If you needed a sign to move here, this is it!! 😂The last two complexes we stayed at before Amli were mediocre. They were attentive and friendly at first and then that all stopped the minute we signed our lease/paid. Amli has been a breath of freaking fresh air!! They have been consistent from start to finish. Every encounter we have made with the staff have been so pleasant - From Mikey to Paulina and Stacey. Mikey is AMAZING! He is so easy to communicate with and super responsive (even on his days off). Everything was addressed/resolved in a timely manner. There are plenty of parking and areas we can walk the dogs.We did have a little issue in the beginning, but it was all cleared up and handled appropriately. I have only been here a little over a month, but I am already planning to renew my lease. I can totally see why they have so many long time residents here.

Going on my third year with AMLI West Plano and I absolutely love it here. The staff is amazing and so friendly! Paulina is so wonderful to work with. It’s so nice to have the person who I originally signed my lease with to continue to help me with my third lease. Any needs or questions I have she’s been so helpful.

Absolutely loved living here, I recommend this location to anybody and everybody! I lived here for a year! Pauline and the staff are just incredible they were so helpful in moving in, and any questions or concerns they handled so quickly!Any maintenance needed was fixed so so quick no complaints! Power stayed on during winter storm also, fore alarm went off which is a given in these situations!Overall this was my first apartment I had just moved to the state and wanted to be in a safe environment and a fun one as well . 100% safe 100% clean and fun/convenient things to do nearby! I wish I could’ve stayed in this location forever just had to relocate closer to dallas for a job! Loved so much I moved to another Amli location! If you’re stuck between here and somewhere else choose here! Management is everything and they have great management!

Very nice units. Friendly and super responsive staff. Great location with some nice walkable restaurants and bars nearby with discounts for AMLI residents. Pet friendly. Juanita, Paulina, Stacey and the rest of the staff (plus maintenance team when needed) have been wonderful. On moving in, the unit looked like there had never been a prior resident.

I am a longtime resident of Amli West Plano. The staff here are top notch. I have received amazing service. And the apartment is great as well. Stacy has been a huge help, and will go the extra mile to ensure the residents feel at home.

After living here for little over one month, I can say this is one of the cleanest and safest apartments in the Dallas area. Close and convenient to anywhere in Dallas, and the apartment and maintenance staff is very attentive.

Absolutely lovely finishes, spacious and well laid out, nice views, wonderful staff, and overall a very comfortable place to live!

I love the layout of the apartment rooms and how the closet isn’t in the bathroom. Working with Paulina has been so great- she’s patient, very understanding and flexible! The staff are very nice. I am excited to enjoy living here by the grace of God!

I have lived here for only 2 weeks but so far I am loving it! The office staff (Elizabeth and Staci) are very helpful and patient with answering my many questions and the maintenance staff is nice and gets things done quickly. The place was sparkling clean and move-in ready when I moved in and everything so far has been seamless. Best apartment I have lived in so far! :)

Started living here since 1 month and everything is great! The Leasing staff is amazing and very welcoming. Paulina was very friendly and helped us get past all the admin related issues. Always receiving people with smile and quick in resolution.The location is great and close to shops and movie theater!

Office staff is responsive and friendly. They put on wonderful community events like pool parties and painting with a twist type stuff. The ability to hear some noise around the apartment exists since it is an apartment but it is much less noisy that any other place I have lived. Security here is stellar, the area and tenants are nice and safe. Also the pricing is fair. Cheaper than the older place across the street and this AMLI is practically new. Any maintenance requests I have placed have always been handled quickly. If I had to guess why the average rating is not 4.8 for this place I would guess that some of the folks that live here are a bit on the high maintenance side. 😝 We are just a little spoiled is all. 😊 How could we complain about a little dog poop a fellow tenant forgot to pick up when we practically live in a modern day castle and have convenient access to all the food and entertainment and safety we could ask for. If we were born a few hundred years in the past we would probably be dying of starvation or the Black Plague or fighting in the trenches of WWI. So yes we should enjoy the nice clean pool and painted walls and air conditioning. 🤗

We lived here for just under 3 years and never had any problems. Staff (front office + maintenance) were always prompt and took really good care of us. Utility costs were always super low because of how energy efficient the building is. Walking distance to the grocery store, a few food spots, and the movie theater is a plus. Parking garage and gated entries made everything feel safe and secure, but can be a bit cumbersome if you live on a higher floor and have people over often.

Have been visiting a lot of apartments in the area and keep noticing the lack of customer service and indifference of the front office. Well not here!I came to visit and the leasing consultant was SO sweet. My boyfriend and I came on our off day so we were both dressed down and she treated us no differently. She was extremely attentive and took her time showing us every single amenity. The hallways were very clean and I felt like I was in an upscale hotel vs your average apartment.We even saw the property manager is passing who smiled and said hello. Loved how welcomed they made us feel. We havent made any decisions yet, but this place is definitely on the top of our list. Location is a HUGE plus as it is walking distance to several restaurants, Cinemark, and a big deli/bakery store.

I have lived at AMLI West Plano for the past 3 years. The office team is spectacular! I would not want to live anywhere else but here! Staci is the reason why I am still living here today excellent Manager I highly recommend Amli West Plano for your housing needs...

I have lived here for 4+ years now and couldnt be happier. If anything ever goes wrong, it is quickly fixed. The staff is by far the best of any apartment facility I have been apart of. There is so much to do around the complex. 5 stars is too modest.

Staff if wonderful! Friendly and receptive and very timely and tentative. Paulina and Elizabeth are outstanding employees that care.

Management staff has been nothing but amazing. More specifically Danielle and Jamie have gone way above and beyond with moving in and making me feel comfortable in my new apartment:) Ive already submitted a couple of work requests and they have been completed within an extremely reasonable time frame, one was within minutes. The community itself had been quiet and everyone I have met has been friendly and the perfect neighbor. Wish there was the option for 6 stars!

AMLI West Plano is an awesome place to live! The staff is fantastic and works with you to solve any issues you have. I have been living here for almost two year and have loved it so far. The pool is really nice and I lounge there quite frequently, which has been beneficial for this Texas heat weve been having. It is also really centrally-located to all the nearby Shops at Legacy and EatZis (one of my favorite go-to places). I would totally recommend stopping by for a tour if you are on the fence. It might change your mind for the better!

Applied to these apartments a few months ago and I paid $225. I didnt get to move in thats fine but they kept my money and never responded to my phone call really bad way to treat customers.

Year Update: Couldnt have asked for a better complex to live in for the past year. Aside from having everything nearby (restaurants and Eatzis walking distance, two supermarkets, and quick access to the tollway), staff has always been courteous and maintenance responds quickly to any issue that is reported. The team here also quickly responded to COVID back in early March when this all started. If I come back to Dallas next year, I would move back in here in a heartbeat. Elizabeth continues to be amazing at making sure tenants have a great experience. If you do end up choosing AMLI West Plano, I doubt youll regret it. Cheers! - MSo far so good! AMLI West Plano is a great place to live if you work in Plano/Addison/North Dallas. The units are very nice and well laid out, service requests get taken care of very quickly (which is nice), and there are lots of Dog parks, which is a huge plus. Also, the staff is very friendly, and they seem to be on top of their game when it comes to fixing things around the complex that break down due to wear and tear. My only recommendation would be to adjust the doors in and out of the apartment complex so that they arent so loud. Other than that, this is a perfect place to live :D

This is the hallway outside the apartment I rent 1161. I know this hallway has not been cleaned by an AMLI staff member in at least three weeks. How do I know this? Because I personally swept and mopped the hallway three weeks ago. Currently there is a combination of mud, dirt, dog urine, leaves, rat droppings, coffee, trash juice and dog feces immediately outside my front door. Im sure there is a few other things mixed in with all of that, Im mentioning the stuff that is identifiable. I sent an email which included pictures to the Regional VP, Regional Manager, VP of Legal in Chicago and the office management staff yesterday, 09 April. I came home for lunch today with the hopes that this mess would finally be cleaned up. NOPE.

Love AMLI West Plano! Perfect location off of the Dallas North Tollway, between PGBT and 121. Very nice apartment complex with beautiful amenities. All apartments are equip with hardwood flooring and gorgeous granite countertops 😍 this is the absolute cleanest and most well maintained apartment I have ever lived in. Super friendly office staff, and fast acting maintenance team! They also host super fun happy hours at neighboring restaurants! I wish there was a higher star rating that I could give 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I tried getting in touch with this facility 3 times to gather more information. No one ever called back. I’m very glad this happened before I would have signed a lease and needed something as a tenant.

After 25 yrs of home ownership, I never thought I would love living in an apartment. But I love AMLI West Plano living! It is so incredibly clean, nice neighbors, great shops and restaurants like Eatzis within walking distant. The appliances are all included and brand new and the workout room is positioned conveniently next to the mail and package room as a reminder to live a healthy lifestyle. Most of all though, the people that work in the front office are resident-focused problem solvers who make living here great! Paulina has been of great help lately as I evaluated options for renewing my lease. Like all the office team at AMLI, Paulina provided the right information at the right time.

The team at Amli West Plano are committed to providing the best service for the community and residents. They went above and beyond to ensure a seamless move in and repair requests are handled in a prompt and timely manner. The location is superb, surrounded by restaurants and entertainment. I highly recommend Amli West Plano for the convenient location but, most of all the management team.

This the floor plans, amenities, location are all phenomenal. I have been here for a bout a year and I have to say that it has worked out really well as it is close to work and groceries. However, management and facilities have been extremely poor after I gave my 60 days notice to move. The preliminary walk through they conducted happened a week after they scheduled it, and they touched my frames and art work hangin on the walls, leaving them crooked. In fact my diploma frame was on the floor. Yet that is not even the worst. During their fire inspection, my AirPods were stolen and I am currently having to file a police report. Management stood in the hall way and did not oversee the facilities workers actions in the apartment. All in all, do not let them into your apartment without being present!

Living at Amli West Plano has been nothing but an overall great experience. From the detail of apartments layout, to the accessibility to the local stores and eateries, and the FANTASTIC management team, there is no apartment within 50 miles comparable to AMLI West Plano. I would recommend the AMLI community to anyone!!!

We would not live anywhere else! People, service, and style! Love the area, and actually rented two apartments! There is always something happening with a great level of privacy and security.

I have had a noise complaint almost since I moved in. Property monitor shows concern but the office staff has not resolved the issue for almost two months now. I am at a loss of what to do. Also, codes to outside doors should not be given out. Good thing our lease is less than a year.

Absolute worse apartment property in the west Plano area. Management team is awful. I dont even know if we have a maintenance man or person.No amenities. Yes, there is a pool. Standard apartment feature. There are three BBQ grills which never work because the gas tanks are empty. Xmas lights in April. We have a gym that can accommodate about 3 people without it feeling a little to friendly.Pass this place by.

I will give the most honest account I possibly can. I was a resident here for almost 2 years. Pros - 1. you are in close proximity of Eatzies, Kona and other fine bistros as well as the Dallas North Toll way..very convenient. 2. Very nice facility with great communal areas. 3. They are very efficient with service requests. 4. Friendly office Staff. Cons 1. Break ins and robberies - whilst I was there tires have been stolen from cars,golf clubs etc. They arranged a meeting where we would talk to the Plano police. Nonetheless they still hold firm that you are responsible for your own security and your loss is none of their business. If you are paying as much as you pay here, best believe security should be on point. 2. I was double charged for utilities before I moved out and about 4 months before I moved out my rent increased by about $20 and they say its the water usage that spiked all of a sudden. 3. Trash in hallways 4. They do inspection and fire checks like crazyThe gym is super small, you can do better

Another crime alert.We are writing to inform you of suspicious activity that took place in the community recently. It appears that an unauthorized individual tried to gain entry into the Luxer package room by tampering with the lock.To the above. Every food delivery service in town has a code that gives them access to the building. Ive lived here almost a year and do not have a code. There should be no codes for anyone.Please fix the exit gate. Its been almost two months and its still out of service.

Probably the best apartment we ever lived in (we lived in 10+ places) and the only reason we have moved is that we bought a house.Great locationEpic layout, spaciousGreat pool, very cleanMaintenance is an amazing same dayThe office staff is A+ MALENA and DANIELLE great job THXAMLI actually cleans the hallways and keep everything maintained!And we can say that the gym is small etc, and yes there was some crime, but hey you are living in an urban community located next to Tollway, next to restaurants, so dont park your car with custom rims outside in the dark alley. And maybe try to get unit on the 2nd floor.The point is this place does a great job on keeping the crime at a minimum, they even have security guard here....but its our job as residents to take preventative action.Overall A+ place, would come back anytime!

I would not recommend living here. Each apartment should come with set of industrial headphones.

Very nice apartments and outdoor pool area, I visit friends here semi-frequently and there seems to be good enough parking for now. I am not sure about one the place is fully opened but regardless its a prime location especially with all the commercial construction going on up the tollroad.

Luxury apartments with poor management. Late night music, non responsive management and what amounts to a public pool are the highlights of Amli West Plano. A perfect example of what happens when you let the inmates run the asylum.

Great place, the front office will work with you and help navigate issues and resolve conflicts between tenants. Ive been here almost a year and am glad Im here!

Too many “Karen’s” in this place

1. Even though no statement was given out for the first month, I was charged for five days worth of late fees. No reminder of any kind was given. The management called me right before they were about to give me a delinquency notice. When I talked to the management about it, I was told that i just had to remember it and that there was nothing they could do about it. This really left a bad taste in my mouth. The smiles and greetings kinda stopped being all that genuine to me anymore.2. Firm alarm sounded during the middle of the night. It continued for more than an hour (it is still sounding now, I will update). Unless it is written anywhere in the lease, I guess there is nothing they can do for the loss of sleep.3. Bad door insulation. I know every time someone in the hallway closes his/her door.4. Insufficient window insulation. Dont pick any unit that is near park wood. The car noise will wake you up every morning at 6 something.Overall, I dont feel that it is worth the rent they are charging.

Very modern! I am going to convince my friend to move here!
