Brooke was my hair stylist. I wasnt exactly sure how to describe the style I wanted. She listened to me patiently, then proceeded to cut it exactly like I wanted. Dont listen to the negative reviews, this location was clean and organized and both stylists greeted me as I entered. I will definitely come back and request Brooke! Awesome experience!

Clara was super nice and gave me a lot of advice to take care of my hair. I definitely needed a cut after doing it at home for almost a year. I told her what I wanted and showed her one picture, and she did exactly what I had in mind. She was very kind and super professional to work with. I would definitely come back here again and I would recommend other people to come here to get their own haircuts.The space was very clean and even though I made an online appointment, there was no one there, which I really liked during the pandemic. Everyone in the building wore a mask, and I was asked to put in hand sanitizer after I walked in. It felt very safe

Victoria gave my bf a butchered haircut and she was very unpleasant and unprofessional. She actually laughed when I told her that a toddler could have done a better job. She thinks she is better then she is, she is the definition of a Karen. Do not and I repeat do not go there to get a haircut. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and wont stop till he gets a refund!

The worst haircut in my life. The lines are not even. Didnt cut with the grain, flow. While paying the bill she was staring at the machine waiting for me to give a tip. I will never go there. What a waste of $25.

You can schedule a service online for a time that you pick if its available. Just go in and they are ready. Require face masks and make you sanitize your hands before going past the counter area. Unfortunately i did see some hair that was missed from my sons haircut and I had to have some redone. The beautician was a bit rude and judgmental. Not efficient with the clippers since I had to ask her 2x to redo his cut from missed hairs. For the value and the service its just meh. Im glad that I so not get my hair done at any of these salons. Only horror stories evolve from that.

I have gone twice with no appointment,both times I had the best hair experience. The first time,I had them wash and dutch braid my natural hair,it lasted several days. The 2nd time I had highlights,a trim and dutch braid. Went over everything with me from upkeep,touch up etc. Feel wonderful,loving my new hair. Wont go anywhere else.

Great Victoria did a great job

This was the first and last time I will come to this place. The service is very poor. The barber lady’s have no patience to listen to my requests. I wanted a layered cut but then they go on to trim my hair in a five points style. Its very unprofessional, do not go to this place for specific haircuts.

Jordan is a LIFESAVER!!! I’ve never had a bad experience. He recently moved stores, went from Lewisville to Plano...the day i met him, he’s always taken care of my hair. He’s willing to do the crazy things that I’m wanting to do with my hair that it makes me thankful that I ever met him. I will always go to him.

Hit or miss as with any cattle-call walk-in chain. There had been a very good barber there for many years, but I think he left. Ive been twice since he left... Not too bad, but it took a good 10 days before I looked like he would have had me looking right outta the chair. It is what it is. The difference between a bad cut and a good cut is about two weeks of growth after a bad cut... So... Yeah.

They will only greed certain people, will make you wait even if you make an online appointment, will hurry up and get you out the door, won’t be back!

The people are sweet. But they have no idea what they are doing. The guy says he has 29 years of experience but he’s not a barber but trying to do what a barber does. The line was not even straight. And then they charged $20 for that and he spent 5 min trying to “fade” my hair when he had no idea what he was doing.I need my money back. And if I was you I would not enter this place unless you don’t care about your hair. Good luck

Okay so I went to this location the other week. Customer service was great but my haircut omg like was it her first time cutting hair or what? I rather get bad customer service and get a great cut! Because thats what I am paying for! Im not paying to have a conversation, im paying for a decent hair cut!

Always clean. Stylists are very friendly. Price is reasonable. Nice that you have the ability to reserve a spot on line so you dont have to wait as long at the salon. Rodney and Ohna have been there a long time and do descent haircuts. The others I am not sure about.

OMG!!! Ihave natural hair and made an appt for just a wsh and blow dry. Priscilla hooked me up and I even ended up getting in straightened. she made me look AMAZING. my husband hasnt seen my hair straightened ever and today Priscilla made me look like his beautiful queen. We are DEFINITELY pleased and WILL be coming back.

I made the mistake of trying to cut my own hair and had to come in for a visit. I did call first and Stephanie was more than happy to answer my questions and let me know there wasnt a wait. I went in and Jess cut my hair. Im very happy with the results. I know both ladies are from another location and were filling in but they were very friendly and were awesome with all the clients that came. I really liked it that Jess was confident in cutting my hair, I have naturally curly hair but I had straightened it so she could see my mistakes, I often get hesitation to cut my hair. To bad the stylists arent regulars but the did hear high regards for the man they were filling in for from another client.

Basically you get what you pay for here. Its not horrible, but its certainly not great or even good. The stylists dont really listen to what you ask for, and tend to just do what they want to. Like I said though, its worth the low prices if you are in a pinch.

They didnt do a great job and haircut was 19$ which I found expensive as well. Would rather go to great clips for a better experience. Not going hereafter.

Two of my family members visited today. Their haircut was done by Victoria and Priscilla which came out to be the worst hair cut they ever had. I would give 0 star if there was an option. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Oanh has been cutting my hair for nearly 10 years. She does an excellent job remembering how I like my hair cut and does an excellent job cutting my hair each time. The SuperCuts is conveniently located on Southwest corner of Parker and Alma. The staff here is always friendly.

Rodney killed it. Quick and friendly and left me with a great cut. Ill definitely be back.

Ive always received good service at this location. Never had a bad cut from here either but my hair is pretty easy. Wait time is generally around 10min when I go. Overall good place, I would much rather get my haircut here then at Sports clips.

This place is great and I’ve been going there for over twenty years. Quick and consistent and cheap enough that you could tip 100% and still not pay as much as at the trendy places.

The gentlemen who cut my hair did amazingly well, he did not hurt or pull my hair hard. I have one if the worst hairs for cutting due to how tangled it gets and by far this guy cut my hair better than anywhere I have gone. Highly reccomend and the ambiance is nice which is always a plus!

Fastest haircuts Ive ever had and not in a good way. I wish they would have attempted to take more time cutting my hair especially when no one else was in there. Came here a few times when I was new to the area and I wasnt happy with my haircuts. They were often uneven and too much was cut off. Tried two different stylists and I gave them specific instructions on clipper cut length but the instructions were ignored. I found Rods Barbershop in Allen which is a bit further than Id like to drive but they are awesome! I would not recommend this Supercuts.

Went in for eyebrows waxing., *Priscilla* did a poor job, she peeled of my skin above my eyelid, it hurts so bad. I told her it is hurting but she just ignored that. I would not recommend her.

Legit the absolute worst haircut Ive had in my life ever. Like not just a little bad but unbelievably bad to the point Im going to wear a hat for a month. If you want a 5 minute haircut for the same price you can go to an actual barber and you want your head to look like a dog tore up a stuffed animal then go here. Worst haircut I’ve ever got in my lifetime. The asian lady sat me down and asked what I wanted, I said “I would like to keep the length on the top and shave down the sides” next thing you know she shaves my head. Terrible experience, and probably won’t go there again.

Went here instead of our usual place since it was close. Stopped in asked for a trim. Sima does not seem to know what a trim is! Sima starts cutting short and now it is to late to stop her have to go with short cut. Instead of listing to customer and giving a TRIM she did what she wanted. Will never go back there.Will give a shout out to Rashima she was very nice and tried to help.

Far and away the worst haircut Ive ever had. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. A crew cut should be tough to screw up it was just done. Back is longer than the top and side burns are at an angle. Unless you want a buzz dont bother with this place.
