Very professional and great customer service

Jim has been my SF agent for 30+ years and he has been great. He answers my questions and gives great advice. He’s the kind of agent that made State Farm awesome in the first place. This State Farm (Jim Collins) office is extremely poor in communication along with follow up on their expectation they set themselves. I would not even class this office as professionals. I would highly suggest that you look for another State Farm office to handle your State Farm needs.
