Been going to her for nearly 2 years now, and she always provides the same, great quality haircut every single time.Regarding the complaint on here about haircuts being $40, I honestly am happy to pay extra for consistent quality, not to mention a good, clean atmosphere. Your regular $12 barber shops are a dime-a-dozen around here, and have never been reliable or consistent in my experience. As the saying goes.. “you get what you pay for”.

I didnt go to this barber shop, Im sure they do a decent job. the reason why Im leaving a review is because Im sick and tired of barbers requiring a debit card over the phone for an appointment. that to me is wrong. where is the business-client trust? I think its ridiculous to ask for personal financial information over the phone TO GET A HAIR CUT! I took my business else where and actually got an amazing haircut at mikes blend.

Brittany gave me the best haircut Ive had in a long time and had me talking the entire time. The cut flew by and I felt extremely comfortable for the duration of my visit. Overall, she was very friendly and had a fun personality, while providing an excellent haircut.

This place has slowly sinking for a while, and all of the good hair stylist have already abandoned ship. Theyve increased the price of a haircut to $40, Im guessing to compensate for the slow business during COVID. My stylist wore his mask around his neck the whole time. Trimmed my hair and was done. No shampoo, no hot lather, nothing. A $40 trim. If I all I wanted was a trim I could go pay $15 for that anywhere else. Theyve reduced a once great hair cut facility to an expensive health risk. My years of service here are finally finished.

I have two reviews - one for the hair stylist and another for the office manager. I went in for my first visit and was really well taken care of by Tasha. She did a great job, provided great service and attention to detail and was extremely nice. I would definitely recommend Tasha. However, after paying for my cut with the office manager, I received a call a few minutes later from MasterCard telling me that they had flagged a $600 charge that was made to a beauty supply vendor. I thought it was a pretty bold move for the office manager to use my credit card right after my visit. Finleys website does not have a phone number to contact, so I filed a complaint via their website for corporate to look into the matter and never received a response back.

I havent gotten my hair cut here, but Ive come here for styling products and all of the staff were incredibly helpful with ensuring I got the right product for what I needed. They took the time to go over each product even though I wasnt getting a cut.From what I saw, the staff is very friendly and all the customers looked to be happy. They have a nice waiting area for walk-ins and appointments.

Always got such great service from Karin. Sad she moved on. Scheduling and check-in was easy.

The best barbershop experience I’ve had.Christian has been my barber for over a year at the Plano location. His attention to detail, thoroughness and friendly approach to his clients is top notch. I had been going to this location for 4+ years since I have moved here. I have seen the slow degradation of this location. Lack of reinvestment into the equipment, management not being present on location has resulted in the best barbers finding new places to cut hair. Towel warmers are hit or miss depending on which one you get, lights are constantly out and take months to be replaced etc. I am now traveling much farther to a different shop because this place is not the level of quality it used to be, and my barber has moved to a new location.

Very relaxed atmosphere and comfortable waiting area for my son and I prior to our haircuts. We also enjoy Christian with his professionalism and conversation during our haircuts. He always delivers and we come out looking stylish.

I went to this location because my normal stylist didnt have any appointments available in the Frisco location. I went on an extremely busy Friday, and had to wait about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but the staff was really apologetic and made sure I was up to date on what was happening.I was able to sit in the lounge area and enjoy a complimentary beer before my cut, so I wasnt upset about the delay. I really appreciated the professionalism at this location, from the front desk all the way back to the stylists.Karin did my hair this time, and she was such a pleasure to talk to. Shes very funny and personable. I got a fantastic cut, followed by an amazing head and shoulder massage. My first time there. Staff was friendly. Haircut looks Great! Prices are reasonable. They give a Military Discount.

Their staff was friendly and the overall experience was okay. I gave this place a 1 star for the value, the lady rushed through my service just to get to the next customer. They claim a “free edge up” but they just shave your neck and side burns, it’s not worth it. Its a huge hit or miss with this one and the one in Plano, most of their staff aren’t skilled barbers. Dapper Barber & Co charges the same price and you get much better value by going there.

So although I moved 20 miles away, I now drive to this place because my son and I get the best, most trustworthy and reproducible haircuts weve ever received. Angela is just Incredible, but frankly Christian and several others have given me similarly great cuts while being professional and entertaining. The price is worth it and the son/father discount Sunday makes it all the more worthwhile. LOVE this place.

Went here for a beard trim, conditioning, and color. Scheduled my appointment ahead of time, but it was rescheduled last minute. The person who asked me to reschedule it offered me a discount to my services, which I agreed to. When I arrived for my services, I only received the beard trim and coloring, and not the conditioning. Not only was I charged for all of the services including the conditioning, but I didnt receive the discount promised. Left feedback through two mechanisms and was not contacted. Wont be returning here, though the beard trim and coloring was good.

Ive had a great experience every single visit. This is largely due to Karin, my hair stylist/barber. Ive used her every single time because Im very particular about who I let cut my hair. She got it right from the beginning!

Whats there to say? They have every service and product you could want. They give you beer, coffee, soda, or water while you wait. Straight razor shaves, warm towel treatment, neck massage, Im a lifer.

I was impressed with my first visit and just finished my 2nd visit and very pleased. Ask for Angela. I have a very coarse beard and she worked it like it was butter. My face feels like a million bucks. Im working on a full fledged beard and no longer will be going at it alone. Now I know how dudes get their beards to look good. A place like this or better yet, this place! I wont try any other joint. Its worth the trip to Plano.

Had a 7:30 pm appointment and I usually go with Christian but he was unavailable. So I got a cut from yova. She did great took her time and edged everything up even though I was her last customer and she wanted to go home she made sure my cut was perfect. She didn’t even complain when I liked the cut a lot I had to get a beard trim to match and she did it with a smile. 10/10 would recommend her

If you are looking for an awesome haircut or shave, go see Cooper London. I was in the Marine Corps for years we had to get haircuts every week. Most of the time I got it razor shaved, I wish back then I would have known Cooper she knows how to hook it up. She cuts both of my kids hair too and there is no cut that they ask for that Coop cant do. So if your looking to get shaved, be pampered and hang out with a cool chick go see COOPER!!!!

Came in for a fade, figured I would have to wait because it was pretty busy but nope I got seated right away by a lovely young lady named Cooper! She treated me with a beer and one of the freshest haircuts Ive ever received. Highly recommend the place but also highly recommend Cooper! Overall great experience

To be honest I used to come here for the “free” beer but now I just go because the service is great (I don’t even get a beer anymore).. I live in Oak Cliff and although there’s barber shops all around my neighborhood I drive all the way to Plano because Angela provides amazing customer service and I always get a great cut no matter what!!

I was visiting the area, and my son needed his hair done. As a victim of bullying I was traumatized when I heard a Male employee berating another employee. Im shocked that this type of behavior is allowed at this location. Its no wonder he was the only available stylist when we got there 🤦‍♀️. I was going to keep my mouth shut, but then I heard from a friend that they had the exact same experience that I did. Im shattered and heartbroken for every employee who has fallen victim to that jerk, and any patron who has had to sit in a chair and witness this. You go to a salon to relax, and this is definitely NOT that place. Ill never go back & I hope people will listen to me carefully. Bullying has led to some alarming things to happen and I pray that no person has lost their battle because of this man.

Wow I’m shocked reading this place allows harassment and bullying of its employees. These owners obviously don’t care about their employees. Allowing employees to demean another employee is bad enough but allowing them to do this in front of customers is unforgivable. Can you imagine what they say about customers? If I ever thought about giving them my business after reading about their behavior it’s the last place I would give my hard earned money too. If this abused employee is smart, she should already have an appointment made with an attorney. She has a great case and when it’s all over, this just may very well be her business!!

Went in for a 2:30 haircut appointment to find out the person we were scheduled with had left for a personal emergency. They didnt bother to inform me. They were going to have someone else cut my sons hair but could not find the time to get him in. They did not want to push any other appointments to take care of us. Waste of time and the person I was talking with did not make sense. Dont waste your time.

Bad experience overall!Just came back from a beard trim/edge and rest assured, I will not be returning.Integrity: Poor at best. False advertising about prices and what services they would include. Was told one price over phone, but half-way through the service, I was given the new price, equal to about 4 times the original quoted price.Service: Probably the worst beard trim/edge I have gotten. Despite clearly describing what I was looking for and even showing a sample picture, the barber had to be repeatedly told to adjust the beard to make it look similar to what was originally described. And still, it was nowhere near the same.Just glad to be have done with this, but certainly not the experience you would expect for the prices they charge.

I just read the reviews on this place. I was looking for a good place to go to get my haircut. My wife showed me this review first off Im disappointed bear man that a man would treat a woman like this. Number one Im also disappointed it was a loud to go on when you co workers I read informed the management and they did nothing. I will never be going here I will not give them my business. I have really thick hair, and cowlicks everywhere. So I cant just get a haircut anywhere. Finleys has great Barbers. they can fade and connect really well. The one time I did get a bad haircut there, they fixed it the next day. No questions asked.

After looking for a place to get my haircut for about a year, a friend suggested Camille at Finleys in Plano. I went there for the first time in early 2017 and havent gone anywhere since. Camille is awesome and always does an excellent job! I dont plan on leaving them anytime soon!

Im fairly hesitant to try new places but Im glad I did. Setting an appointment online was fast, mobile friendly and I received a prompt email confirming my appointment time and services selected.The shop was well lit and open while the area I was at was near ocd-level clean. My barber, Camille was friendly, personable and most important to me - passionate about what she does.I never thought Id be one to say Id consider repeated trips to the barber, but Camille could certainly sway my thinking.

Haircut started right at the appointed time. Shelby did an excellent job. I enjoyed the hot towel and massage. Shop was very professional and reminded me of the old fashioned barber shops of my youth.

Jose did a fantastic job on my hair and beard trim + straight razor shave. Never looked better in my life.Next cut was with Nermin. She was terrible... refused to talk to me, butchered my beards length, left my sides uneven by nearly an inch, and cut my head pushing an electric razor too hard into my scalp cutting a line. Will never let her cut my hair again. On top of all that, she was incredibly unsociable and hard to talk to, so she never asked for nor responded to feedback about what I thought about the haircut.Update:Catie is also fantastic. Shes very personable and a cleans my beard up very nicely. I enjoy the atmosphere she creates, and the job she does. Thanks!!

Great old-school barber shop for men. Classy place, classy cuts. More expensive than the cheap places, but the quality of cuts you get is very consistently high.

Good haircut, even got a clay facial for 1st time. Enviornment is a bit unprofessional is only drawback. one of the barbers kept talking about robbery, people they knew in jail, giving political views, and other opinions I didnt appreciate or share. another barber was upset with the new cleaning service he had hired apparently so 2 of the staff were discussing things that probably should be talked about during time when customers arent around. might be enough to not come back or drive further to a different location. made several of us uneasy. Felt like I was trying to relax, but someone kept turning on a loud tv program I didnt like that I couldnt change the channel on. maybe bring earplugs then youll definitely enjoy it because the services were good.

Nothing that hasnt been stated before, but Angela is awesome. Let me qualify that for you.She used to train folks on how to cut hair. Shes professional, hilarious, and REALLY knows beards. I was extremely hesitant about having someone trim my beard. I hadnt touched it in 4 months and it certainly has its flaws (patches and weird growth rates). But Angela understood what I was trying to do, talked me out of some other parts of it, and I now have a pretty kickass beard.Ill be her customer for life.

Not a good experience at all.My stylist was very rough to the point that I had enough and I had to walk out. Usually when I get haircuts I fall asleep and I relax. Not this time. Very stressful experience. I felt that just because I was a new customer I was put with the least experienced person. I gave it 2 stars because the receptionist was nice.

Being violent, derogatory and disparaging to women in front of customers is not teasing or having a go. Leaving them in tears Its verbal abuse and it creates a hostile work environment. Lady at the front desk is very rude. Half talks to you and acts as if youre an annoyance. Scheduled an appointment online for services, showed up early and was never seen. Finally got up after 15 past my appointment time and the rude lady at the front only said she will be with you in a minute no apology no explanation as to why it was taking longer. I then asked if anyone else could do it because I was on a tight scheduled, she looked at her computer for 2 seconds and said nope. I said I would have to leave due to time and she only said ok still no apology or empathy... Will never go to this place again. They will charge your card for the service you select for an appointment but if they are late its a big middle finger to the customer.

This place is amazing!!!! Went to see Curtis for a beard trim/shape. He knows what hes doing! Im so impressed with him and this shop that I will definitely make the 45 min. Drive next time I need a trim.

This place went from good to meh.Now its always crowded (moms and small kids often take over the lounge area) and they have scheduling issues.I quit going after the 3rd time they canceled my reservation because my stylist was sick, left early, etc. Each time they acted like it was not big deal to cancel my appointment.Going to the Boardroom now. I suggest you do the same.

The service is good. Ask specifically if your barber can do straight razor shaves, dissapointed how many people call themselves barbers but dont have the skill, in general not just here. They do have a few though that can.

I come here to get a hairstyle changeups, especially if what I want I something trendy, but for a place to visit every 4 weeks, it can get expensive! Otherwise, friendly staff, good cuts, you decide whether its worth the price.
