I’ve been looking for a new spot to get my nails done since I moved an hour away from my old one! I really did like my nails at first but I can say that after I walked outside I noticed air bubbles in my acrylics. I don’t think the nail tech cleaned up his station or sanitized AT ALL when he was done with his last client. To top it off, I had a 2:15 appointment and I waited for almost AN HOUR while they were taking other clients that came in after me. $75 was not worth it. I’d rather go to my old nail spot and spend the $50 to not be disappointed. As someone who goes to cosmetology school, I’m very disappointed at how unclean the environment is.

Sally Nails is the best salon I’ve ever been to! Phil was so nice and cares a lot about his customers. They stayed open an extra hour and a half just to accommodate all his customers! The lady I had did a great job on my dip manicure. They were all really nice and the place was very calming and relaxing. I will be going here from now on.

First time here today! Received a pedicure with gel and dipping powder on my fingernails. Absolutely lovely! Staff and services could not have been better. First impression, I booked an appointment at 5 pm for 5 people, but after realizing we would be late, I called to inform we would be about a half hour late and was told that would be ok. We arrived 45 min late instead of the assumed 30, which I know is our mistake, but upon entering the building, there were no customers and we were greeted by the person I spoke on the phone with, and he said because we were an additional 15 min late he would not work with us as he booked another group at 6:30. He said he tried to call me, and kept saying he thought I had pranked him, but I did not receive any calls and obviously did not prank as I tried to inform him of changes. I am just extremely disappointed that they would book another group without even trying to confirm first with me, and then lie and say its because he thought I was pranking and didnt answer his phone call. Unprofessional in my opinion. Wont be getting my business in the future.

Family got pedicures and were very impressed with how it went. Five weeks later and the nail polish still looks great.

Best mani and pedi I have received in years. It took 3 and a half weeks for the gel to start chipping, and that was after scrubbing a cast iron skillet. The customer service was great and staff lets you relax rather than talking to you the entire time.

This was my 2nd time in there in 2 weeks,the owner is amazing!! And his crew... nothing but the best great place to get you nails down and your petty done too if you are EVER in the Plainfield area please stop in by appointments only but the best place to go hands down 💯❤

It was really good but the filing was harsh and it made me bleed. Also he didn’t even put the actual ice to the top. Like I just got them done 24 hours ago and they are ver grown out already could use a fill. 🙄. And I asked for checkered on 2 nails and it’s okay but it’s pretty messy tbh. But it’s really pretty inside and nice service.

I really wanted to like this place but it just was NOT for me. After seeing some positive reviews l expected to get great service but that was not the case. When l got there, l noticed that they did not have the Covid friendly glass barriers that most clean nail shops are using, secondly, noone wore gloves/sanitized or washed their hands between customers, counters and working spaces were not cleaned between customers and some employees wore masks and some did not, while others pulled their masks down. I tried to ignore all of this although it was bothering me, l still was willing to give this establishment a chance. I got dip done, they put a gel top coat which started to peel right away. It took three tries from 3 different employees to get a design done on my big toe which l did not consider hard and still it did not look the same. After all this saga, the straw that broke the carmels back came when l went to get my dip that was messed up redone and was being made to wait with no greeting or anything after l had an appointment. I asked Phil if he wanted me to come back but he said no, l could keep waiting and the lady who messed up my dip the first time would redo it. I asked Phil why because my appointment was with him and he said he did not know how to do dip. At that point l decided to just go somewhere else. I will forever thank God they treated me so poorly because this helped me discoved QT Nails just across the street, who are not only cheaper, but friendlier, care about customers, and SUPER clean. I was not only pleasantly surprised that QT Nails use the glass barriers for the pedicure area and manicure stations, but they wear gloves and guess what? They spray their leather chairs and counters in between customers, ask you to wash your hands before service and wash their hands too. Wow!!! Who would have thought such a negative horrible experience at Sally Nails would lead me to the best place ever QT Nails. So my advise is DO NOT GO TO SALLY NAILS but rather go across the street to QT Nails where you will not only get amazing service but you will leave with no bacteria as they are super clean.

Nice place and I got in right away. I called and got a 430 appt with them closing at 5. They said it was okay. I got a manicure and pedicure plus a full set. They got it done quick too, which made me super happy so I wasnt seating around. The owner Phil was super nice and I loved chit chatting with him. My nails look great and Im very happy with them. I will definitely be back for another visit.

Called ahead of time for a full set medi and 2 pedis. Didn’t get pedis because we were told they had another appt. my nails are not painted on the sides and not all the way painted to the bottom. The person that did my nails and my friends nails neither one said anything to us the entire time.

My first time here, I have been getting my nails done (acrylics) at a couple of places closer to home that I wasnt satisfied with- one made my nails uneven and lumpy, another cut into 4 cuticles. They did a great job! Will definitely be going back!

They are amazing!! Hands down the most fantastic nail salon is indiana! Today my daughter and I had pedis and our nails done (she got acrylics and i received an overlay on my natural nail). Let me add it was her first experience getting to have her nails and feet done so she was plenty nervous.🤣 But they made her comfortable and communicated with us both to be sure we both loved them. Our nails look very natural and polish is even an beautiful. I would recommend Sally Nails to anyone looking for the best care an product in the state! Thx guys!!!🥰

Sally got me right in the day of & was able to make what was at first terrible Valentine’s Day weekend into a great one! CLEAN environment, cute setting, & personable, kind staff! I was ready to give up on finding a good salon nearby after having some really bad experiences & leaving with cuts on my hands & poor service. I haven’t gotten a mani or pedi in YEARS so honestly I was kind of nervous! But when I called the nail salon the man (I think the owner) was SO sweet and told me to come right in! When I got there it was incredibly welcoming! A woman did my mani and pedi and she was very sweet and I could tell she was a perfectionist! She did a wonderful job! I got a matte black on both my hands and feet and it is more perfect than I could’ve imagined. I will absolutely be going back and was incredibly impressed with how sweet and all around great this nail salon was!

Cute and clean environment, friendly staff. However, I was disappointed with my nails. I had my appointment four days ago and the gel polish on two nails have already chipped. This morning my pointer finger chipped half way off because the ends of each nail were made so thin.

Stayed later than closing to squeeze me in after waiting for ~2 hours at a different salon. SO happy with the service & how great my nails look. Will definitely be coming back :)

This was our first visit. I had googled for salons and looked for salons with high reviews and Sallys took the cake! I am so happy we came. They normally prefer appt but fit us in. Atmosphere is so calm. Its pretty clean but with my OCD it could a bit of sprucing. The chairs for the pedicure chairs are a bit lumpy. And once arriving home and getting a better look pedicure, it falls short of impressive and im disappointed. Those 3 things are enough of an issue for me I cant give give 5stars but 3. Maybe my standards are too high but I prefer not to bleed during a pedi, I prefer cuticles to be nice and shaped up and no snags .Theres some odor from the products but I dont think its overpowering. It was almost 80 degrees out yet no ventilation going on other than back door being opened. They are so friendly and welcoming though. My mom who is elderly was treated with such respect and taken great care of. Mom appeared to truly enjoy her experience as well. She liked the place she said . The fact that they are so friendly makes it worth the drive. The acrylic nails are nice but no better no worse than any other shop. So while we may go back, Ill continue my search.

Best experience Ive had at a nail salon. Ive been to several local nail salons to try to find my place. This by far is the best place Ive been locally and otherwise. I called prior to going for pricing and they were friendly and easy to understand on the phone. Once I got there I was greeted immediatly and treated pleasantly. The place had an immaculate clean appearance. A man named Phil did my nails and let me just tell you, you could tell he loved his job. He took pride in making me have a good experiance, was friendly and detail oriented. Ive seriously never had such a beautiful, even, natural looking full set. Its a huge feat to get a full 5 star rating out of me but this place definitly takes the cake. I will be a return customer and recommend this place to family and friends.

If you want to have terrible customer service you should go here. Two sundays in a row I had an appointment scheduled which they were closed BOTH times. The first time it was a family emergency and there was a sign in the door so I wasnt too upset but the next time was this past sunday on mothers day... I get it was mothers day but dont set up appointments with people and not have your business open! That is just inconsiderate, rude and down right terrible customer service. I thought this was a good place to go until my time was wasted two different times when i setup appointments to be there!

Made an appointment for two full sets and whomever booked the appointment wrote that we wanted pedicures. Therefore there was confusion from the start. I then requested an American manicure and they glued silver pearlized tips on my finger. Nothing like a true American manicure. Finally, the woman who was doing my nails rushed so much that she left glue on my fingers and jagged acrylic everywhere. They didnt even trim my cuticles or hang nails. Highly disappointed, would NEVER go back.

My daughter made an appt for us to have mani and pedis.They began w her and over 30 minutes later called for me on the opposite side of room and didnt clean anything in between the previous client..They couldnt do any of the designs I wanted so I went to the car. When my daughter came out her nails looked horrible and her feet were still peeling and cuticles were not pushed back.. Never again! Dont waste your time or money w this unsanitary place where mask are optional in a small area(No thanks)
