nails were dry or even said goodbye when we left.

They always offer great service in a clean and beautiful environment!

I’m giving two stars for the pretty chandeliers and decor... by far one of the worst pedicures I have ever had, especially for the price. The woman I usually go to at another nail salon was on vacation and I was desperate for a pedicure. My cuticles were barley cut, 2 minute message, and the way my toe nails were cut are going to leave me in pain when they grow back from in grown toe nails. Everything that is usually included in the pedicure at other establishments were all extra money at this salon. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by going here.

Love this place! I got a deluxe gel pedicure and deluxe dip powder manicure. They both came out fantastic. I came with my mother who got her toes done by Kim (very sweet and very social) and my nails done by Anna. I am very picky when it comes to nail salons. My main concern is always cleanliness. The first thing I noticed is that they put plastic lining in the foot bath and the equipment they used for both nails and toes came from fresh (blue bag) and the yellow foot scrubber got thrown in the trash after being used .I highly recommend this salon and highly recommend spending a little extra money on the deluxe

I went here for a fill, as the place I went to 2 weeks ago was awful and my nails looked way too thick. The salon was really clean, my nails look way more natural, the color was perfect and everyone was very friendly. Ive read some of the bad reviews, my experience was nothing close to some of what I read. I will absolutelygo back and would recommend them. I am fairly picky when it comes to details, and I was very pleased.

I usually dont complain about my nails, or even write reviews, but this was so bad that I had to. I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. Dont let the nice looks of this place fool you like I did. My pedicure was painful, to put it nicely. 3 of my toes were bleeding by the end. My gel manicure was better I guess, with only 2 fingers bleeding in the end. The man who did my nails was rude to me throughout the entire process, even telling me to calm down when I flinched after he cut my finger. I didnt even get lotion on my hands before I left, and theres still nail polish on my skin that he didnt remove with acetone at the end. My friend got a full set of acrylics put on, (she also said hers was very painful) and they are extremely uneven and only about half of the nails are in a square shape like she asked. The rest are some weird, crooked, oval/rectangle shape. We politely paid, tipped, and left without saying anything, but I will never return to this place. Ive never been so unsatisfied with a nail salon in my life, and Ive been to almost all of them in Plymouth. Its a nice looking place, but the service is awful.

Good experience in the salon, however extremely displeased with the dip gel - nails began chipping after a few days and completely chipped off after a week and a half. I have had dip gel last up to 4 weeks before from other salons. Will not get dip gel here again.

Great place to go if youre really busy and need to get in and out fast. Very overpriced though. This is the nail place you go to if every other nail place is too busy. Ive had some great nails techs here and some not so great nail techs.

This place is fantastic I am never dissatisfied!!! I always have Sally do my nails and pedi and she does an excellent job. Polish stays on for 2 1/2 weeks....I will keep coming back.

Usually i dont complain i got my nail done one week to this day 5 nails have broken maybe that is on me lets talk about while i was getting my nails done the women doing my nails did not say one word until she shaved of the whole side of my cuticle then asked what my name was when she could see it hurt it felt like she filed my piney nail to the bone after all said and done i got home just to realize i spent 40 dollars to be in pain and to have to go back to get two of the nails the women put on shaped better to my liking upon returning a lovely lady carefully touched them up reason why i gave one stars i dont even wanna go back to get THE WOMENS name

I have no idea why anyone would go here a 2nd time..I could have done them better myself and my hands smell like a dirty vacuum bag! Left with rough nails that had cotton stuck in almost every nail. The only time they acknowledged me was to stand and wait for the tip

OVERPRICED. Massage was not relaxing. Hurried. Paid extra for deluxe hot stone with extra massage. What a joke.

Was not impressed. Nice atmosphere but I just wanted a manicure and pedicure, they asked if I wanted gel and I said no, the girl seemed ticked off about it. She asked me again if I wanted a gel manicure pedicure and I said no after that she did not seem pleased And did the bates minimum. Ive had my nails done for 20 years and I just did not have a good vibe here. The $40 that it cost for a basic manicure and pedicure was not worth the money at all. Would not recommend.

I dont know why everyone has such bad reviews for this place, kinda upsets me because I love T Style. Been going here for a year now every 2 weeks religiously for my acrylics and I never once have had a bad experience. There is this one lady thats a little rough with your hands but thats about it. Always a great service when I am there and its always clean, and they have a huge variety of colors. I am in college now but I make special trips back home every two weeks just to get my nails done here because I have never been so pleased :) highly reccomend. OH and they do dip gel, dip glitter nails, and chrome nails which not every nail place offers! Thats what attracted me in the first place!

I’ve gone a few times and some visits were ok, but after the last couple I won’t be coming back. Yes, they got the job done, but I don’t go there to get rushed through my appointment and then yelled at for their sloppiness. They forgot to massage my hands, didn’t take off the old gel manicure properly and therefore had to redo a nail three (!!!) times, and didn’t offer us any discount for a gel manicure that was explicitly supposed to be a regular manicure.

Wasn’t happy with my pedicure as I lost chunks of skin! Very painful and hope this never happens to anyone else. Who uses a “cheese grater” on ones feet anyways! Lol

Went in for a basic manicure & pedicure. The woman doing my nails pulled a hang nail. My finger wouldnt stop bleeding so she put a bandaid on and continue painting the rest. Told me she couldnt paint the nail because its bleeding and sent me outfront to dry. Charged me the full $40. I went back and had her paint it. Looking at the manicure its messy and uneven. I would never go back here or recommend anyone going there.

This was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten for $17, probably because it only took her 10 minutes to give me crooked nails. Was in and out in 15 minutes which is concerning since I’ve never had a manicure take less than 25. Would not recommend for a quality manicure.

The only reason Im giving this place a two is because of there set up. The place itself was clean and beautiful. However the experience I had personally was not good. My mom was treating me to a manicure and pedicure we came in all excited went to go pick out our colors and had to guys jumping down our throats rushing us to pick our colors my mom had to tell them to leave us alone and give us time. When we did pick the colors they told us to get the dip so we got the color and they said they would pick the matching color for our toes. I go to get my toes done and we were never offered a deluxe pedicure which is what we thought we were getting. Then when I realized they did bother to get the dead skin off my feet I had to ask. I had to ask for them to get mt cuticles the whole thing was rushed and took all of ten minutes. My nails were the dip now I tried to be patient with them but I mean come on my nails look like a five year old did them! It was so rushed and careless he didnt do my cuticles cut out the dead skin nothing! My mom and i were so disappointed by the whole rushed experience I mean the man my mom had just said that will be 73 dollars and walked away not even saying how long till her nails were dry! It was very weird. Then to top it off I get in the car and my toes and nails are two totally different pinks ones like Pepto bismal and the one I picked is like an orange pink! Ill never go back to that place. What a bummer!

I only go here now; its always good and if your nails or pedi have any issues like the other reviewer complained about, they will fix it for free. I only had one bad issue because I whacked my pedi the next day and it chipped. They fixed it for me with no issue.

Worst manicure Ive ever gotten, will not be coming back, all I wanted was a good manicure, after being almost begged to get a gel manicure I refused at least 10 times, after that she did not do a good job on my nails. Should have gotten my money back ....

Very pushy, unprofessional, was hovering over me the moment I walked in the door sayin I should do this and this couldnt even chose my color to the point I did almost walk out but I didnt and if you deny gel or there other services with pedis it almost seems like they half ass everything and treat you differently from when you walked in. Not a way to keep people coming back Ill be sharing my experience.
