Steadfast Pest and Wildlife has been great! I really like that they are a family owned business. They took care of our bug problem and put us on a maintenance program. We receive a text and an email when it time for them to come our home. They do a great job explaining what they are doing. They are honest, the service is excellent, and the price is great !

Matt and Kobey are the BEST. They are an awesome team with the best rates and the very best service! Matt is so helpful and doesnt make me feel dumb when Im acting like a crazy person over a couple bugs, squirrels in my attic, or some slugs on my back patio (no really, I was a lunatic 😂). Amazing! New to Texas we had no idea about the new wildlife we would encounter. Kobey came by and treated the bugs and honestly told us what we needed and what we didnt. We ended up having a rat issue in the attic and they came out right away on weekends and nights until the issue was taken care of. They came out right away for a in the backyard . They are very friendly and knowledgeable! Plus a great price!

I called Steadfast Wildlife yesterday and told Matt my situation (dead rat somewhere in our attic/wall). He said he’d be willing to come by and check out the attic to see if he could locate the rat. Well, Matt did come by and he spent a good 30 minutes up there looking under insulation, trying to find this darn thing. No such luck but he put Ratsorb in the wall void where he thought the rat was in. At the end of this, he didn’t charge me a dime and was genuinely willing to come help me if I needed (laying traps, flies that may come from the carcass, etc.).The guys we called yesterday wouldn’t even go into the attic and would only give us a quote on fogging the attic and the enclosures, so it says a lot about this business that they were willing to try.Just on his willingness to come help out as well as his professionalism, I will definitely be switching to them when my next quarter pest control is due.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. With all the new building in our area, the entire neighborhood and surrounding areas have had major issues with rats. It was a never-ending cycle trying to keep the rats out of our attic. We could never afford the thousands of dollars other companies wanted, so we would set traps up and attempt to stop their entry by plugging holes we could find, but they just kept finding a new way in every winter.I finally called Steadfast based on their lower prices and Im so glad I did. Kobey came out in March 2018 and did a thorough check and discussed the problem areas he found. He then came back to block any entry points and set traps in the attic. Kobey came back several times to check for us and fixed any continuing issues.In the fall we had a squirrel in the attic. I left a message and before I could even talk to someone, Steadfast had already come out and put an external trap on the house to catch the critter. Problem solved and for the first time in forever, not a sound from the attic all winter. Its such a relief to not have to worry about the rats any more!

I have used Steadfast since I was referred by a family friend and could not be more happy! All dealings have been 100% professional and extremely friendly. They are patient to explain how the process would work, the duration of the treatment process, and what to expect during the process. They have been always prompt in replying to questions and requests, professional, and very honest guys. I won’t hesitate to ask them for all of our pest control needs.

Reasonable rate and the pest control service lasts 30 mins or so each time. Matt did a great job at my house. After 1st pest control, ants are gone. They also came to my house to get rid of wasps after I got sting. Free of charge! They are recommended to me by Nextdoor community.Highly recommended!

I couldnt be more impressed with the guys Steadfast Pest. First, its a local, family owned small business and who doesnt love that. Customer service is a big deal for me and no matter who I deal with, Matt or Kobey, I know I am getting the best service out there. They really know their stuff, and they come back out no questions asked if I need anything in between my quarterly services. Their prices are super competitive and I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Matt and Kobey are fantastic. When we had a major ant problem inside the house, Matt came out and treated inside and outside. He said that if after a couple of days we still see ants in the house, hed come back and retreat for free. He came out three different times and retreated different spots where ants found a way in the house. Since then, our ant problem is gone. We also dont see any other type of pest.I called three different well known pest control companies and none of them were as personable and professional as Matt and Kobey. As for price, they were cheaper than some and competitive as others. I would recommend Steadfast to anyone that needs a pest control company that goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied.

Although I live in a condo with shared walls and roof, Steadfast Pest and Wildlife was able to seal major rat infestation access into my home by reinforcing the attic firewall and sealing openings allowing the rats access. I understood from the beginning that it would be difficult to have 100% protection since a lot depended on my neighbors taking similar action. As a result many companies will not work in condos. I dont know where to begin, from the moment Kobey came to my home he dove right in. He asked about my rodent situation, what I have been hearing and where. He looked thoroughly around my home, inside the attic, garage, my backyard, outside bushes and roof. He is so knowledgeable and personable and very nice and easy to speak to. He told us we could do this on our own to rid ourselves of the rodents in the attic. He told us how to do it, showed us where to seal off, what products to buy and from where. He didnt try to sell us a package, or take our money using some scare tatic. I even had a few questions that had nothing to do with the situation at hand and he was more than willing to give us advice and options to help with those situations. He gave us a reasonable price to do the job himself also included other services that we spoke about since he would already be here if we chose not to do it ourselves. Kobeys customer service, knowledge, and thoroughness is what makes me super happy I chose his company over any even for just a consultation!! I would 1000% recommend him to anyone who ever needs help with a pest issue. In the future when we need such services, he will be the one we will always go with!!!
