State Farm has very low rates compared to my former insurance company. Liliana was very flexible with showing me a few different quotes and helped me add my significant other on the policy as well. I have conducted business with this office for about 2 years now. Insurance companies are always a little tricky to me. Rates up - rates down, etc. But I will say this about working with Karinas team, Liliana in particular, has always been very responsive and has answered all of my concerns/questions - and quite frankly, I usually have more than the average person. Id also add that receiving calls from Karina/Oscar have made a huge difference in my customer experience with this office. Both are always in touch with their past and current customers and that is a huge plus with me. Me and my mom came here looking for better rates which we did ! We had progressive before which ended up being double of what we’re paying now. As soon as we came in we were greeted by the amazing Collin who was so sweet and made us feel so welcomed. We then were able to see Lillian Ramirez who was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She guided us in finding the perfect insurance for the family and provided the best service we’ve had from an insurance company. I had a State Farm policy with Korina for a while. It was a generally fine experience, although every few months shed ask me to come into the office and talk about my plan. I always declined because thats a huge waste of my time. In any case, about a year ago I switched companies to get a lower rate.She called after about six months to just check in and that was fine. Its now been about six months after that and in the last week she has called daily - sometimes multiple times in a day. They leave voice mails all about their new lower rates.I actually mightve considering hearing the offer, but they are being so pushy that Im compelled to write this review. There are tons of insurance agents to choose from, even if you want State Farm. Id pick any other.

I have had insurance through this office for the last six or seven years. The team is always very responsive to my needs, courteous and professional over the phone or via email, very willing to explain the details of each policy and answer all questions I have. Coverage is very affordable compared to what friends/family pay for their renters/auto policies. Every so often someone in the office calls to schedule a policy review to make sure that my policies reflect my needs and that I am aware of all of the ways in which I am covered, and which areas I might need to adjust coverage based on life changes. Theyre never pushy during these discussions.I also really enjoy the annual birthday card that the office sends, the fact that they always ask how Im doing in school, little extra touches like this make it feel more personal and like they actually care about who I am. =) Theyve given me every reason to stay on as a customer, and I dont plan on leaving anytime soon!

When Korina took over this location, i was a little bit anxious because of the change but so far I never had any problems or any issue. I asked for a quote online and had a few questions, and soon Kary Ramirez contacted me. She did awesome explaining our quote and prices and all the options we had. She was very patient and went beyond my expectations to process everything for my new car. I DID NOT leave the dealership with an expensive insurance- like my hubby did a few months earlier with a different insurance company, the price is perfect for us. I am very happy with State Farm so far. Now we have our cars and apartment with them and not a single headache.I would give 10☆ for Kary R. - costume service is great.
