Kudos to Louie Devega, our new State Farm agent! Weve been happy State Farm customers for many of our 78 years, but had to find a new agent when we moved to Texas just before Thanksgiving 2018. Louie Devega was not only the nearest, but proved to be a top-notch agent! He walked the five minutes from his office to our home, drafted vehicle, renter, and health insurance policies, and returned to his office to print them. When he came back for our signatures, we were outside - struggling to remove rusted bolts from our old license plates. Louie reached for the screwdriver, got down on the dirty pavement, removed plates from both front and back, then installed our new plates. As State Farms 1971 jingle says, Like a good neighbor, State Farm (Louie) is there! Thank you, Mr. Devega! We look forward to a great working relationship.

I just recently applied for a car loan and he was able to get the loan approved, cut the the check and hand delivered it to the dealership while i was there. You wont find a better agent in Texas, and perhaps the company. Louie (including Scott and Jessica) took a vested interest in who I was, not just what I needed. Recently relocated to Texas, but they made it easier than I ever expected to transfer all of my information over (all in one afternoon to boot!) and the fact that I saved a good chunk of money through their advisement makes my experience even more satisfying.

Louie was great. However he has a staff, i forgot his name, that messed up our insurance and made us pay for his mistake. We gave him the VIN number of my brand new car and he entered it i. the system and did his thing. It was an easy process. They called us and asked us to come to the office after a couple of weeks. The lady that called me said that the VIN number we provided didnt match the car that we wanted to get insured. So I showed her the paperworks from the car dealership with the VIN# and saw that it did actually not match. So Ive been paying insurance for a different car for weeks! and then they asked me to pay $700 coz of that mistake and fee things. I asked how did it happen? the lady told me whoever processed my VIN into their system typed it wrong and OVERRIDE the system when the system said the VIN # he typed was incorrect! so story short, this place made a mistake with my insurance, took weeks to figure it put and made ME pay for their mistake. I told them why me? and they kept saying well you didnt verify the number with our staff SO ITS MY JOB TO MAKE SURE WHEN THEYVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR SO LONG? I have never had this problem with other State Farm. just this place.

Dealing with Louie Devega and his team has always been exceptional very professional in A relaxed atmosphere.I live in Anna Tx. so it is a little bit of A ride for me to go see Louie at his office, But well worth the trip.I will continue to use Louie Devega for as long as he is an Insurance agent.He has taken well care of any and all of my insurance needs.No need to look for any other agent

I have had both auto and business insurance with Louie Devegas office for over 2 years. We moved my husbands fence business insurance from The Hartford and saved a lot of money. Plus, Louie is there to talk to you in person anytime you have a question and you are not put on hold at some call center. Louie knows our life and situation and I have also referred him to several customers, including my son who moved his insurance needs to Louie. We have been using Louie for all our insuranse needs for many years. He also helped us with refinancing our home two years ago and we bought another house recently and he helped us finance it through Statefarm as well. He communicates well and is quick to respond when we reach out to him. He and the others with the Statefarm Mortgage dept made buying a house stress free. They were able to close on our current home loan very quickly. We have watched the company grow and they are always improving. My husband and I highly reccomend him.
