My home was absolutely taken over by wasps, it was overwhelming and nests just kept popping up. Romex Plano sent Bruce who was AMAZING. He was friendly, on time, professional and gave me my home back. He was able to find and remove more nests than I had even located. I’m overly impressed by this service and will use them again. 100% recommend!

We have used Romex for almost 2 years now. It seems like we always get different technicians that come out and theyre just ok. No issues, but I personally prefer the same tech as I do with other home services. This past service date, we had Bruce and he was great! He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable! Im hoping to have Bruce as our regular technician.

Travis made our Romex Pest Control experience a great one!! He made sure we understood everything he was going to do before he started and even made the extra effort to walk around the house with us to address any specific concerns we might have had. He circled the house about 3 to 4 times, applying the individual treatment needed and Im pretty sure he either dusted or sprayed every corner of our home making us feel extra protected from the unwanted pests. We were extremely satisfied with his professionalism and his explanations of what he was going to do and what areas he covered for the current treatment.He is a wonderful representative of the company and we trust his expert skills will keep us as loyal customers for a long time.

I have been using Romex for years and really enjoy their plant based pest control options. We have never had an infestation of insects/rodents in the 2 years with Romex. Their technicians are very professional and considerate and pay attention to describe the services provided and ask if there are any new concerns or problem areas. Their technician Amos is wonderful and outstanding in the service provided in the multiple service calls he has done at our home. Their service and products are excellent!

Had David and Taylor come out today for our first application. They were very polite and super informative. David explained what he would be doing before starting so I knew what to expect. Took care of our MAJOR spider problem and swept the corners so the webs and hives we had were gone. Overall a great first experience with these guys!

I am disappointed that the block of times for appointments are four hours. My toddler doesnt wake up until later in the day and I called to confirm an ETA and was told 8-12. Last time I was told 10-12 but apparently that cannot be officially confirmed this time. I was offered a different time for a different day in the afternoon but was told it would probably be later in the morning. Couldnt confirm though. I wish they had the scheduled times on their site/app for customers as well. You would think a large company would at least have that on their customer portal.

I dealt with Mannie (sales) and Kevin Gonzalez (tech). Both were extremely nice and informative. I even joked with Kevin that everyone with Romex is extremely nice. Both Kevin and Mannie went over everything with us and answered any questions we had. Kevin was efficient and thorough during the service. He explained what he was doing and why.

Travis is an Excellent technician. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Takes time to do it right and goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Really enjoyed having him treat our home and feel at peace that we are taken care of until the next time.

My home has been serviced by Romex since the day it was built in 2018. We’ve been pleased with the service, feel it’s well priced and are happy with all of the employees we’ve come in contact with. Johnny L . came out today for quarterly treatment, I mentioned I saw ants in my kitchen and he immediately set bait out for them. I also asked him about a bird we had try to nest in our dryer Vent. He knew exactly how to set us up with the right tech to take care of that issue. I’d definitely recommend Romex .

Have had a great experience so far. We moved into a new neighborhood and the sales guy came knocking. I had turned away a salesman from a different company because he was so rude. But this guy was great. He even gave us a deal on sealing our garage doors to keep out rats since theres so much new construction in the area. And our technician Johnny is AWESOME! I would prefer Johnny to be the only technician that comes out every other month for us.

Very polite and thorough, we specially appreciated that he had a pole long enough to remove from the second story overhang, some nests that we been previously told could not be reached. We also liked how he informed us about the treatment on the lawn that needs to be watered in the next few days, and to keep our pup in the next hour.

Very polite and professional gentleman, David, showed up today. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Was knowledgeable about everything I asked about. He was courteous and went about his task quickly after we spoke. He brought me back out and explained everything he did and enlightened me about the products as well as reminded me about the amount of time that we needed to keep our pets inside. He even made sure our gates were secure and locked.Definitely a great experience
