Tyler, he puts screen protectors on very poorly, doesn’t make sure the screen is dust free, and puts up an attitude when people want it to be fixed because of the poor application. Just a warning for people who want a new screen protector, Tyler is not my first choice.
Jordin is very knowledgeable, professional and customer-focused. I upgraded to the new iPhone 12 pro max — great deal — BOGO! And, upgraded the kids to iPhone SEs. The plans, costs, and deals were really well explained. We popped back in a couple times for help with the devices and Jordin totally took care of us. Thanks!

I received superb service - friendly, patient, and extremely helpful - from Jordin. He took the time to research the problem I had, figured out what he needed to do, then took the time to do that too. While my phone was sitting doing what he was trying, he was able to help other people who came in with quicker issues. Jordin is an amazing team member! and should be commended! I went to the Verizon Store in Plymouth, NH with several problems Ive had trouble getting help with. Adam jumped right in and fixed things immediately. Another gentleman also helped me with another problem. They were amazingly helpful and kind, (I am a techno dummy!) They provided amazing service I have found in no other Verizon Store. They certainly met and exceeded my expectations! Thanks Guys!!
At first, I thought I had a great experience here - friendly staff that SEEM knowledgeable, however, it only seemed that way. They took both my old and new address (currently moving) and didnt use either - they used a very old address from my license without telling me. This small detail of not knowing the correct zip code locked me out of my account & I had to go through all my information again with an agent over the phone to get back in. In addition the man quoted my bill to me in-store without including the monthly device payments so my bill is about $60/more a month than I was aware it would have been, which was a nice surprise on top of the ridiculous connect fees for each line. I know Verizon is really the only functional option around here but they could at least do their job correctly.

On Thursday morning my phone died. I called the Verizon store and got a hold of Jordan. I explained my networking issue and he told me to come down. After spending about an hour or so troubleshooting and figuring out that my phone was toast, he connected me to the right people to get a new phone overnight. Hes an assured me that he would be working on Friday and that hed be able to program my phone before I left on a business trip. The guy was lights out, awesome!!! Coming from the IT sales world, I know how critical downtime can be and so did Jordan. He executed everything flawlessly. His boss was there at the time and was also a great guy. There was another associate that played with my kids which was pretty funny but very convenient.In short, I received a best-in-class experience and Verizon should be careful because Jordan may get recruited! :)Thank you Jordan crushing it! I was having doubts about Verizon but I know that I have a good support system at the Verizon store in Plymouth.Well done!-bp

When I came into the store, the sales associate, Jeff was busy helping someone else to resolve a problem. He politely told me he would be with me soon. I watched as he tried a number of ways to find the solution and quickly did resolve the issue. That customer left satisfied. I was then assisted in activating my new phone and was on my way soon after. Jeff was both polite, efficient and friendly. At no point did he try to talk me into something I did not ask for.
The staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They provided excellent service and were extremely helpful. Our sincerest thanks. We have visited here several times for help and we always have had an excellent experience.

Had to go to Verizon, my phone kept cutting out on me and freezing up. Thought I was going to have to wait awhile since it was right after Christmas, to my surprise I got help as soon as I walked in by a very nice young man who showed me little tips to make my phone run a lot better and faster, it feels like its brand new again. Thank you Verizon. Having you in Plymouth is an asset to our neighborhood.

Tyler was AWESOME!! He helped me upgrade my phone and open my own phone line and I am thoroughly happy with my purchase. He also helped my mom switch from Apple to Samsung and she’s so excited! We also got an Ellipsis 10 HD Tablet for the Black Friday deal and are very excited to try it. Thanks again Tyler, you rock! Very knowledgeable and we could tell he truly wanted us to enjoy our new products.
Mostly fast talking high pressure tactics by reps who dont seem to be all that well informed. They spout off marketing materials from the manufacturers, ignoring all other sources of more objective info. Also, this store is over priced for accessories - for example an Otterbox Defender for $20.98 on Amazon vs $49.99 at the store!! Frankly, it is so much easier and more pleasant to order what I want directly from the Verizon Wireless Website since 2 day shipping is free. I did have some questions, so I called into the Verizon tele-sales team, and while they did do a bit of up selling, it was not over the top and the rep was knowledgeable. So today, I ordered 2 phones directly from Verizon: I was able to get $50 off per phone, and have the $30 activation fee waived, for a total savings of $160 over the price offered at the local franchise... The bottom-line is that while I want to support a local business, it is far more pleasant and less costly just browsing the Verizon Wireless web site and get my accessories from Amazon.In terms of service - its hit or miss. My phone did a factory reset, so I went in for help with this software issue and they just just tried to keep selling me a new phone, so I took it home and fixed it myself using Google... The one reason I give this store 2 stars instead of 1 is that there was one sales rep that I purchased a phone/line package from last spring who was well informed, low pressure and very helpful - I would buy from her again anytime. Perhaps she should oversee the sales training program.

We just bought new iphones and changed to from AT&T to Verizon wireless Amy Eldridge, our service rep, was great! She was efficient, knowledgeable, cheerful and helpful, in short everything you would want in a service rep. She even worked way past closing time to finish our transaction.

On June 18, 2016 my daughter and I visited this store because I had lost my phone in the area after setting it on the back of my truck. We went to the store to find out if my phone could be tracked and the associate, Jeff M said only iPhones can be found via an app. Believing him I requested we look into replacing my phone. He accessed my account and stated I would have to pay off my edge program balance of $360.00. While he was doing his best to sell me a Samsung S7 and insisting I purchase a case and screen protector, he charged my daughters debt card the $360.00 without her authorizing it as we were still looking at my options. During all the instance by Jeff M in regards to basically bullying me into making this purchase my daughter logged into my google account via her cell phone and was able to track my lost found through Googles find my android location service. We told Jeff M. That we were going to follow the map and see if we could find my phone before spending money to pay off and upgrade. He was pretty rude, charged the debt card, refused to reverse the charge and as of today the money he charged hasnt been credited to the debt card he charged. After several angry phone calls to Verizon and two conference calls with this store, still no refund has been posted to the debt card. We keep getting the run around, customer service is really horrible here and once we are refunded the money we will never step back in this store.On a positive note, if you have a phone connected to your google account and its powered on it can be tracked, locked and erased if necessary right from your Google account. We did find my phone and it wasnt damaged even though it had taken a 2-mile ride and skidded on its back across the road into the grass on the side of the road.Im thankful for Google mapping and tracking my phone, not thankful for the very poor customer service and pushy/rude sales associate at this location.
I have has nothing but good to say about the Plymouth Verizon center.I actually bypass the one that is down the street in Littleton and go to Plymouth, an hour away.There is a gentleman...and I use that word very loosely....in the Littleton store who is a know it all wont listen, the store changed my sim card, and did not register the card.When questioned about registering the card....he said it did not need to be done. I had no service, took the phone to them several times, he told me nothing is wrong with the phone, even tried to get me to buy a new phone!Went to the Plymouth store, the nice gentleman there listened to me, and within 5 minutes fixed my phone.Will always go to Plymouth.Stay away from Littleton!

In relation to the previous comment, there was 10in of snow yesterday. Im sure they were closed because other surrounding Verizons were. No complaints about this company.

My old phone was soooo messed up. Zach was patient, figured out the problems, and was able to fix the content to transfer to my new phone. It took a while to diagnose the problems but he hung in there and got the job done. Shout out to Eric who changed my opinion of Wireless Zone. I had a less than satisfactory experience prior to today. I was hesitant to return to the store. With Erics welcome and Zachs diligence the two were able to change my opinion of the customer service in the store.
