Worst female barber!! Low taper turned into a high fade that turned into a Mohawk? No blending just straight chopping chunks of hair. If u have to look sharp this place wont help

Rahila cuts hair as well as any elite stylist for a fraction of the price. She could work elsewhere for more money, but as a working mother, she needs the flexibility that comes with being the companys most valuable asset. She has a tremendous memory - she remembers you from one visit to the next, and she remembers how she cut your hair. Because she remembers, you can tell her to tweak things versus how she cut it the previous visit, so you can get your hair cut exactly how you want it. And on top of all that, she is a delightful person.

I have been a happy customer at this location for at least 10 years. Rahila does an amazing job with my hair each and every visit. She is very attentive and always manages to remember my preferences. The prices are more than fair and I love coming back. No matter how busy it is I always feel like the #1 customer.

The lady there was all alone working by herself. Barely knew English. Gave me a terrible cut. Overall very bad barber . Don’t go here. Wouldn’t go here even for free.

Went in for an eyebrow wax, they got me in right away. Looked a little outdated on the inside and she waxed my eyebrows just in a chair. She did a good job and it was a good price. Wish she would have trimmed then more. For a quick cheap eyebrow wax its good. The lady was so sweet and friendly.

The workers there are terrible and are bad at cutting hair. They recently messed me up I ask for a fade and told the lady not to touch the top but guess what she decides to buzz it off and use one clip guard to cut my side like how is this even a business .

After Great Clips said too busy to wash/dry hair (with two ppl there and zero customers in sight with 2 hrs to closing!), I was panicked on Christmas Eve. Pro-Cuts came to the rescue! Amazing service!! Thanks!!

Rahila is awesome!!! I have been going to her for 10 yrs ..I do my haircut, highlights, root touch up, all over color and hair style. I always get compliments for my hairstyle and color. Her prices are very reasonable. I also get my sons haircut here too !! I would highly recommend her!!

I would give Zero stars if I could. I had to go there two times for her to get my hair done and even after a second time my hair still looks horrible. I would not even call these highlights more like cheetahs pots. My hair is all ruined now. My hair is damaged and frizzy. She didn’t want to even admit that she did a bad job. Every salon I’ve gone to does my hair until I’m happy but she was unhappy with me being honest. She said that she would be stupid to give me my money back or to fix my hair. Very disrespectful and rude. I will never go there again.

I thought Id give it a try. I just now returned from there. The stylist asked what I wanted and I told her that I wanted it short. I think she cut some hair on the back of my head, but the rest is pretty much unchanged. Oh, well. At least I know now to avoid going there.

The staff is very friendly. They have decades of experience and it shows. The prices are also very reasonable.

I go for Rahila - shes been doing my hair for over 10 years and never once have I been disappointed. She now does my 16 year old daughters hair as well and she LOVES it (and if you have a teenager, you know how hard it is to find something you agree on )

They deserve every bit of this one star. Ths person was very nice. But this is the second worse hair cut i have every had. I left thinking she must have had a stroke. She answered the phone and had a conversation as she was shaving off my hair. My hair was about 2.5 inches on top and she shaved it down to 1 inches without asking me. No where on my head is even. I have been finding long and short patches daily. So bad.

If I could do less stars I would. Horrible service, bad listening, and they cant give you all that they promise. I went in there today to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady said she couldnt do waxing so I had to leave. It says waxing on the front of the store! When I do go there to wax my eyebrows, they dont even listen they just shape it! I highly recommend you to NOT go here.

Ruhellia doesnt deserve any stars. She is the most unprofessional and unskilled salon worker EVER. I asked for a trim and she cut off over a foot of my hair. Then to make up for that, she said she was going to give me a deal. I ended up with Chester Cheetah highlights and a foot and half missing hair. My daughter had come with me for a cut and a lavender color. Ruhellia decided to split my daughters hair down the middle and only cut one side. The color she put on my daughters hair was green and stained her scalp. When I tried to talk to Ruhellia about it, she was extremely argumentative and accusatory. She kept telling me to come back and shed make it right. After a day of her denying it was green and saying it was blue instead, she said my daughter told her to change it to green. I was present the entire time and never once did that occur. She is a liar and an overall pathetic person. Even her salon worker had to tell her to stop yelling at me because she was so out of line.

Im a regular here, there are usually no wait times and they get me done on time! Both ladies are very nice and courteous!

Awful. Lady could hardly speak english and just started to cut my hair her way. Completely embarrassed to be seen in public. Only one person running this place when I was their. Never again would I go to any procuts.
