Go in and ask for Holly. She is amazing and can assist with any cellular needs you have. I run a healthcare facility and she worked with me to get several of my residents set up.

I have been here three times and every time the people were helpful and friendly. We purchased (ordered) two new phones the second visit and picked them up the third visit. I would recommend this location over many others I have visited.

My wife and I came in to switch our phone service and it wasn’t an easy process but Austin took his time and ensured we were taken care of. He even followed up with us to make sure we were able to switch our phones over as the port system was having issues. Eric was also a great help! My phone is less then 2 yrs old & wont text a key person . I can call but I was told to text I needed another new phone. The employee could not figure why everything worked but texting one person.

It was finally time to retire my old phone. I was very pleased with the service! An employee named Holly was very kind to me, and didnt pressure me to buy things I didnt need. She was very informative and helpful in deciding my new phone and accessories. I will continue using this location for my Verizon needs, MUCH better than South Bends store. Shoutout to Holly, wonderful service. I recommend this location to all Verizon customers in the area.

I was charged, but not told the price of, $50 for a liquid glass screen protector after being told screen protectors for the $1400 phone I was purchasing did not exist due to the biometric fingerprint lock/scanner on the screen. She did not install the liquid glass screen properly. She was on the phone while doing so. She applied it and immediately picked it up instead of letting it dry and sit for 5-10 minutes, and put the case on the phone and handed it to me. There were scratches on the screen shortly after, despite being told it was scratch resistant. Im extremely upset. I went t I walmart and bought a screen protector for the phone for $12 and am able to use the on screen fingerprint sensor just fine, theres a setting on the phone for it. The girl charged me (extremely overpriced) for a product without telling me the price and then installed it wrong. Just wrong if you ask me.

The agent on duty took care of my problem quickly.

We went here in March we was told about several things that made it sound like a great deal we still have not gotten what we was told in the beginning. Also we was told it would cost us this amount each month our bill has yet to be that amount. They are not will to make it right

What a great experience all the way around! I met with Joe Chiaverini who was extremely friendly and great to work with! The store was so clean and the customer service was by far the best I have experienced when visiting a verizon store. The team worked so well with me and each other to transfer my data and thoroughly explain all of the options! I have been a verizon customer for over 15yrs and this was by far the easiest, friendliest and quickest experience for me getting a new phone. I already passed Joe Chiaverinis contact info to some friends and family and will continue to do so with zero hesitation. Thanks again for such a smooth transaction!

We were there in March to purchase phones and told we would get a gift card for each line and had to end up calling the help desk. Very Very Shady sales reps. They quoted us one price in return have been charged another price. Still dealing with issues with our phones. Contacted the BBB as well and let them deal with them as well.

Tried to get a phone in Valpo, nothing but attitude. Went to Plymouth and I was waited on by Eric and he was great. I bought my phone from him and he helped me get everything transferred which was very helpful. If you have problems at any other stores like I did go to Plymouth.

I have been a Verizon customer for years. I love the Plymouth location, I usually have Holly help me with all of my questions and purchases. Saturday I bought an Apple Watch series 4 w/ cellular and we “thought” we had it set up come to find out that the cellular did not work at all. I went in today (Monday) to show Holly the problem and she checked the account to make sure everything was set up properly (which it was) and then tested the watch herself and still nothing... she then contacted customer support and tech support for me, together we were on the phone for almost two hours trying to get this worked out. In between (Holly was the only employee working at the time) she managed to help other customers in a timely fashion. Very professional.
