I had my hair cut at a hair salon just a week ago and paid alot of money. I was not pleased with the outcome. Sport Clips was then recommended by a lady in the grocery store. I had admired her hair. Katina, the manager at Sport Clips Plano East, gave me the perfect haircut that I described to her. I walked out a very satisfied/happy customer!!

For a lack of better words I received a hack job yesterday on 9/1. Lady didnt get my daily product out of my hair before cut. She basically just cut around the product. I got a fade that looks like my moms first attempt at cutting my hair when I was 10. All my hair is different lengths and on every border of my hairline I have long and small hairs all over with jagged lines behind ears. Im not sure of the ladys name, she had her alarm ringing to go pick up her kid from school while I was getting my haircut. Im assuming thats why I got such a poor quality haircut (she was in a rush). Definitely not worth the $26 a spent.

Before the cutting starts instead of after, can always cut more off but you cant put it back

Been going to Sport Clips for many years, for the Plano East location, close to 8+ years.Always a great experience.I have Shauntai cut my hair and it is perfectly do e all the time.Love the hot towel, it is a must.Highly recommend going in and getting a cut, you will be happy you did.

28 dollar hair and beard trim. Not a very good value in my opinion. I thought when it was first time to a sports clip they do something different. If they did I did not notice. I would not go back to this place for hair cut. I did not feel it was worth the value. I generally can get same type of haircut for 15-20. Lady cutting my hair did not speak very good English and did not seem very happy about cutting hair.

Went in for a haircut even showed her a picture and said I dont want much cut off the top. Next thing I know she cuts off 6 inches right off the top. Lady was in a bad mood and decided to take it out on me.

I am someone who usually has terrible experiences wherever I go due to my tricky hair, but Dominique at the Plano location gave me the best haircut I have gotten in years. Not one visible line on my hair. Her personality was also a 10/10, highly recommended

She was so engaged and explained very clearly what my cut would like, and then executed it perfectly. Waited for them to open so I was the first one in, and then no even 1 minute into my haircut the older asian lady just started doing her own thing after I told her what I wanted. Im furious. I have to go to work with a botched hair cut because she cant understand a Damn thing I said. Or just doesnt care what I said.

I got two haircuts over here and the first was $25 and the second was $21. They give you a free MVP (hair wash and massage) on your first visit. The haircuts were great and they took about 15 minutes each. The service is first-come-first-serve, so your wait-time depends on how early you came into the store or made a reservation.

Went in for hair cut 12/1 about 5pm. I just wanted to say that stylist Dominique was absolutely fantastic, she is witty and very upbeat & positive, and gave me a great cut! Thanks Dominique!

So I have a mohawk. I just go in to get the side of my head shaved. But they always leave it kinda chunky right where the shaved part meets the longer mohawk strip. The rest of the work is really crisp, but that section always has to be touched up by a friend or family. Idk why they can never figure out how to do it.People are really nice. The shop is clean and the service is fast.

My Son and myself got really bad haircuts, we had to go somewhere else that same day and get it fixed, not coming back to this place. The two stars I gave, they were friendly ...

Though we see sport clips as one brand each individual store shows competitiveness. I once went for a complimentary trim at this location. I was told that since I usually do haircuts at another location they wont appreciate my visiting them in the future for the complimentary part. So be sure you get complimentary neck trims at the store you get your haircut done

My hair cut, I went there because it was close to my Doctor office. I ask for a certain haircut she suggested another; so I did what she suggested because I figured she didnt know hope to a layering or feathing. I will continue to go Great Clips. (OLD TOWN) 75206

The staff is very friendly and has always been able to do what I ask for. I dont get anything complicated, so it isnt expensive either. I use them as my regular location.

Going to have to go somewhere else to get this haircut fixed. And they charged $23 for a very basic haircut. The only good thing - there was no line. But the lack of a line isnt why you go to a barber shop.

The stylists at this location have always been friendly and quick. The location is clean and i always leave happy with my haircut.

All my boys come here for their haircuts. They have been coming here for years. They always walk out looking great! No matter who they get, their hair is cut correctly. They all have wavy, thick hair so cutting it so it grows out and still looks good is not any easy feat.Saturday a couple hours before they close has no wait times. You can also check in and save your place on their website for their busy times.

Good haircut for what it is, but they no longer offer a badic haircut here. they will charge you for the triple play even if you only get a baisc haircut and not even offer the other services they are charging you for. i will not be back to this location again.

Zero star. Went there asked for regular hair cut. At the time of payment presented 5 man bucks or whatever they call 5 dollars off, lady charged me for mvp and deducted 5 dollars. When asked why was I being charged for mvp where I did not get no mvp service, she said since I am new customer, they charge me mvp price but did not provide any shampoo etc. What a load of junk. Never going back again to this bait and switch shop.

I really dont understand why people give such bad reviews, Ive been going here for years and have never had a problem. the stylists have always been nice, fun to talk to and most of them are really pretty. the bad reviews must have been from jealous females or rival haircut places. thats just my opinion though.

Online chekin is cool. I went to this place for the first time for haircut and I was right on time and didnt have to wait. The attendant was ready for my visit. I was asked if I want to take the MVP and I said yes. she said since it was my first visit, I could get it just at the price of regular haircut. She did a good job and everything went great until at the time of checkout when she asked me to pay for the full MVP as their system shows its not my first time..strange that some ghost got a service here before with my name. Im okay to pay the full price..but it was just I was given a offer and they were not able to fullfil. Even the card machine did not work and I couldnt pay for a while. Overall its an okay experience.

I have never had a better haircut experience than I had here with Lisa! She is so sweet and actually made me laugh (which is rare when getting a haircut)! I cant recommend this place (and her) enough!

I went for the first time to have my kids haircut. I wanted my kids to have a good experience and also to maybe make it a tradition. But we had to deal with a lady name “vicki “, she was extremely rude. So customer service was horrible, my kids were not clean after their hair cut. My sons had hair all over their faces and neck, and must of all the way that we were talked to. Let me just tell the owner or manager of the store, you lost our business and thank you for making sure that my kids had a bad experience.

DO NOT LET DEEDY CUT YOUR HAIR. Got a simple cut (asked for a 2 on the sides and to leave 1 inch on top) and it was totally butchered. When I got home I realized how uneven the lengths on top were and it was also faded about an inch higher than I had asked. My hair looks terrible. Never again -- wish I had read the reviews here first!I added a second star because I went back later that day and had a different stylist fix my hair (as much as could be done).

Very poor experience overall. The stylist was pleasant, but was more worried about covering shifts than handling customers. Paying for MVP was a mistake, as it was half-hearted, brief, and not worth the money for poor quality service. Cut was okay, but theres obvious places where the stylist missed or forgot, so Ill have to get a touch-up elsewhere.Theres a reason why I stopped going to Sport Clips, and after todays cut, I now remember why.

My sons hair did not come out as great as other places I felt it was rushed and I cut it my self at home when we left. My hair was fine but I felt also that it was a bit rushed for a slow afternoon I give 2 stars for the nice design but not quite the expiriance I had hoped for.
