Had a great visit with Jason however I hope you never have a family emergency. I had to call and cancel when I had a family emergency (my child had a medical emergency). They informed me that there would be a $50 fee because I didnt cancel within 24 hours. I asked to appeal and they informed me that their office doesnt handle appeals. That I would have to go online and fill out a form for an appeals committee that is handled outside their office. I did so that day over a month ago. Just received a bill that included the $50 fee. I called the office and they said they wouldnt discuss it with me. I had to do it online. I explained that I had done this and she had no record of it. I was told that I would just have to keep trying and they wouldnt do anything about it otherwise. So I have filed with the online appeals committee again. We will see if anything comes of this...this time. For an office that specializes in helping people with personal issues...this is very impersonal. I have never felt so valued for my money only and had my personal life tragedies dealt with in such a cold and heartless manor. They refused to discuss it with me. Refused to let me speak with an office manager. I hope my online appeal (no other method available) somehow goes through this time. Its hard enough to deal with unexpected personal problems that arise. Now I have to drag it out over several months. The person I spoke with refused to help me in any other way but made sure to tell me that I would be held responsible for that $50 before she hung up. I will no longer be returning to this office.

I have been thru 4 therapists and Giles is the only one who has been good. Would recommend to everyone. Amazing staff.

WORST PLACE!! The front desk staff is rude, doesnt do their job and charges you a no-show fee even AFTER YOU CANCEL IT the day before when you are sitting in the hospital. I GAVE THEM 24 NOTICE.Their billING dept needs to be FIRED for how obnoxiously RUDE and disrespectful they are. I paid the damn no-show just so I didnt have to talk to them again.

Dr. Peck was my doctor for several months. He changed my life by helping me understand myself better and learn tools to help with cooking with stress. I absolutely recommend him!

Kind and professional staff. Would recommend to anyone.
