Called them for help with a stray kitten who was stuck in a dangerous place. Was met with an automated menu that was unresponsive and glitchy but ultimately led me to leave a message, saying Id receive a call back within 2 hours. Its currently days later and Ive not heard from anyone at all.

Not sure why Im being asked about wildlife removal ive been leaving voicemails since Easter Sunday to 5 different people only one contentinental pest control has called me back. They couldnt do it and referred me to someone else.

They did a great job when raccoons took over, living under our deck and in a crawl space.  They are reasonably priced, and gets the job done efficiently and humanely.  Not only did they trap several raccoons, and a possum, they also did the exclusion work on our deck so that they cant get back in. I was afraid when I discovered bats were in my garret. Two of them made their way into my living space which only made me more apprehensive. I was impressed how quickly Sam came out. He spent a whole day at my place doing a lot of work. Next, they came out 2 days later to continue the work. They installed doors to allow the bats to leave but not return. Everyone was friendly, informative and most of all trustable. They will return at various stages to complete this process. I was told to call any time I had questions or concerns. Highly recommended!
