Ive only been here one time but the service was fine and the staff quite knowledgeable.
Who would have thought I would rate the cable company store 5 stars?? It’s all about the people, who are knowledgeable and helpful but not at all pushy. I’ve been here three or four times in the past couple years and the experience has been very pleasant each time. Be sure to book an appointment to save time!
Had issue with Internet connections that I couldn’t figure out and fix on my own. Courtney was outstanding, very professional, asked the tech guy for assistance and fixed the issue for me. In and out in15 mins. Professional, friendly staff and great service! Thank you!

In store technicians...EXCELLENTOn line service and operation of equipment...very poorCall store for service and listen to automated questionnaire that never gets you to someone in the store...very poor and unnecessary3 hours on phone with a technician to set up Wifi...still no Wifi or cable service. Today I had my internet re-installed; the process was long and tedious but fortunately everything worked out great! Xfinity sent out their technician (Phedre Delva) and I could not have asked for better service. He was polite, professional and possessed the skills required to get me up-and-running once again. I highly recommend this technician to any and all customers experiencing severe connection issues. Because of him I will be staying with Xfinity. Furthermore, it would behoove the company to promote Phedre Delva ahead of his peers. He has the skills, knowledge and leadership qualities necessary to effectuate the organizational goals of Xfinity/Comcast. Ultimately, this man deserves a pay raise and a vacation.

Weird atmosphere. I felt that way the last time I visited the Plymouth store also. Jose the CS rep that processed my returns lacked a lot of personality. I had to wonder if he was a human robot. Just a bit overkill on the Covid procedure. However the guy that greeted me outside the door seemed normal and he was actually pretty friendly. Would I visit that Branch again? Probably not unless I really had to.

Confused by the reviews. Every other is a complaint about rudeness & inexperience, and then the others say how wonderful & helpful they are. Which is it? Shd be consistent.Aggravated with our service. Theyve promised to fix bad reception on State Rd, by changing something in the lines on the telephone pole for 2 YEARS, and to date, nothing!! Comcast is expensive. At the very least, they shd provide Supreme service. I dont get it. Bet there will be no response to this, just like all the other reviews

These guys were great, was making the switch, handled everything, followed through to make sure I was all set and offered to set up my phone when it arrives.
I recently set up Xfinity Internet. I was able to start my service online and I chose to pick up my self installation kit here. (As otherwise it charges $30 for their service person to come home and do the work for you). I was able to pick up the equipment quickly. Staff was very nice. They provided me all information. I was able to install all equipment very easily and Internet is working great. Hoping to have a great service from them

Poor Customer Service when I went to the store to upgrade my TV & Internet package and the best they could do for me was raise my rate $40+ Said that was best they could do I was in and out in 4 minutes, will be returning my stuff on Monday and ending my service. I will be also be calling the main office about the issue and serviceanother lost customer.

I was sent here to return a box after ending my cable service. They took the box, power cable, and controller. Than gave me a ticket to wait for a receipt. This is literally a one minute transaction since they scanned the bar code off the box and I have already cancelled services. I have returned boxes before to Comcast and Att on multiple locations in a quick and easy manner. I was told when I cancelled the service that this would be a quick transaction. I waited 20 minutes for a 30 second transaction and the gentleman who waited on me told me that “he didn’t really care” if there process was not customer friendly.
Got bad/ wrong information all along went back to Verizon, They know mobile!
The customer service rep was really easy to deal and the store was nice and clean.
Very friendly and great customer service! I agree with one review about doesn’t make sense to check in just to return something with one person then have to wait to see another person. But it was nice to be treated as soon as I walked in and I didn’t have to carry the product around while waiting. All in all maybe 10 minutes all together!
So Im not even a customer yet and Im having problems with this company. Years ago the town we lived in added Verizon FIOS and we changed from Comcast to it immediately because Comcast had terrible service. We just moved to a town that only has Comcast so were back. Id heard that theyve gotten a lot better...I have serious doubts. Our new house is new construction so Comcast is going to have to install their equipment in the basement because right now theres nothing there but loose wires coming into the house and leading to the cable hookups in each room. I explained this to the sales person when I made the appointment, I explained it at length...several times because the sales person kept saying drop off. Today I get a text confirming my appointment for a drop off of equipment at my door tomorrow with instructions how to install it.It then took me 30 minutes to find an actual telephone number that eventually, after a dozen menu choices, connected with an actual live person, this after trying an online assistant that was totally useless. And when this live person (what a concept huh?) checked my delivery it was indeed scheduled as a drop off. So she changed it in their system and I have very little faith now that things will go well tomorrow. My wife and I, like a lot of people are working from home right now, we need internet access. Were not even customers yet and I have very little faith in this company being capable of providing that service, or cable TV efficiently and professionally. It seems nothing has changed at Comcast in the past ten years, they are still a horror to deal with. Hopefully our new town gets wired for FIOS very soon!

I actually stopped in and spoke to the manager. Long story short switched networks, couldnt bring my S9+ yet. They gave me a timeline of 1 month and exactly as promised I now have my unlocked phone from another carrier hassle free and great service.

Came in to fix my visual voicemail for the second time person I dealt with had no experience with Samsung which I have and had no clue what to do as she is an apple person was told there was nothing that could be done even though they in stalled an Xfinity app with voicemail that suddenly stopped they said it was not theirs. Not happy should of at least been put with someone with Samsung knowledge.

Our service has continual interruptionsThe system Comcast uses to try to contact them .. is useless -I had questions- and wanted to speak to an agent - there is not a prompt for that !!!So because I did not have a billing inquiry I did not want to add something I did not want technical assistance there was no place for me to go in that computerized conversation seriously Comcast ??that’s pretty bad considering you’re supposed to be a leader in technologyAll I can say is ; we pay Comcast plenty to be irritated !! Wish there was another game in town
