Friendly service. Great pricing and great customer service. Bart is always on time, let you know when they’re coming, when they’ve arrived, and when they’ve left. The office staff is friendly and was great when there was an issue on my bill. They don’t try to solicit other services or push additional fees like other bigger companies. Definitely recommend.

The technician (Bart) that came to my home was very thorough and knowledgeable about his products. He answered my dumb questions and made it easy to understand. Letting me know what to look out for around my house plus the areas that have more traffic than others. Just simply put it means a lot to a customer to know he cares about the customer and his company. I have referred this company out to many of my friends. Buckaroo was great at getting rid of a pest problem. It’s kind of embarrassing to say you have roaches but once they manage to sneak their way into your home they can quickly take over. Buckaroo not only got rid of them quickly but completely and they did so with excellent customer service. Now they do quarterly spraying just to keep our home pest free. Ron is the best. He is very professional and it’s always a pleasure to see him. Would definitely recommend.

Buckaroo survived our house for bed bugs about 4 months ago. We did everything g they told us to do. We bought new mattress and box spri gs, new bedding and new carpet. Guess what the bed bugs are back. We havent traveled, nobody but my husband and I have been in the bed. They wont back up their services. They said I only have a 30 day guarantee. He was not willing to come back and spray again. So I would not recommend him to anyone..

They might be great for other stuff but for bedbugs I don’t recommend them. I payed $550, $500 was the one they promised and the pest guy said $550. I didn’t say much I said ok as long as I have good treatment it’s ok. After the treatment, bed bugs came back within a month call them again and said don’t worry it’ll be finished. Again I see bed bugs. No body is using that room since bed bugs came. when I called them telling them the bed bugs came back, they want to charge me again. lowest they can get is $400??do you job correctly. Bed bugs are exactly at the same place. Like are you kidding me. they’ll sugarcoat you in the start don’t get trapped. I will never recommend to anyone also to the management, don’t reply with your fake sympathy to contact manage because you guys have no answer when i asked. They dont even know the cause and why the treatment is not working.DO NOT use this company at any cost. They have one job, to kill the bugs and they can’t even do that.

Bart, our technician with Buckaroo Pest Control, did a fabulous job of helping us handle our creepy crawlies and four legged squeakers. He was diligent in searching out the entry and exit point of the mice, and then installing small plates of sheet metal under the counter sinks to block their passage. He seems to have wiped out our water bug problem, and has taken to time to prepare me to handle my part in the undertaking. We have a yearly contract with Buckaroo which gives me peace of mind.

I just want to say their customer service is amazing! I have a small pest problem and they explained what I could do myself before treating my whole house for $200. They are honest sincere people unlike Orkin! I feel like they honestly care about not only their customers but about people who are not their customers as well. I have not used them but I will in the future!

We have an annual plan with buckaroo. They provide excellent communication and convenient payment remittance. The quarterly services do not disrupt our busy schedule. Best of all, I see fewer bugs than before hiring them.
