Always great! Jodi is amazing at her job. Best in the nail business by far. I do the pink and white gel and my nails always look fantastic. I receive a lot of compliments on my nails. She’s also fast which his helpful when you have a busy schedule. And she’s friendly which makes the appointment so much more personalized. 5 year client, scheduled first appointment of the day (0700)waited 15 minutes and asked the receptionist about delay. She left to check to see if Kati had arrived yet. Returned to inform me she had just arrived and would be right with me, waited another 10 minutes. I informed the receptionist I was leaving(@0725). Kati arrived to take me back. I declined and left. It is disappointing to be treated we it such disregard after years as a customer.

The nail spa service provided by Jodi and Montana was WONDERFUL.However, as we were checking out, and had just finished paying with my credit card, my daughter noticed a 25% off sign for nail spa services that cost more than $35.I asked the employee who was checking us out about the discount, since our combined pedicures cost $150.She said that since we hadnt mentioned the discount before she processed my credit card - and since the discount was only available to people who MENTION the discount before paying - we could not receive the discount.This seemed petty and a little ridiculous.UPDATE: management reached out to me based on the (same) customer service review they had earlier requested.The manager apologized, credited my card for the 25% discount, and demonstrated what excellent customer service looks like.Go to Reflect Salon in Plymouth with the confidence that even if a small mistake happens, it will be quickly and graciously corrected!

It was my six year old daughters first time visiting, and Megan put her at complete ease. Gave her the royal treatment and chatted with her about barbies and school. She was getting a hair cut for our family pictures next week and her cut looks fantastic!

Jenna is a great stylist. I am very happy with my haircut. I will definitely go back to her again when needed. The only problem I had after my appointment I learned of a $5 service charge added to my account That is something that should be mentioned at the time I scheduled my appointment. I was planning on leaving a larger tip but due to not being prepared because of the surprise service charge I was unable to.

My sensitive scalp gave a scare but the stylist handled it perfectly and did amazing with the small bump in the road. The other stylists are always so nice and the salon is always clean and the shampoo room is my favorite because its so relaxing.
