Hannah was amazing! I showed her my idea and she definitely executed it so well. I also took my 2 year old to get her nails paint for the first time. They were so patient with her. We had a great time. This was my second visit, my first time I went in to get my nails fixed because they were so messed up from another salon. They did an awesome job fixing them. I’ll never go anywhere else

I made an appointment at another salon a month ago because I had an important event taking place on July 19th. When I got to the salon the times did not match what I booked. Frustrated I left and went on google looking for another salon with good reviews.I found Polished Nail Bar and the review about Kelly.I was not disappointed at all! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I get a gel manicure every 2 weeks. My nail tech cut on the sides of my nails so close and hard that she made me bleed on 4 different fingers and continuously bleed on my middle finger on my left hand. While buffing my nails, she scratch my skin on the side nails she caused to bleed hurting me even more. After many times of this happening, I had to ask her to please stop doing that portion of the manicure. Lastly, she proceeded to tell me my nails were very thin which I didn’t think was a necessary thing to say. Even so, I’ve been getting my nails done every 2-2.5 weeks at a different nail salon for a very long time and have never been told that or had an issue. By far the absolute w o r s t manicure I have ever had. UPDATE: my finger became infected.

I have asked for Jenny every time for the past 3 times. She never disappoints!! Beautiful work and my polish lasts for at least 2 weeks. She thoroughly removes tough skin build up around nails leaving your nails with a beautiful finish!! Very talented and so nice! Thank you Jenny. See you soon!

After a few minor speed bumps, I ended up being surprised by the service I received. I started to get a little irritated with the wait time, the heat (the sun was shining directly into the windows to the waiting area), and I was told that my original design idea could not be done there (the most complicated aspect of the entire design was an ombre on 4 nails total). So needless to say I was irritated and then needed to spend more time, after waiting over an hour, to pick out a new design. (The design I got is virtually identical to what I had wanted, it just doesnt have the ombre) And I mean... What kind of nail tech doesnt do ombre?But I put all that aside and went through with it anyway... And I must say, despite my initial reaction to the salon, they actually did a fantastic job. They were meticulous with detail (which could explain the long wait).So even though the end result is 5 star work... I just cant bring myself to give a 5 star rating because the service was 3 star service. But overall, I would come back... Just show up early for your appointment so you dont get stuck waiting so long. But they were willing to stay well past close to properly finish my set.

I love Peter and Vans Salons. I have gone to both that they now own and also went to their first one. Great service, great techs. I recommend this business. You will not be disappointed!

This is a great salon! I’m a huge fan of the on-line scheduling! On my first visit, I had a deluxe pedicure and got a full set of acrylic nails. The technician’s name is Tu and she is amazing! I go back every two weeks for a refill and I always request Tu. She greets everyone with a smile and I know I’ll leave with beautiful nails. I highly recommend this salon!

I always request services to be provided by Kelly and am continually impressed with the the expert personalized attention I receive. She pays special attention to an injured and somewhat malformed nail and makes it look as beautiful as all the others. I was only disappointed once when she had a day off and I had a different technician, but it confirmed that she is the best of the best! Thank you, again, Kelly!

Very accomodating of my disability, even anticipated when I needed assistance before I had to request help. Tu, my nail technician, smiles under her mask. She is meticulous re hygiene, and completes my services in a timely manner. No hint of rushing in order to move on to the next clients. I highly recommend Tu and the salon, Polished.Jason is very patient with me as I am very particular. I have services approximately every six weeks and he recalls all my special requests for a relaxing appointment. I wish the masks and plexiglass were unnecessary so we could have a better conversation. Until then ... a wish of good health to the hard-working staff. Brenda

I’ve been there a handful of times. Staff is nice. They can get pretty busy. Every time I’ve been, I’m not seated until 10+ minutes after my appointment time. I won’t cut them short, I give them credit that they do a nice job but charged me an extra $10 for gel polish when I said 3 times that I didn’t want it. And then when I told them they didn’t do anything apologetic. Little things. Will still go back when my usual place can’t book me. But make sure to be clear and repeat what you want.

I’ve seen Ethan the last 2 times that I’ve went and he is meticulous with his work! My last gel manicure was 3 weeks ago and although you could see my nail growth, I did not have one chip in them! The salon is nice and clean. All of the staff were very nice and professional.

I had Mai as my manicurist and she was so nice and friendly! She did a fantastic job!!

We called ahead for a couple pedicures they put us in the chairs put the water on then left us there for at least 20 minutes. The water became very cold as I was sitting there I looked around and realized that the place was very very dirty including hairs floating in the water next to my feet. If your going to charge 50$ for a pedicure it should be at least decent

I have been a pretty regular customer here but made an appointment for 11am today and waited 45 minutes. I left without getting the pedi I scheduled - no telling how long it would have taken. Will be bringing my business elsewhere.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PEDICURE IVE EVER GOTTEN. My friend and I both were so relaxed and so satisfied. Ask for Jason or Ethan. It was 90 percent massage 10 percent toe coloring and my toes still looked great but Jesus I walked away on clouds. And this pregnant lady needed it. I even bought a gift card for my mom because this place was so good.

Although I typically love this place, they do a great job but today my friend and I had an appointment for noon which we made the previous day. We didnt get our pedicures until an hour after our scheduled time ..

The pedicurist was ready for me when I arrived. There was relaxing foot and leg massage along with checking that it was comfortable. Live the look.

Spotless, super accommodating, and very friendly! My nails were in rough shape and they performed some serious miracles. Got a pedicure and French manicure in less than an hour!

I visited around 2 in the place was packed! Despite being so busy I was taking pretty quickly for a pedicure. I really enjoyed the whole thing and the pedicurist did not hurt me at all. The place is very clean as it is brand new so well see how things go as time progresses

I made an appointment 2 days ago for today at Noon to have a full dip and I got a text this morning that she will be busy at that time. That makes no sense because I already made an appointment for that time. How are you going to bump me for someone else? I called and canceled and said I’ll never be going there because of how unprofessional doing that was.

Polished nail bar has been my go to nail salon for some time & they have never left me unhappy. The technicians are all professional & very skilled at what they do. Experience was fine.. on time, clean, good covid precautions..Only issue, the person doing my gel manicure cut ALL my nails completely off (not just a trim). Would make sure to tell in the future to just file.Wouldnt put me off from returning.

I normally go to a different nail salon, but it was closed on a Monday so I figured I would give this a try for a mani/pedi. Well, I have never had a bad experience, but unfortunately today was not my lucky day. The woman who took care of me did not speak any english, and when she talked to me she was getting irritated when I didnt understand her instructions, example when she was putting my sandals on, she told me dont move, but then said something so I thought she wanted me to help, I bumped a nail and she tisk tisked me like I was in need of scolding. I apologized because I did not understand her, but then she also used the cuticle clipper and cut my finger beds and my toe bed so now I am in pain. It was such a shock to me to be scolded for accident from not knowing her language, and then to be hurt multiple times. Then when I asked for a nail design, a flower, she did it but legit it looks like a melted flower a child did and now I am mad because I got them done for a special vacation. Let alone looking at my nails you see lines of paint like it was not painted on as a solid nail... really wanted to like this place since its gorgeous and new.. but I dont think I will be back.

Let me start by saying I’m EXTREMELY picky about my nails, I get dip nails and have for years... I have been having a hard time finding a new nail person since my place I had gone to for years has closed down due to Covid... I had been told about polished nail bar so I decided to try them out today... If I could give them a 10 star review I would Jason was amazing!!! He took his time, he was meticulous, and my nails have never looked better! I’m so glad I decided to give them a try and next time when I go back I will be getting a dip manicure and a pedicure for sure!!! Thank you Jason for making my nails look amazing!!

I get my nails done here a lot but they have been doing a horrible job lately I just got my nails done and the day after 3 already came off and I got a full set with regular nail polish and they charged me $45 for it and that’s how much it cost for gel nails I don’t think I will ever be coming back here after I wasted almost $50 on nails for them to break the next day I probably have a better chance with glue on nails
