I feel like I just left a New York subway. It’s so gross. Washers taped. Foam blocks to stand on to see the top of the washers to pour in your detergents and additives. Those are taped together also. Super safe right? Yikes. Outdated nasty machines. Then the sign that says “Not responsible for accidents”.... uhhh what kind of accidents have been happening here? Someone falling off the blocks? Crimes? I don’t want to find out. This place has been on meth and needs an intervention for rehab ASAP!

My dryer went out, so I needed to go to the laundromat. The dryers here are very hot, which I appreciate.However, I dont like that you pay 25 cents for 5 minutes.

I’ve used this place a few times when our dryer at home has malfunctioned or whatever the case may have been and it’s always such a nice clean environment in there. Machines work very well.

With the money to pay these machines.. owner couldve clean and upgrade this place up. Thought I was in NYC.

This is the most horrendously disgusting coin-op laundromat Ive ever seen, or had the dissatisfaction of using. Machines are outdated and dont work effectively, additionally, it smells and it wouldnt hurt to sweep and mop up the establishment. I wont return..

This laundromat seems to have a lot of business that goes through there but all of the machines are old and a lot of the dryers do not work it could use a facelift.

Most disgusting place I have ever been. Plus, while I was doing my laundry I heard the owner come in and immediately argue with someone who tried to report the change machine was broken. Then after arguing about the change machine and accusing the customer of trying to steal money the owner left without cleaning the gross hair all over the floor.

Good prices. Tons of parking, 3 stars bc its not the cleanest, not much seating, in the summer its hot like a steam room and it occasionally has a funky smell. But hey its a laundromat, not the Ritz hotel right?

The facility was clean, everything worked as expected and the cost seemed reasonable. I will definitely go back in the future as the needs arise.

Clean and working equipment, nice area. Small storefront so not much close parking.

This place is dirty, dryers don’t get hot even after 30 mins of drying my clothes are still damp, floor needs a good sweeping, machines need to be clean. Yuck

I thought I would come to laundromat in Allen since Allen is a nice area. Oh my god never again. It seemed like most of the large washers were out of order what the hell. This is Allen please upgrade this place. It’s awful

Very dirty and run down

No attendant. Place was dirty. I had to shift my clothes out of two machines that didn’t work and had no sign indicating they didn’t work. The spin cycle in one of my loads was terrible. I had to dry the clothes an extra long time as a result.They had a phone number to text for issues. I texted and no one responded for several hours. I was long gone an at home. Now I’m suppose to jump through hoops responding to multiple messages to get my money back.I will never go back!

This laundromat is so dirty, machines are old and worn out, they break down frequently, bathroom is nasty and has no paper towels. No attendant on duty. Very few folding tables and they stay dirty. Gets hot in summer and cold in winter. Not comfortable at all.I would NEVER come here except occasionally I need to wash a bedspread and they have double and triple loaders. If there was any other laundromat in Allen, Id go there.

Machines dont function properly. Wastes detergent and fabric softener. Water didnt even cycle the softener into the load I was washing.As per posted instructions, texted the owner/manager. Response was vague and uninformative. Would not recommend this place to others.Floor wet and dirty. Exterior of machines are rusty.Yes I made the decision to come here, however, thats a mistake that will only be made once.

Typical laundromat but they do keep the machines in good working order and there are plenty of tables to fold your clothes. They have a few carts to move your batch to the dryer. They have several standard size washers and a few double and triple loaders.

So old dont like it .the Cameras look like my Granma cameras back in her days not even clean i am so disusted

As far as a laundromat is concerned I was satisfied. Wasnt particulary nice but Ive never been to one that was. Prices were fair. $1.25 for the small capacity top loader, $3.50 for the Triple Loader and $4.50 for the Giant. And the dryers are $0.25 per 8 minutes. I have returned even after our home washer was fixed bc I could get the equivalent of 4-5 large loads of clothes done in less than 90 minutes instead of spending my entire day doing load after load at home. Will probably be returning bc it was surprisingly convenient.

This place is a total dump. Not even warm water. Go anywhere but this hell hole.

Had to go to a laundry mat as the comforter we had, had gotten something on it an my daughters washer wasnt large enough to wash it so we googled the nearest one an came up with this one!! Oh my gosh it was awful,!! Dirty nasty place! Towels etc. everywhere because all the washers leak an there was trash every where. I thought it was pretty costly to on top of that..
