The employees are always very professional and friendly! Was over there today and had a very nice conversation with an employee named Brandon while waiting on the customer service line. I would definitely recommend going here if you want true professionalism! :)

I passed by three Verizon stores around my house to go to this one because my husband had a great experience at this place. Specifically, he told me that D’Ashton had helped him in the past and he’s the reason why he would keep coming back to this place.The first time I went here, I was looking to buy an iPhone 12 from here. I wanted to get the iPhone 12 with the 256 gb storage. They didn’t carry this storage size at their location so they ordered one in for me.The customer service is excellent here. D’Ashton also helped me and he is amazing and very helpful. He helped me to buy my iPhone. I used to have a limited data plan but he helped me to upgrade it to the basic unlimited data plan for the same cost as my previous plan.

DAshton (store manager) has been a phenomenal consultant throughout my time with Verizon. On several occasions, he has assisted me with technical questions even at times when he is not personally in the store. He is responsive, timely, and courteous of related questions/concerns and budgeting options. I have recommended him to anyone that is serviced through Verizon and will continue to do so.

Got a new iPhone here and have to comment on how helpful D’Ashton was! He ended up staying after closing hours to try several different methods of getting my insane amount of data backed up and transferred to the new phone. He was super patient and provided great service.

I appreciated working with DAshton at the Plymouth store. He was very personable and helpful. I was helped quickly (unlike the Maple Grove corporate location unfortunately). I would go back!

Ok so I had DAshton help me set up my phone and he was the most helpful down to earth person that Ive ever met. Usually transferring data from one phone to another gives me a headache but I was done in less than half an hour with no complications. Shout out to EJ at this store for helping me! I have a phone with digital SIM card, which means I can have multiple lines on a single device. I wanted to add a second line for a job I just started. I went to a Verizon store to add the second phone/text line to my phone, but the Verizon tech support person could not add the second line because of a corporate system error on Verizon’s end. EJ came up with a creative solution to bypass Verizon’s errors that accomplished my goal. Now only have to carry one phone in my purse, I have just one phone contact directory, only need one charger when I travel!! And the best part… I do not need to give out my personal number to business contacts. Visit this store and ask for EJ if you want to enjoy the freedom of having a personal phone/text line and business phone/text line on one device!

D’Ashton was so friendly & helpful and informed me of the current promotions they had going on, I was able to get the new iPhone 12 which I have been waiting to get. He was so genuine and really helped me find the plan that was best for me . One of the best managers I’ve seen in a long time . My family of five was switching from Consumer Cellular to Verizon which required all new phones. D’Ashton spent countless hours making the transition as easy as possible. He even made himself available after hours and on Thanksgiving... who does that?!? We also appreciated the fact that we didn’t need to make an appointment to get help, unlike the other Verizon store I used to go to. We definitely recommend this store.

I have been going here for 10 +years- I moved to Savage a few years ago and made the drive back to wireless world because they are quick, knowledgable, and easy to work with! I worked with Dylan and Michael. Both were personable, helpful, and answered all my questions. This place is the one stop shop for all your cell phone needs. In half an hour I had a new phone, case, charger, added a line to the family plan, and he wrote out steps for me to complete the transfer of all content to the new phone. I have been with AT&T for over a decade and it was starting to get expensive so I went in with my fiancé and they added me into her plan.
