I keep getting no signal or poor signal on all devices. Very bad for video streaming. We sometimes lose signal for days. We keep tv on most hours this service not good for streaming

This company charged $152 for installation and waited 10 days to debit it from my card. I was under the impression that the money would come out of my account the day I posted payment (maybe 2 days later) but definitely not 10 days later. Make sure they don’t do the same to you. I obviously took care of the situation but the one woman was on “vacation” so she felt that it was perfectly acceptable to wait that long to process my payment. Thankfully I don’t have a checking account. Could’ve very easily have had an overdraft. The service isn’t the greatest either. But it works if that’s all that is available.
Worst internet provider I’ve ever had. I’m sure Hati after the Earthquake had better wifi. Chernobyl probably has better wifi service there. I’m currently sitting in a Burger King lobby writing this because they have better wifi. I tried calling my dad internationally on your wifi and it hung up. He left me a second time. Thanks
Ive had fourway for a few years now after having century link high speed which was like dial up. I couldnt be happier with fourway being in the country being able to stream movies and using multiple devices all at the same time.
We have been with Four way for several years! No complaints whatsoever! Quick to respond with any issues we might have!

I have had Fourway service for 2 years. I had basic internet. Every time I called with an issue of dropped service they would blame it on the router. I have bought 5 different routers. They installed an updated dish and still bad service. They told me I need a more expensive plan, so I reluctantly went with the higher plan. Still having issues and again Fourway is saying its a bad router. If you can get any other company I would. I wouldnt recommend Fourway to my worse enemy!
