Customer service in Plymouth, NH very helpful in addressing service changes. But we had to drive 40 minutes to this store because Spectrum closed our store in Littleton.
Weve had there cable, internet and phone package, I think weve only lost everything once and that was because we lost power. If your internet a ts up reboot it it should be fine after thatWeve never had any problems. Great company 👍
Just signed up for seasonal at a campground I was all worried about getting the internet but spectrum made it very easy its going to pick up your modem and it was perfect with the pandemic we got to sit outside and enjoy the weather so we wait for the next person to come out of the store I had a great experience thank you
Tried to pick up a modem for internet for the summer. Went to Plymouth NH store. None in stock!!!!!!! Tried to call the NH STORE. Just got connected to high pressure salesperson for complete sevice, phone Cable, internet etc.still would not let us have the # of store.We’re done. Worst customer service ever.We’re going with T MOBILE. Solis!! Goodbye Spectrum!
Incredibly long wait, they need more help! I was told to puck up paperwork at local branch and they answered sorry we do have the paperwork I was told to pick it up online..........really questioning why I switched to spectrum
Absolutely terrible. They just keep increasing prices because they know theyre the only option for a lot of people. We have had multiple issues with a tech theyve sent out for any issues. He was extremely creepy and I regretted being alone in the house the first time he came. Theyre never helpful when you call or chat in with any issues you experience. They just talk in circles until you give up

Possibly the worst business we have ever dealt with. Canceled 2x on us and and was 45 minutes late when they finally did arrive. When we called to receive compensation for being put out so many times, the customer service rep offered us $20. And when we told him that wasn’t good enough he said we should “pursue other companies.” Classy!

Ongoing problems with boxes of course its the TV or the tech told me Im getting too much power to the TV thats cooking boxes un believable. Over priced the longer that your a customer. Im giving a negative -5 stars. Hard to schedule a tech thats because they are BUSY trying to fix their junk equipment. whats the alternative??
I choose to do the self set up for the internet very simple and easy. to do i was on the internet with in 15 minutes an all set up an didnt have to pay for someone to come out an do it for me . they send instructions its very easy so do self set up even with phone.. simple and easy and my modem arrived through mail with in a day or 2only part i was dis pleased with was the fact the woman added a voice service on my account with out my permission so that i was not happy with at all .
I lose internet consistently everyday just enough to be annoying when you are in the middle of doing things. So now Im waiting on hold trying to get help with my issue. I am still on hold and its been 40 Minutes already. I am going to start looking at other service providers that can actually provide SERVICE. What a joke.
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. This company is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After cancelling my service I returned the modem in person, paid my balance and closed out my account. Two weeks later I get a bill for unreturned equipment. I am still fighting with them at this moment.
Had 3 power outages this Fall, and even though I have generatorback up power, NO internet or TV signal during power outages.Reported to their Office, no action to date taken. Poor, poor......
The service is so awful, for months our internet has gone out every day for at least an hour, they finally sent a technician out and instead of fixing the problem he only made it worse, when we called to get the internet service we PAY for they told us a technician would be there before 9pm. They never showed up. We then called back to Express our frustration and they refunded us 5$..... this is a joke. Now we dont have internet for the weekend and as a college student who takes online classes I NEED internet. Thanks spectrum.. worst company I have ever dealt with.
Wait a week for them to come and set up wifi that doesnt work. Now im stuck paying them for a month of service i never actually got

Worst connection awful! The people who come to the house are nice but the reception is terrible! Half the time my on demand doesnt work. Even worse I can hardly ever access my recordings! And you have to set them from only one tv! If you have the option get xfinty I miss it so much
Find a different company. Overpriced wifi, just to wait a week+ to get the connection turned on. Once you get it, its basically like you dont have it. Constant pushing back appointments. Terrible company.
Pathetic. That I constantly get “please wait” messages every day, then I’m told to unplug,wait30seconds, and reply for a reset. Several times a week is unforgivable. No stars is a more appropriate rating.

These people are the most inefficient uncooperative tv service around. They dug up my yard burying a cable across my lawn when I was not home and never ordered cable. They said they were putung boxes on every house in case I ever wanted cable. I ripped it off my house.
