Everything has been great here! This place is wonderful and the management team and staff here are wonderful. The apartment homes are perfect for my pets too!

We love the community. After moving from a traditional apartment setting to Horizon At Premier we couldnt be happier! We dont have to worry about anyone above us, we have a great backyard for our dogs, a super convenient gym, and a staff that cares! I highly recommend!

I am not currently renting but had such a great experience with the staff here during the tour. We worked with Stephanie who was very knowledgeable about the homes and made our experience fantastic. They have decent amenities including a gym, pool, community grill/smoker (green egg!). We toured the 1br and 2br both beautiful lots with gravel backyards. 1br had a bit of a smaller room and closet. Community feels safe and gated. Parking is first come first serve. Pricing is fair.

We toured Avilla Premier in October and fell in love with the community! Avilla doesnt have many amenities, there is a community swimming pool and a dog run in the back of the community. If we could request amenities I would ask for a dog bath area and a fitness room.We moved in in December and absolutely love our little community! We have met most of our neighbors. Everyone is dog friendly. We chose a 3 bedroom - we need the space to spread out when we work from home.Anytime we have had a maintenance issue it was taken care of right away. I have been recommending Avilla Premier and Avilla 380 (Mckinney property) to anyone looking for a pet friendly property!

Seriously this place is very awesome, we had a 3 bedroom with a yard very secluded very quiet and never any issues ever . We moved into a house for my daughters last 3 years of school as the apartment was a bit small for all of us . But I miss it every day, it was so easy and bills are cheap and they actually come fix things fast .

We have enjoyed living here for 2 1/2 years now. Enjoy having a yard to plant in again and a bit of a backyard again. Also we cannot wait for the BBQ to be installed.

We have lived here a little over one year. It has been great overall - location is close to many stores and restaurants, neighbors are mostly quiet, and management gives you your privacy. The reason I give 4 stars is due to recent pest control issues. Since summer began, we have had pest control out 3 times and I am still seeing spiders in my house. It isnt the reason we are moving - we have just found somewhere cheaper that has more for us (grass yard, garage, closer to work). The new management has done a great job adding amenities such as dog park, grilling area at pool, and gym. Overall, great place to live.

No complaints AT ALL! We have loved living here and would continue to stay here if we werent buying a house. Anytime we have needed anything fixed (which has been rarely) they have come the same day or next day and have been very friendly. Great location to get anywhere in the metroplex.

Nikole and the management are always super helpful and accommodating. This is also an awesome property to live in. Win win!

Gustavo & the team have been amazing to work with. We toured the 3 bedroom unit once and signed a lease shortly after. The entire process was pretty seamless. The property itself is very well maintained, units include great updated appliances and its a great place if youre looking for detached single living homes without having to deal with the hassle of an apartment. I am sure we will be living here for a while until were ready to purchase our own home.Thanks again Avila Premier and the Roscoe Properties Team!

I could not be more pleased with my new home. The entire staff has been extremely friendly and helpful, and I plan on staying at Avilla for many years! Moving sucks.... this is the place to stay! All the convenience of a regular apartment without the noise, lack of privacy, and my own yard! So happy!

Moved here a year ago. (Dee is awesome!). There is new management now but so far so good. The greatest amenity is that you dont share walls with anyone! Great little community. Friendly neighbors. Quiet for the most part. My amenity wish list: Attached garages, fitness center and a clubhouse. Cons: Price. When I moved in it was much more expensive than the current going rate for a 3 bdrm.Overall, it is a nice community.

Ive lived here for 3 years now. Its quite, clean and had no issues. Maintenance is awesome! Beautiful pool. Close to everything, Walmart, Lowes, Target, CVS, and many restaurants.

Since being sold to Roscoe Properties, I’ve seen a steady decline in professionalism. I personally miss the old employees. The property is new, but they’re definitely charging premium prices for minimum amenities. Also, how hard is it to fix a hot tub? #cheers

I love my Avilla Premier home! The staff is very accomidating and friendly. Dee, in the leasing office is AWESOME and such a sweetheart. She has went over and beyond to ensure that my all of leasing needs are and have been met. I could not have a chosen a better place to call home!

Quite community! No breed restrictions! Brand new appliances! We wanted to down size from a house, but didn’t want to do apartment living. My husband found Avilla Premier, and we couldn’t be happier!! We’ve been year for a year,and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. There’s been changes with management, but for the better! Brittany is awesome..she gets things done!

These apartments are nice overall... We had plumbing issues for the first 3/4 months and couldnt even use our 2nd bathroom. It finally got resolved after hassling about it for so long. The pool is OK, there is a hot tub, but no grills or anything near the pool. Yes, you can have them in your backyard but who doesnt have a grill by the pool for a nice summer day? The backyards - theyre honestly a joke. There is no grass, just gravel. Half the time the gravel gets washed away when it rains and you get to see nice patches of black tarp in your yard. *Eye roll*The management team has been friendly for the most part - no real complaints there. This place is WAYYY over priced for having no amenities, awful backyards and a OK pool. $1649 for a two bed room two bath and its a $150 upcharge for a 12month lease - NO THANK YOU - cant wait to get out of this money pit.

Staff was great! Gave a nice little tour, but found the 2bed/2bath apartment too small for us! otherwise great!

My husband and I went to view a home for a possible lease.The woman at the leasing office was rude.We were rushed and she added additional charges to the sum needed to move in. (A way to turn us off.) She did this by giving us a print out- crossing out the listed price and rewriting it with a higher on. At one point, the print out clearly said: FREE application fee. She crossed out Free and wrote in a price. She did this with trash removal, etc.We didn’t even get offered to view a home because it began to rain and she didn’t have an umbrella. Yes- that is what she said. We are obviously here, do your Job.I would not recommend or return for myself.

Nice brand new houses and a pleasant leasing agent. But the amenities are not so great.

New management and still no idea who it is and doesnt seem any better..i never see maintenance and they dont come when needed. No amenities but a tiny pool ..biggest mistake moving here..our toilet clogged on the 1st day living here! We had clogged pipes and water overflowed in toilet and tubs!And we couldnt live in our apt for a few days..our shower wouldnt drain and water would sit, we had to fight to get a new leveled shower!Sitting old beat up cars taking parking spaces .ghetto!!.and there response is to pay for a carport on top of the high rent.Roscoe has always been garbage, i worked for an asbestos company and all of their apartments had asbestos and lots of issues!!

The 3BRs and 2 bathrooms home are beautiful!
