The Reserve at Pebble Creek staff is AMAZING. They are so quick to respond! This is the best property I have lived at and I love calling it home for the past 3 years. It is quiet and very well maintained. I am loving all the upgrades from the new owners. Jessica and Myra are the best leasing staff and the office is always welcoming.If you are looking at this property to consider moving to - look no further!! Wish I could give it more stars!

Beautiful apartments and amazing staff! With all the storm damage that took place last week, I am so impressed by the way the maintenance team and office staff took care of my family and I. I just resigned my lease and I feel so good about the things the come! Besides the great location, the new company Harbor Group is taking amazing care of the property and doing so many improvements. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

We have been here 3 years now and we LOVE our forever home- well at least till graduation! The location is the best with just 15min to almost anywhere- great schools as we started in elementary- now in middle school- and will feed into vines and Plano senior! New management is BOMB- everyone there is nice and inviting- they do become apart of your family as the communicate everything VERY WELL- and no matter who i deal with in the office or maintenance staff everyone knows whats going on so there isnt a lot of run around- or if they say let me call you back- ummm they do! All the upgrades they have done in the last year are amazing! Sooo there is nothing else for me to say except they are again AMAZING!!!

From beginning to ending process of finding an apartment home, the staff at Reserve at Pebble Creek Apartment Homes have been wonderful! Mayra provided outstanding customer service, was very thorough and prompt in responding to questions, concerns and emails.Jessica, the assistant manager is awesome, as well! She helped us out with our application process and made our experience hassle/stress free and we are very thankful and appreciative of her!Hector, the property manager is also very pleasant. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and professional. THANK YOU all very much. We are thrilled to call Reserve at Pebble Creek our new home :)Side note: This apartment complex is awesome! Aside from pets control and valet trash, there are no additional unnecessary monthly fees and it we lucked out by finding an apartment home with everything we wanted for a good price! Apartments in the nearby surrounding areas are higher. We are very happy with our choice.

Im changing my review of this apartment complex. The former management company let this complex go big time and we had a lot of issues with them. However, the new company seems significantly better to work with and is way more receptive to issues. There is a definite difference and now this place is living up to its potential. Everyone at the front office is great to work with now that the management of the complex changed. Definitely recommend it now!

I currently reside here, and I have done so for 3 years. My fiance and I originally moved into a small one bedroom and never had any issue with the unit, other than some weak/poor carpet patching. That was under the old management, and was largely uneventful.This year we transferred to a larger 3 bedroom unit, the transfer process was easy enough, and Mayra and Jessica were and are incredibly patient and helpful throughout that process.We were unable to walk our new unit until the day we were moving in, the unit was just not ready in time to walk it. Unfortunately the new is in slight disrepair, due to the foundation shifting. Upon moving in the unit was not properly cleaned, though this was a minor issue as we were moving in and had to reclean anyways. The complex eventually did clean the air ducts and vents after a month or so of waiting.Our stove sparked and briefly caught fire due to faulty wiring causing a spark to ignite the wiring on the stovetop burners. This has rendered the right burners unsafe, but maintenance is adamant that they cant see the problem.Our fridge was constantly leaking water into itself and soaking all of our food within the fridge. It took about a month before maintenance and management replaced the fridge, and it now works as it should.The front door, patio doors, and windows have gaps caused by the shifting of the foundation over time. This has lead to us paying a much larger electricity bill over the summer, a much hotter apartment (average is about 78 degrees in the summer), and many more pests entering through thru cracks. Maintenance applied a basic fix of weather stripping for the front door, and shimmed up the patio door along with more weather stripping for the patio door. However these efforts still leave considerable gaps in both doors, as well as in every window in the apartment. I have not heard back in some time regarding the windows and at this point my only hope is that the winter is somewhat pleasant as I live in a psuedo climate controlled unit it seems.I understand COVID has impacted Harbor group and Reserve at pebblecreek, but I am unable to fathom why I cannot receive an answer, or an update, or any correspondence regarding these issues. I have submitted the work orders, and when maintenance arrives they simply do what they can, usually a basic band aid fix, and then apologize that they cant do more. This isnt maintenances fault, this is just disappointing.I would not recommend living here until you can confirm your unit has no damages or issues and are confident you will not have any issues. Had I known then what I would be living with I would not have moved. I will update this should anything change. I hope this helps, thanks.

The office never EVER respond to the phones... So the emails! I have more than 4 sent and never got response even for just letting me know that they have received it. The water bills since the new management stepped in and changed the vendor are sky high. How fun I was complaining before?! 🀦Its really getting worse and worse... And the office is still closed even all other management are partially open. Really?!

AVOID!! AVOID!! They will NEVER answer your phone. They will NEVER fix anything. They came into my apartment multiple times while I was gone without leaving a note or a phone call that they entered my apartment AFTER I said I didn’t want them in my place if I’m not there. I felt violated. Now I’m noticing Carpet beetles but unfortunately I can’t call ghostbuster because this staff won’t do ish about it! AVOID!

I normally do not like to write reviews but......I LOVE IT Here!!!!! I have been here 5 years and as long as the rent stays reasonable I will remain here. The staff makes you feel right at home. They never make you feel like you are bothering them when you come into the office. Stacey the manager always have a smile on their face. I love the fact they are big on making sure the property stays and looks clean at all times.Also, I loveeee me some MRS. Kelley! She wears so many hats, she helped me when I am upset, give me great insight on things I need. When I needed help putting work order in she helped with that. I bug her often and she never makes me feel like I am bugging her. When I know I really am. She is just pleasant to work with it.Also the maintenance people come on the same day most of the time. I love it here. we have breakfast and pool parties and games for the kids.Hope to stay here a long time,.

When my wife and I were searching for a new place to call home, we looked at three communities. The Reserve at Pebble Creek was our third stop. My wife immediately said this was the place.After meeting Derrick, the assistant property manager, I felt the same way. He went well above and beyond what I couldve ever expected. He showed from the very start that he cared and made us feel so welcome. He didnt stop at just getting the lease signed, his concern and care continued in making sure any problems we needed addressed maintenance wise were taken care of promptly.The property manager Staci was just as amazing and helpful. I cant say enough about this community and the staff. From the leasing office to the maintenance staff, just a great bunch of people. This definitely feels like home.

Excellent apartment complex. it is located in convenient area, near supermarket and restaurants. Inside of the complex is clean and safe. Management team is friendly and professional. If you have any problem in the apartment with appliance and so on, they will come to fix it for you timely, very professional. The management team also holds different activities, BBQ party by the pool, valentines dinner, pizza night, ice cream party and so on. You can get chance to know your neighbors and have fun!! They have nice pool as well, people can have fun there during summer time.

Two stars: one for the maintenance guys trying to fix things on time and the other for the location of the apartment. Other than that the appliances are very old and they need upgrades. The leasing office picks the phone up after 2/3 attempts. The gated community gate doesn’t work most of the times. My AC broke 5 times this year and my refrigerator was flooded atleast 4 to 5 times. The second bedroom never heats or cools down as the rest of the apartment. Other than that everything else is great;)

1. Leasing office managers are very helpful, especially Derrick, he once helped me with a package before the office opens.2. Maintenance team are very responsive, I had submitted about 10 tickets (in 2 years), all of them were resolved within 2 business days.3. Very quiet (far from major traffic) and convenient place (walk to Walmart).4. my neighbors are friendly, a bunch of kids play in the yard everyday.5. I didnt have any bug issues in my unit.

My family and I moved to Plano from the East mid Summer. Weve lived here at Reserve at Pebble Creek since July, and are going on to our 5th month thus far. I absolutely love it here.. We have two kids, and 2 pets, and we have never had a problem with anything.It was a nerve wracking experience, picking a place to live online (not being able to visit or check prior to signing lease), and I was worried about what we were getting into, but all my fears have since been assuaged. They are everything they promise on their site, and more.The one time we needed some maintenance done in the apartment, I went in to the office, and they had someone there to take a look at it that same day. The staff is courteous and friendly, the grounds are very well maintained, and everyone around seems friendly and nice.My husband and I utilize the fitness center every day, and the equipment is well taken care of and fully functional. Basically, its a REALLY good place to live. If we havent bought a home by the end of our lease, well definitely be renewing and staying till we do.

HIGHTLY WARNING !!!!! STAY AWAY from this apartment before you waste your money and time. The first day I entered, the floor was like a river, the water pipe was leaked, the next day, ants, mosquitoes, cockroaches crawled everywhere, they had come several times to fix but failed, The kitchen was unbearable, I tried to stay there for a month to wait for a house to buy, in that month i had really bad migraine because of the smell of the wood damaged under the sink. I wanted to move out without paying full amount of the fine (2k) but they denied my request. So I went to the office to ask for the phone number of the manager or the person responsible for the fine bill, but they did not give it to me And said some one will call me tomorrow, also they would not take the fine until I have a conversation with them, but they lied to me, nobody had called me for over a month and they had taken my money. That was a rip-off...There are a lot more apartments around there and I’m sure you can easily find something much better than this one...

Folks, this is a completely unbiased review. The place looks great from the lobby, but all the units are just as old and run down as the most older apartments are in the surrounding area. Basically, 1970s styling with dated appliances and dated everything. Issues with pests also. The common grounds are not kept clean once you pass the main gate. You get very little for the high monthly fees. Once you sign a lease, you can forget about getting out of it early. They will not budge on even reasonable requests for early termination. Spend some extra time searching for the right place.

We loved the apartment we lived in for 2 years, but had to move out literally overnight. This was due to a severe problem with my kids and the schools they were in, as they were in physical danger. The management would not even give us a break to get out of the lease. So now, 5 years later they are still trying to collect a remarkable $4500 from us. Great place to live but you are fried by them if you try to move early, even in an extreme dire emergency situation. So just be careful.

Worst apartment ever. The carport was not on the initial lease. I added it a few months after move-in. After a few months, I no longer want it. But the management told me I cannot remove it. I asked them to find the language on the lease. The management said he would find it for me but failed after 10 min search in my lease. At the end, they said I cannot remove it because it has become a part of my lease. Nobody told us this when we added it and there is no written document explains it. Really bad experience with this apartment!

I wish to rate them 0 stars ...i am living here few months before the only thing is good here is the location ....poor green areas (between building 6 and building 8) they care only about the landscaping area at front office to catch more tenants only but inside the community it is horrible .....the swimming pool at the summer was full of bugs and the water was dirty it is not possible to use it ...the community is not clean from inside you can find trash every where .....and the most horrible here is the management staff there is no manger here and the assistant manager she dont have any experience in the same field if you ask her about any issue she will not answer you at all and she will said i will check and i will let you know but she will not come back for you at all ...1 more lady is there she is rude and i saw her before shouting for one tenant......i will not renew my leasing contract again even they offer for me 1 free year .....you can pay little more and relax

I just read everyone’s comments to realize that I am not the only one who thinks how bad this community is, especially the man in the office. I think if you can hire such a bad employee, your community should not make progress. I did it once and changed from 3b2b to 2b2b after the period. At that time, only the manager was helping us to do this. He mentioned that a replacement fee of 350 and an application fee of more than 100 were required. We think the replacement fee is It was very unreasonable. I told the manager that our old tenants had to exchange room fees when they were due to change rooms. If a new tenant came, it was only called the application fee. After hearing this, the manager said that he would not charge the room replacement fee. We are going to fill in the form again. When the male employee comes back, she transfers it to him to help us fill it out. What is irritating is that the male employee insists on letting us pay the 350 room change fee. We told him that your manager just If the money is no longer charged, you don’t believe you go in and ask, or we directly talk to her that there is only one door away from the manager’s office. He directly said that the manager is busy, and then said to call in and ask, but the phone kept ringing. Say no answer if it doesnt ring! This is taking us as fools! We were so angry that we went directly to find other houses nearby to rent houses. With such employees, I believe you will only lose more tenants! ! ! !
