Honestly was going to cancel my pest control service. But thankfully they got bought out by Massey services they promised to not be like the other guy and they delivered. Brett M is the best customer service i have received in a long time couldnt be happier with Massey!
I was a happy Precision Customer until Massey took over. It took me 2 weeks of follow up before they sent a technician for an interior/exterior spray. Their tech also missed the termite inspection appointment. I believe its time for me to shop around and find another pest control company.
Terrible, irresponsible and totally not service oriented company. My first time using Massey’s and scheduled for initial service for my new home. Appointment was set in window time 10a-1p initially but got postponed last minute at 9am to 3p-6p the same day; waited till 6:53pm and still not able to arrive. Their excuse was there’s delay from the previous house due to unexpected many wasp holes to be treated. But no technicians nor staff called until I called my sales rep who was extremely helpful and kind.We had wasted the whole day awaiting for someone to come and not able to go to attend to our materials shopping for our renovation and my kids need to be postponed being picked up. Terrible experience. Wanted to cancel the service with Massey’s that day but the very kind sales representative was taking up the responsibility and assured us technicians would be coming the next day at 10:30am.The following day, the technicians came for service but we were told attics inspection and treatment was not included. Also, he told us the spiders issues also not included but it was not what I were informed.Julio from customer care department called a couple days after my initial service for follow up. And he confirmed that attic and garage should be treated and inspected if we have concerns. We see lots of droppings in attics and lots of spider webs in garage. So he arranged a technician to come on Monday at 10am. AGAIN, no call and no show. When I called the customer care department, they told me a technician will call, and a manager called back. He apologized saying there’s a car accident and rearranged to the next day at 10am. I told him specifically I don’t live there and I can’t just wait there and I need to rearrange my schedule for work and my kids for daycare. They need to call me if things changes last minute. He agreed. But again, no show and no call the next day. I called again (please note that I have to call and be put on hold many times before getting through to a person). The worst thing is when Julio H. (He claimed that he is from the office administration) called me back and all he said is all technicians can’t attend to my place until evening as they were attending another homes. With no sympathy! When I expressed my frustration and told him I want to cancel the service with Massey’s, but I want to speak to a manager first. I kept on requesting him to transfer me to customer care department, he refused and kept saying what I needed he can handle it. He said “you want to cancel, I can cancel for you right here!” I told him many times again that I would like to express my frustration and disappointment of the in-completed and irresponsible service to a manager or customer care manager then cancel the service with Massey’s and get the refund as the service was not completed. (By the way, we find wasp nest in the patio even after the initial service- I had specifically asked the technician to treat all wasp holes and locate wasp nests when he did the service). He kept refusing to do so until I said I had to end the call and call the customer care department again myself (which means I have to be on hold on the phone, which was wasting my time).Absolutely irresponsible and not customer oriented company. I finally spoke to my sales representative and asked her to cancel my service and I will sign up another pest control company for sure. She said Julio H. had already cancel my service (even though I told him I wanted to speak to someone else to cancel the service and I would not pay for the incomplete service). He did cancel it himself but still charged me for the in-completed service. This is just like a SCAM !!!I am very disappointed with Massey’s pest control.
If I could give this company a negative 1 out of 5 I would. Massey does not care about its customers in a market where competition is high. I will happily be signing up with a new company who cares about my business. Few takeaways:1). Last service, Pest Control technician left my side gate open after treatment. And my dog got out.2). Made a new appointment last Friday, for today 6/21/21 8-10AM. 10:30 AM rolled around, no one called to tell me they were late. Most of us have jobs and meetings and a 2 hour window is already hard to work around. I called Massey to figure out what was going on, and the representative said the dispatcher would call me right away. Well its now 11:15 AM and I am writing this review. I have now cancelled my business after 4.5 years. Business has gone down hill since Massey acquired Precision Pest Control. Hope this helps others when determining the right company.
I just had my first service with Dustin Jackson and Jake Wills and I couldn’t be happier! They had extreme attention to detail, listened to my concerns and were very thorough!! I’ve used a few other pest control companies in the past and Massey is by far the best experience. I would highly recommend! Ask for Dustin and Jake!
I used to have precision and Massey took over from precision. Never had issues in past but this new company customer service is horrible… my quarterly service is due in end of July but they want to do it beginning of July. Called customer service and talk to someone name Marsha rude lady. She first argue with me then she said I can move it to end of July. Then i asked if it can be done on Saturday as they come on weekday but don’t treat inside garage. This way I am off from work and open garage for them. But she said no it has to be done on weekday. When i asked for manager or supervisor she states that no one is there and call back again.
They’re effective! I called Massey after bad experience with another company. Drea showed up and covered up all the mouse holes and set me up on a inexpensive rodent plan. I haven’t heard from my tenant since!
You expect a pest control company to do all that’s needed to keep critters coming indoors. Apparently the quality of service after Massey has taken over Precision has degraded. I noticed all types of critters coming indoors… centipede in the master bedroom, spiders, wasps coming indoors with all acceses closed and the worst of all is caterpillars coming inside the house. I have no trees, well kept garden.. only bermuda grass, no plants but for normal small ornamental plants in frontyard. Massey tells me that they are not responsible for lawn worms. Previously, precision handled this for me. But now am on my own. Bye bye Massey

Brett M. has been our tech for quite a while, and I can’t say enough nice things about him. He’s reliable, friendly and goes above and beyond to work around our dogs, kids and all of the stuff that comes with that. I truly appreciate his professionalism!
Very expensive service with no results. Their product they use around the foundation didnt stop pest from coming into my home. I keep getting wasp and spiders by my front door, plus keeping seeing fire ants in my yard. Please use another service.

I have been using Massey for pest control and have seen the results. The quarterly takes care of most but anytime I need a touch up they never hesitate. Alvin Whitehead is our primary and provides excellent friendly customer service. He is personable and reliable. We also had excellent customer service from Brett Maxedon today and he was very friendly, honest and informative. They dont try to scam you and tell it how it is.Alvin is a great ambassador for the company and really tells it how it is. We had him over today and this is what customer service looks like. Always goes above and beyond and listens to the needs. Much appreciated.
We just started new service today with Massey and were very pleased with our technicians. Tray Bell and Chris Chambers did a really good job. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and overall great customer service. We will definitely give them a recommendation to our family and friends looking to get/switch their pest control service.
Their driver almost hit us more than once, then also almost hit this guy. This was over a month ago. Im going through my camera roll and just now remembered to post this. Driver was an old white male that was definitely not fit to drive, much less represent a company.

These guys are so helpful! I’ve been working with the GM Gary and he is sending a guy out to exterminate our house NEXT DAY on a Saturday after being in contact with them! They haven’t even received a work order for us yet but they know we are trying to move into our house and are doing everything they can. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service! Highly recommend!
Brett Maxedon was our technician today. He did a fantastic job checking out the house and taking care of our needs. He even had puppy treats for our sweet pup who diligently watched over as Brett worked. Very nice, professional, and efficient worker. Brett was also very thorough in explaining what he did today, and definitely went above and beyond while inspecting the outside of the house. We are very happy that he is our new Inspector.

Brett Maxedon is an excellent inspector! He called to remind me of my appointment and made sure I knew he was on the way. He politely serviced the inside of my home at my request and did a great job educating me. His customer service is a bar above the rest and I appreciate him taking care of our home. We couldnt be more happy with our services with Massey, going on two years now. Today we had Brett Maxedon come to our home and he is exactly the type of employee every company should have. He called the day before to let me know he was coming and also gave me a time frame he would be here for our treatment today (and he was right on time!). I havent used their services, but I have been tailgated by their driver ( surprisingly, tailgating me did not make the traffic in front of me move) and he came within a few feet of my bumper when he changed lanes. If the driving of truck#5 (TL# 920612) is an indicator of their service, I recommend trying a different company.

My wife and I (Frank Allegro) want to give a great review and shout out to your Technician Mr David Love. We were infested with a mass invasion of flesh flies! About a week and a half ago we smelled something dead around our fireplace opening and thought there was something in the fireplace that died. After investigating this we could not find any thing that would cause the smell. After about 2 days of looking around in, and out side the home, the smell went away. About 3 days before Thanksgiving we were infested with flesh flies. We were killing 30 -40 flies a day. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, I didnt expect anyone would be working but I called anyway and spoke to a gentleman with Masseys main office in Florida.They were very nice and sympathetic to my problem and said they would get someone out ASAP.We spent our Thanksgiving at a relatives home and when we got home that evening, we fought off about 40 flies in swarms for 2 hours.The next morning (Black Friday) the swarm showed up again. As I was swatting the flies, I noticed that there was a Massey service truck sitting in front of my house and the tech was getting ready to come in. I was so surprised to see him, expecting to have to wait till Monday for anyone to show up. I ran out to greet him. Mr David Love introduced himself and immediately saw what we were up against. He said he wasnt leaving till he found the problem..wow we were so relieved hearing that! David went straight to the attic and after an intense investigation and Davids expert knowledge and experience he located a faint smell at the far end of the attic. He knew that was the culprit and took care of the problem.I am thrilled to report that this morning I killed 4 stray flys and so far had not seen any more. Thanks to the great people with experience and knowledge to respond so quickly and professionally with attention to detail, I am a Massey service cheerleader and spread their great work to everyone I know who may need their services.

Received an email from office manager Jean Bender on June 28 to get payment for an invoice. Responded to her email on June 29th asking for a copy of the invoice, no response back. Emailed Jean Bender again on July 13 asking for a copy, no response. Emailed Jean again on July 16th, no response or copy of the invoice sent. Email received from Jean on July 18th notifying me that a lean was filed against me for non payment. Absolutely unacceptable service. If you wont respond to an email for payment, you certainly have no right to file a lean. Unprofessional and frankly rude service. This is the second billing issue I have had from this Massey service center. Previously they issued me charges for a service they didnt perform, then told me multiple times they were crediting it. It took me months of calls and to get them to square up the credit they told me half a dozen times was issued, but never was. I am done with Massey after this mess is cleaned up. Beware of doing business with this company, their billing is a mess!
