Today is our wedding anniversary and we nostalgigly remember our special day and our awesome reception. I feel bad that I didnt take the time to review this venue earlier. We loved the place and the people we worked with. The room was decorated very nicely and the food was a success.

The moment my mother and I walked in for a tour we both were brought to tears instantly due to how beautiful it is. Being able to have my marriage ceremony and wedding reception in the same building and different rooms was perfect. It gave us the opportunity to be married in a chapel as well as have a rustic reception with out making the guest travel. Their pricing is perfect with everything that was included. We didnt have to worry about decorations, set up, or take down. We were given a wedding planner which was very helpful, as well as the option to cater through them (we decided not to due to family wanting to cook). They offered a kids room which was super helpful with so many children in the family, as well as a brides room, and grooms room. When it comes to the little things they really know everything you need down to a T. Would highly recommend this lovely venue and staff who are so helpful and detail oriented.

We went as a family for their Night in Bethlehem live nativity, an event that had become one of our favorite traditions for the season. Its not just the nativity program, though that was beautiful. The Bethlehem village with activities was fascinating. Families with kids of all ages could make little clay lamps, play dreidel, braid bread dough, learn to write their names in Hebrew, and other historically relevant activities.It was so much fun. All the participants did so well! The costumes were fantastic, the songs were pretty and moving, the spirit of the Gospel of Jesus Christ was so strong. An amazing way to celebrate Christmas, the only cost was a donation of canned food, and it was so great. I highly recommend making it a priority to go next year. It seems to only improve from year to year. Even the display of assorted nativity sets was impressive. Thank you to all volunteers, and Stone Gates itself, for the work they put in to make a magical Christmas memory for so many people and to share their testimony of the real reason for the season.

Stone Gate was AMAZING!! My husband and I got married in July and everything was absolutely perfect. Brenda Simko was our consultant who helped make sure all of our needs were met and was great at communicating and keeping in touch with us throughout the entire planning process. Even the day of our wedding and ceremony, she was there the entire time with a smile on her face and was making sure it went smooth. Some of my family came from Australia, East and West coasts, etc. so there were lots of us haha. If you are considering having your wedding or ceremony here, please do it. I look back on my wedding with overwhelming happiness.

EXPERIENCE:Jennie, the owner is awesome! She was so helpful from the first day we came to see the venue. The room was beautifully set up and had the exact colors my daughter wanted. They easily accommodated 100ppl for dinner and then an additional 150 for the reception. I was SO thankful not to have to do any set up or take down! Being from out of town, that would have been far too stressful! My daughter really wanted an ice-cream bar and wanted her favorite brand of ice-cream (Tillamook) and they made sure to provide that for her. Her cake table was set up just perfectly. Thank you!Im not sure who was supposed to play the video they had prepared, but that didnt get played which was sad.FOOD:The spinach salad was delish. The teriyaki chicken wasnt amazing. The lemon bars and dessert bar was amazing.DJ:Not amazing. Speakers were bad and he wasnt engaging with the audience. DJs should get the party started!! No one could hear anything he announced unfortunately. He did play the music my daughter requested, so thank you for that!OVERALL:Wonderful. I didnt have to worry. For any mamas reading this...choose this option! It will make your day with your daughter/son so much more enjoyable for you!

We just love the Night in Jerusalem here. Beautifully decorated, authentic activities for kids and a wonderful spirit for the season. Music is very touching, and the live Nativity is superb.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue or the people there. The night was perfection, the process was seamless, the price was right, the setting was gorgeous, the guests all gushed about our wedding, and Michelle and Jennie were crazy talented and accommodating. I could go on...book with these guys hands down, you won’t regret it. 😊

Jennie and Andrea are literal angels on earth. They are so helpful and really want the best for their couples and will jump through any obstacle so you dont have to. This place is so cool! We went there for the Bethlehem production of Christ’s birth and the nativity story. It was awesome.I was amazed at the quality of the presentation, especially considering that the presentation was free. Our kid loved it. We played with clay and Dow as well as watched the presentations.The venue was awesome. There were so many rooms that were very ornately decorated and designed so intricately.

I’m so happy my husband and I decided to go through Stone Gate for our wedding. We had been searching for several months before hand for a venue that was both beautiful and reasonably priced and it seemed to be a losing battle until we found this place. We wanted to plan things fast (3 months) and our wedding planner through Stone Gate was incredible. She was incredibly patient, kind and genuinely cared about creating the wedding of our dreams. We changed the actual date of our wedding several times which must have been a pain for her and management but they never complained but worked with us. The reception room looked so stunning after the staff set up the room exactly how I wanted it. The decorations they have to choose from are lovely. I’m so stoked that I chose a venue who truly cared about making my wedding day perfect and they certainly did. Eternally grateful to this place!

As the father of the bride I was relaxed knowing that things would turn out fine. We brought the wrong types of markers for signing the guest book but the staff of Stone Gate stepped in and provided exactly what we wanted and needed. This is just one example of how flexible and conscientious they were throughout the entire process.The place is beautiful and accommodating to our desires. We were able to decorate exactly as we wanted and provide an excellent experience for the guests.Definitely a place for consideration for any of the next weddings.

This place is magical for any event. We hosted a concert here and the whole experience was off the charts. The staff was so helpful in the planning stage and thought of every detail. The venue was so beautiful. When all the twinkle lights were lit behind the sheer drapery, it created such a thoughtful, romantic ambiance. It took your breath away. They took care of everything and made sure the entire experience effortless on my part. I couldn’t recommend the owners and the venue more. 👍🏻👍🏻

This is a great venue. Lots of room and great decorations with an awesome view. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if we couldnt hear the other reception that was happening right next door in the other reception hall.

I had my wedding reception at Stone Gate, and I could not ask for a more helpful, professional, affordable and doting wedding planner. I had both a wonderful luncheon and picture perfect reception at the venue. Thanks to their recommendations, we had an excellent caterer who provided a delicious meal and tasty reception snacks, a gorgeous tulip bouquet and matching centerpieces, and decorations that tastefully and elegantly reflected my own style. I could not be happier with the memories I have of my wedding day, many of which were made possible by Stone Gate.

Great place to plan venues.My nephews wedding was quite the beautiful day here and the catering and dinner was fantastic.Wheelchair and kids friendly. Hi there everyone. I dont normally leave reviews, but everyone needs to know how wonderful this place and staff was. I was married recently on December 14th, 2018. I had my reception at this location. It had everything I was looking for- decor, a dance floor, a beautiful bride and grooms room, and to top it all off a Christmas Tree as people walked in. (I love Christmas Trees). But most importantly I was able to work with Karen, their resident wedding planner. She made the entire experience beyond anything I could have hoped for. She was patient with me as I tried to decide on decor and helped me every step of the way. She was proactive in contacting us and was wonderful to work with. She helped solve problems the day of and helped me feel at ease and comfortable. I couldnt have asked for a better experience with her and with the Reception Center. Thanks again Karen for making it a truly remarkable day!!!

My family went to their Night in Bethlehem program and loved it. Weve been the last few years and I love the detail they put into it and the way it brings the Christmas spirit into the season for me.

It was a beautiful, cozy place. We missed the live nativity two years in a row and were sad about that but well really try to make it next year. Most important thing to know about this place is the owner is super and amazingly talented.

Stone Gate Weddings successfully created the picture-perfect wedding I had always imagined! A picturesque ivory chapel on a hill, with a large, heavy wooden door opening up to meticulously placed seating on a hardwood floor. The brides room is elegant, and private enough for intimate conversation. There was plenty of room for me to get changed and ready for the big moment. It even has an antique vanity that provided a beautiful before setting for our photographer. Our provided wedding planner, Meg, was sensitive to our requests, and handled the wedding party without any problems -- she even offered a personal staff to play the entrance music for us, providing the perfect ambiance I was seeking. Meg timed everything perfectly, and accommodated our unique situation. After the wedding she led everyone out to their beautifully landscaped yard where we mingled and took photos.I felt very lucky to find such a gem amidst a valley full of overpriced, impersonal event centers. If my husband and I ever renew our vows, we will be back to Stone Gate Weddings!

My wife and I just had a wonderful experience at your venue. Unfortunately, two of guests felt otherwise and gave you a bad review. This location brought all of our dear family and friends together for a special occasion that will be forever memorialized in our hearts! The food was amazing and all my guests had an option for seconds. The manager and or planner gave me a 500 dollar saving, thus the ceremony room was extended to us for free. Im a firm believer that if I did have an issue, the opportunity should be given to the venue to rectify such issue. In this case my wife and I did not have any issues that would tarnish your establishment. Thank you for promptly reaching out to us with a sincere concern. We had our daughters wedding reception at Stone Gate in May. It was phenomenal! The staff was wonderful and worked with us to create the perfect day, down to the last detail. All of the planning happened before the big day so all my husband and I had to do was come and enjoy. My daughter was amazed at the beauty of the Great Hall and we felt blessed to be able to gather our family and friends there. If you are looking for the perfect place to get married or have a reception, Stone Gate is definitely it!

Stone Gate truly pulled off magic for my wedding. Their packages include a lot of options and they already have good relationships with a lot of vendors in the valley. However, they are also very flexible and that was my main reason for choosing to have my wedding there. They were absolutely willing to help me bring my visions to life.Milli was my coordinator and was wonderful to work with. She was always so positive and professional, even when I was stressing out or unsure of something. I had my ceremony in their brand new chapel and the reception in the ballroom. Both rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the brides room that I was in was super cute. I also had their catering do a buffet dinner which the guests loved. I ended up getting a little bit nauseous during the reception because of nerves and Milli was so sweet that she went and got me some Sprite and some chewable antacids to calm my stomach down.I knew that Stone Gate was going to be a good venue, but everything far exceeded my expectations on the actual day of my wedding. It couldnt have been more perfect for us!

She made sure to call and check up with us To make sure she was getting exactlyWhat we wanted and needed. This venue is BEAUTIFUL from our ceremony to our reception, it was perfect lighting, perfectly decorated exactly how we imagined and told her! We had a fabulous, seamless experience working with Stonegate! We are from out of state and simply showed up for a wonderful day!! The venue was stunning-- the dinner was incredible and the reception perfect! The DJ was awesome and the photo booth was really fun and a great alternative to a traditional sign in book! Their caterer was creative and meal delicious! One Aunt that traveled a significant distance to the event exclaimed it was worth it just for this salad! The carriage ride created a magical ending to a perfect day! Jenny and Meg were professional and so easy to work with! I have already recommended them to two friends who are planning weddings and have no hesitation in encouraging you to book with this venue!

Stone Gate is a beautiful wedding and reception venue! We had my daughters reception there in the Great Hall. It was classy and a little rustic. The lighting and decorations were beautiful and they went out if their way to make everything perfect! I recommend it to anyone being married in Utah!

Brenda and her crew went above and beyond. They paid attention to every detail and seemed to work tirelessly. When that many people show up there are always those who try your patience. If that happened none of them showed it. There was always a smile on their face. Brenda took time to talk to us and get to know our family. We can’t say thank you enough for the way they made our kids’ feel on their wedding day! This place is classy!

I wish I could give Stone Gate 10 stars! We had our daughters wedding reception here and from first meeting to the last minute the owner and our wedding planner were attentive, informative, cheerful, easy to work with and had the goal to make our day wonderful. They provided all the set-up and take down, the decorations, the cake, the invitations, the catering, unique and fun photo booth, schedule of events and other details that created the ambiance we wanted. We even had a video issue (not Stone Gates fault) that Stone Gate was able to fix for us. Amazing.Thanks to the wonderful people of Stone Gate and the beautiful venue we have a cherished memory of a day that is supposed to be cherished!

Very impressed with the service (set up for wedding luncheon and reception, catering and general help). Facility is beautiful and decorations were done well. Plus the kids room (T.V., toys, and books) is a genius idea to keep kids occupied.

Had a great atmosphere, we went there for a wedding and we didnt even see the staff most of the time. They kept to themselves and manage the tables well, they seem to know what they were doing and everybody was well trained.

Had my daughters wedding there. They did a fantastic job. We had the luncheon there also and the street tacos were delicious.

This is where we did my sons reception. Absolutely beautiful, well thought out, and they were willing to accommodate our wants and needs.

BEWARE. The venue is beautiful, the food was great but I do not recommend anyone have their wedding here. The planner was extremely unprofessional and had several rude and sarcastic remarks. She rushed us through the planning process, our meeting for final decor review, our rehearsal, and our entire event. They even had new potential customers tour the place DURING our event. The day was supposed to be very special and intimate, instead we were treated as just another paycheck for them. This place could be really amazing if the planner and manager were able to plan time accordingly for their clients and be more client oriented.

Stone Gate is absolutely amazing! We had our wedding ceremony in the candelit chapel and the reception in the ballroom. Everything went off without a hitch. The food was wonderful, the room was beautifully decorated, and they were there every step of the way to help. Meg especially was fantastic and SO helpful. If I had to do it all over again I would choose them again with no hesitation. It was truly a perfect day and they made it wonderful.

I LOVED Stone Gate. They made my wedding truly spectacular. They set up the reception just the way I wanted and cleaned up everything afterward so all we had to do was show up on time and then leave when it was all over. Also, their BBQ beef is incredible. They were very accommodating and always prompt to answer my questions. I heartily recommend them to absolutely everyone.

I love the annual live nativity! Of course, thats largely because Ive had 3 grandchildren portray Christ as an infant.

I am so glad that I chose to have my wedding dinner and reception here. The ballroom and outdoor Hidden Grove were both decorated beautifully. The staff (and especially Meg) were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. My cake was both gorgeous and delicious. I just wish I could go back in time and eat some of the desserts I picked out for the reception ;) But I heard they were amazing!

I was a guest at a wedding recently. The place is beautiful but even as a guest I was very unhappy with tactless event coordinator. The staff was very naggy specially the coordinator. It felt very rushed for the last events (cake cutting, last dance etc). The way they communicated to the bride and groom was very unprofessional. I understand they need to stay on a schedule, but being kind to a couple on their wedding day as they navigate through unfamiliar territory is expected. Or helping them mark events off the list a little earlier and spaced out so it wasnt so pressured. They made sure the couples exit was done by 8:45. Never been to a wedding, even as a former wedding photographer, that had such poor, inconsiderate event staff. Very disappointed.

We were fortunate enough to work with Jennie Johnson, the owner, and she took over to make sure that every aspect of the wedding, from the ceremony to the reception all the way to the send off was absolutely amazing! The workers are incredible, very pleasant to work with and very professional. Made the special day everything and more. The compliments received on the venue itself and the decorations were beautiful. I would absolutely recommend Stonegate to anyone!

I had a chance to attend a wedding here last week. It’s a beautiful location that is a converted old Church. The staff paid attention to every detail, and the wedding turned out great.

We used the chapel for our wedding ceremony and it was stunning. The staff was so helpful and sweet. Great venue for a reasonable price. Highly recommend it.

Went to Breakfast with Santa yesterday and it was delightful! I honestly have to say- our oldest is 11 and this is the very first time weve had a visit with Santa that wasnt a huge headache. Such a pleasant atmosphere, yummy food, cute decorations, fun activities for the kids while we waited our turn, and then a calm and unrushed personal visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus with individual and family pictures. It was really weird not having crying, stressed, scared, or cranky kids when they visit Santa. It was also nice that Santa interacted and read a story to all the kids first so they could get used to him and each table had a personal happy elf to help with anything we needed. The kids loved the elves and they were all such cute and friendly girls! Thanks Stonegate for a lovely morning and a great new Christmas tradition!

My sister in law recently had her reception here and I was not impressed by the owner. When we went to rehearsal she didnt even recognize the, the bride. She was standing right in front her. For someone who runs a wedding venue she is not exciting at all. During rehearsal she looked like she was tired and annoyed. The reception was alright, the only thing that made it great was the bride and groom and the fun dancing. Thats about it. Way overpriced for what was provided.

We had a tour scheduled for Saturday at 10 am and had let them know our wedding date of October 31st ahead of time. We were told only one room was left available still for that date. At 8:15 the morning of our tour I received a text that they will not be able to do our wedding on Halloween as they all want to be home with thier kids. We planned our whole day around this tour missing the opportunity to look at other venues. What about the other people that already had rooms booked? Honestly its good to know now so they couldnt mess up our special day with this sort of unprofessionalism.

We loved our wedding and reception at Stonegate! The ballroom is so beautiful. They have a large variety of table decorations, tablecloths, runners, easels, and candles. The wedding planner is so good at what she does and was always available to answer questions or help where needed.They took all the stress out of planning and made sure our wedding was just like we wanted so we could enjoy our daughters special day!

Beautifully restored 1800s church, now converted mainly to a wedding and reception center. Great venue for group business meetings or private celebrations as well.

Cute reception center. It is on the older side with a historical background, but clean and maintained. We went to two receptions there and the food was delicious for one reception and ok for the other one.

My only request of my husband when planning my sons reception, was I didnt want to have to do any setting/cleaning up or having my friends cook or serve the food. Stonegate went even above and beyond that, helping to create the perfect evening! Cheyenna was WONDERFUL to work with, and I have received so many compliments for how beautiful everything was!

Nice and neatly arranged. Restrooms were not posted and a little hard to find. Other than that, really nice.

The property is nice enough, however our issue was the air conditioner would not keep up with the 80+ guests we had in the main dining area. It was 91 degrees the day of our event. I did call and speak with the owner today who said one of the thermostats was set too high. My wife told her during the event the room was very warm, she said once the thermostat was set the room cooled down. I checked the thermostat on the wall and it was set at 67 and room was 78 degrees. I never once felt the room get cooled off the entire time we were there up until 9pm. All the rooms in the building felt very warm. So do yourself a favor and make sure they actually have adequate air conditioning to accommodate 100+ people in the room. It was very unfortunate for us, we had many guests complaining about the temperature of the room.

What a beautiful day we had at Stone Gate! We had the luncheon and the reception here after the wedding at the Mount Timpanogos Temple. It was conveniently located for all of us and so beautiful. The food was excellent, and the staff was friendly. They worked their tails off for us! Necia, our event coordinator, was heroic. She handled every detail and transition with professional grace---a real class act! From table settings, easels, cake set-up, bridal room, food (artisanal breads, fruit and cheese) to sparklers and horse drawn carriage, everything was perfect. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the savory foods served at my good friends reception were cold. The crew was unable to heat up premade food until nearly half the reception was over. So 😢

Beautiful location, they did well on the event I went to. My only complaint was the outdoor secluded Grove thing wasnt as beautiful as could be hoped for.
