Fantastic customer service, great price, and they get the job done right. Ive used them twice now. Once for rats in my attic and this time for spiders. I called multiple pest control companies for quotes and M&M was the best. Plus, they were able to schedule me right away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

On 9/1/2021, we contacted M&M to spray our yard. They did, a d the bill was for $96.00. M&M then took $1,800.00 from my account as payment. M&M are refusing to pay me back for what they stole. I even filed a complaint with the BBB, and M&M somehow convinced them to close the complaint. I served in the military for 26 years, and 100% Disabled, and on their Facebook page, they say the support Veterans. Their actions speak entirely differed. Do not use this business unless you want to give them more money than what they charge. There are multiple complaints by others that had the exact same issue. M&M are thieves, do not trust their billing.

The technician was punctual and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all questions. I would call them again.

I use M&M last month. Anthony Mendes offered great inspection service and offered the best service that fits our needs. We did both indoor and outdoor prevention treatment. The next day, I found a dead giant hornet on the ground, showing the effectiveness of their treatment. I am extremely satisfied with the service and will renew my package next year.

I am extremely happy with the service that M & M performed for us. When we moved into our home we could not figure out where the ants were coming from. The tech came out, figured out what was going on and what type of ants they were. He did a full treatment in that room and then the entire perimeter. We have not had any returning ants and know that if we do, we will know who to call. The tech was courteous, on time and did a great job. I recommend M & M to anyone that is looking for great service and prices.

We have used M&M Pest for the past few years. They are always so friendly and helpful. When we first moved into our home there was a serious ant problem that started shortly after moving in. We tried to take care of the issue ourselves but it just kept getting worse. We finally gave in and decided to search around for a good pest company that might have better luck. Not only were they knowledgeable, but also reasonably priced. They were able to come out, and our ant problem was gone quickly and efficiently. We have them come back out quarterly to spray just to make sure they never return. Weve also had them do a termite treatment around our home to make sure we dont have any future surprises. We recently had a tree on our property that had the start of termites. We had decided to have the tree removed because it was also too close to the house, but knowing about the issue they came out within 48 hours of the tree being removed to spray a booster around the house to make sure the termite protection was still going to help and prevent. The care and expertise they provide is amazing. We definitely recommend M&M Pest to all of our friends! You wont be disappointed!

We found some suspicious dirt after removing our tub during a bathroom demo. And I needed someone to come look ASAP before construction proceeded. Called this company at 4 p.m. and they responded and sent Kevin and Lucas out the next afternoon. Both guys seemed very knowledgeable and did not try to sell us something we didn’t need. Saw that the dirt was from an old ant colony and no termites or current activity was seen. They sprayed a general pest control spray that afternoon. Reasonable prices, knowledgeable servicemen. Quick, efficient and respectful of our home. I also liked very much that they sent a detailed receipt via email listing the exact products that were used.

This company over charged me for services and stopped returning my calls! They gave me a Bill for $199.00 but charged my card for $1990.00. They have yet to give me my money back. Chris came on his day off because M&M was swamped trying to help people who have rodent issues after the worst winter storm in DFW history. On his day off, Chris surveyed our farm house for over 6 hours, found where critters where getting in and proceeded to set traps, caulk and add flashing. I was shocked at how such a tiny space can cause havoc with significant rodent damage if not sealed properly. Chris will be out again tomorrow and next week for follow up. The cost was insignificant given the time, expertise and meticulous work provided. I feel good knowing I have a 5 yr warranty but I don’t anticipate we will have issues again given such a detailed thorough job. I highly recommend this family owned business. Technicians were on time and professional and did not find evidence that there were still any squirrels in the attic. Problems identified were not unknown. But contractors are scheduled to come and replace siding and fascia and fill holes in the walls caused by the tornados and the hail from June and October so it was possible that any work that they might do now would be undone by the contractors and since there are no squirrels in the attic apparently at this time, It would be fruitless too make any changes at the second. Thank you for sending them out and for their advice.

The worst pest control company to choose, they only collect the money and disappear, the rodent control is a robbery, they only place 2 traps and they disappear, there is NO follow-up, and the control of the ants appeared more at dawn, they put water with sugar because they came out more, I requested my money back and so far they have not returned anything they want me to steal. Chris was excellent. We have an old house and we have been having rodents chewing around the wood and opening holes into the house. He checked everything thoroughly, refilled the bait boxes and traps in the attic. Showed me exactly where we should look at in the backyard to recognize if they are coming back. I have been with M&M almost 4 years now but Chris made a big difference with his positive attitude and went above and beyond to make sure our worries have been taken care of.

The owner offered me a free pest control spray as a service special when Covid had just started.The receptionist, Kelsey, to who this review is entirely intended for, tried to send infected workers to my home a week after they had just tested positive.I told her Id wait and hoped that she would send a notice of infection to customers for possible contact tracing procedures. I never saw an email broadcast alerting customers of possible exposure.Fast forward a couple of months, I email to schedule again. The date is set and then I get a text message a day or so before the appointment saying my appointment was cancelled due to illness and that I had to reschedule again. Fine.I emailed again a week later because the text message prior denoted illness and not covid -- to which I hope if the illness was actual covid then they would have specifically typed covid but who knows anymore?Anyway, she sends a one-word response Wednesday.No date.No time block to be available.Now its already past 4 pm on my service call. I just emailed about the horrendous customer service and her response (get this guys), I never got a response back as to if that [Wednesday.] would work or anything.Let me remind everyone what her original message was?Wednesday.Thats with a PERIOD...not a question mark.In grammar, we use a period with telling sentences to make a factual statement. By definition, a statement is a clear expression of a fact, view, or plan.And you bet, I explained that to her.Do you think she offered an apology for her error? Nah.Do you think she is using complete sentences in correspondence now for clarity? Nope.Lastest response: Will do. 7:30-9:30She looks like a teenager (gmail image). The unprofessionalism might be more tolerable in that instance. I had termite treatment for my house from them last year with three years warranty. I see termites again in my house. I have called the company several times but no answer so i left message and one time they message me back to text them the address and problem which I did and then they reply that they email me a massage. I did not received any email. I have been calling them off and on for last 2 months, no one is picking up.I will not use this company and will not suggest to anyone. It is only one time deal with no customer service.

There was no follow-up call with time and date so 2 weeks later I called and scheduled for the following week they never showed up for that scheduled visit so I called again and set another meeting they did partial work and I called to let them know everything wasnt done and the receptionist kept putting me off saying she was going to have someone call me no one calledI asked for a manager and he got on the phone very bast telling me that the yard was a courtesy spray and the person that did my initial spay is no longer employed with them mind you I paid them in full without all services being completed and as I was talking he talked over me and threatened to hang up in my faceI told him I will report his business I just want my money back for not doing the job 😡
