Mosquito Joe is the best investment we make for the enjoyment of our home each month. We live on the Brazos River and Mosquitoes were terrible for the first 6 years. The last two years have been such an improvement. We can go outside and not be bothered. I Highly recommend.

MOSQUITO JOE provided great service. They are friendly and professional. I really get bitten by mosquitoes, but since hiring them, the mosquitoes are gone. I use the botanical spray and it isnt much more expensive than the regular pesticide spray. Overall I am very satisfied with the service! It is well worth the money for me.

We had tried everything to rid our patio of mosquitoes, Spartan Treatment, Thermacell, fogging ourselves and all that combined still wasnt enough. We can tell when MJ has been here and our tech Christopher Evans is thorough, every time! Would recommend you try them

First and foremost, the customer service we receive from the technician(s) is always excellent. They are professional, friendly, always smiling and thorough. One example Id like to point out is the other day I arrived home from the grocery store at the same time my tech arrived. Without hesitation, he asked if Id like some help uploading. Although I didnt need his help (small load), that act of kindness is why we love you guys. Also, we have been enjoying our time out in our backyard without having any mosquito issues. We have a lot of trees and we still are not bothered by those pests. Thanks to your crew and services, we are 100% happy customers. :)

Something is failing with these services. This is my daughters leg just a few days after service. I would like a call from the owner and not the office manager because the office manager is consistently rude.

Friendly and professional every step of the way from my first call, coming to my home, and promptly addressing any question or concern I have had. I was unsure of how the process worked exactly but after it was explained to me I am more than happy with the service. Mosquitos were horrible here, so bad I either reapplied repellant every 30 minutes or just stayed inside and hoped they didnt make their way in and find me! After the first visit though, there has been a DRAMATIC change and will only get better each time. Do I expect to never get bitten again in my yard? No, but I can enjoy my yard and pool now without being attacked by an evil swarm of little blood suckers every second Im outside. So much better!

Mosquito Joe always sends a reminder email on which day the following week they have scheduled your home for service and they are consistent and reliable. Also I appreciate they knock prior to starting to let us know they are there and then I can make sure my dog is inside. They leave a note so I know they came if I am not home.

I was a bit skeptical, especially after all of the rain weve been having. But, I sat outside in the backyard this weekend and was able to stay out well past dusk for the first time in several years! We didnt see one mosquito. Even my daughter, who is a mosquito magnet, commented how nice it was to be able to sit outside in the evening for a change.

They notify us early in the morning when theyll be here and they show up on time! They also do a great job of getting rid of the bugs in our yard. Even with all the rain weve had there are no mosquitoes.

When they showed up the service was good but they set and missed multiple appointments. For whatever reason they could not schedule appointments, notify in advance so gates could be unlocked.

Set appointment 2 weeks in advance. No show. No Call. Terrible experience
