Today was my first visit. I could not have been happier. This was a veryPleasant experience. My daughter and I both had appointments. Mine was with Brianna. What a lovely professional stylist she is. My daughters was with Jenna. I can tell you that everyone was so nice. This is a beautiful Salon and has a cheery atmosphere. I came away very satisfied. We are going back. I highly recommend. The Look.

I had my hair cut and highlighted here. I was very satisfied with the result! I loved the online appointment booking - it was so convenient. Very busy place so make sure you make an appointment early! Stylists are professionals and gave great advice. I will be going back!

Katrina is phenomenal at hair color, cut, and styling. First time I’ve been to a someone in Indy with this much talent and I’ve been a lot of places in Indy.

The Look is an amazing salon with a great atmosphere, and friendly stylists! I have been going to Brenna for my hair for years now and she never disappoints! She always understands exactly what I’m looking for and knows what will best suit my hair type. I’ve never left without feeling satisfied 100%! She’s also super easy to schedule an appointment with. I would highly recommend!

It looks like very unprofessional employees here. I have my waxing appointment here, and I was only nine min late and lady said you are late we can’t do waxing. How pathetic is this.

Brenna is the best!! I’ve been going to her for a little over two years now and she has never steered me wrong on what we need to do with my hair! I came to her with dry, box dyed, damaged hair. She always makes sure we do what is healthiest and less damaging for my hair! My hair is now thriving and the healthiest it’s ever been! I love the salon as well! The staff are always so nice and welcoming!

I’ve been going to “The Look” for well over a year now. A woman owned business. They do way more than hair here including waxing and eyebrows. All of the girls are kind and helpful not only to their customers but each other. I’m extremely happy with my hair every time I walk out of the salon and I look forward to my appointments. I had tried many places before finding Brenna 3 years ago and have never looked back!! I have never left unhappy she just gets it right every single time. She is very knowledgeable and can always answer any questions I have. The staff are also very attentive, friendly and great with scheduling for any of your needs. I have been a customer for years and have done a few different services here. I am obsessed with having Shelby Buck cut and color my hair. She gives me exactly what I am looking for every time and won’t let me leave the chair until it’s perfect. She is the sweetest soul and so easy to talk to during our few hours together!! I cannot recommend Shelby and The Look enough!!!

Brianna Adams has been doing my hair for a couple of years now. She is wonderful - really listens and sets realistic expectations. My hair is in much better shape now and I love the color.

If you want balayage and your hair curled, this place is perfect for you because it seems to be all any of the stylists do very well. Too expensive for poorly done styles to be honest.

Ashton Guy is the best!! I wont let anyone else do my hair. I love the atmosphere everyone is always so friendly.

Brianna has been my stylist for about a year now. I am always very happy with my cut and color. Brianna does an excellent job with my hair. The salon is comfortable, welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. I am very happy I found The Look and Brianna when I moved to Plainfield.

Kasey McDaniel cut about 8 in off my hair today and I feel like a brand new woman! She is so amazing at what she does and everyone welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door!!! Wife didnt like it. I made her the appointment we were visiting for the weekend. She said they had no hot water so her hair was washed in cold water would have been nice to know that ahead of time??

Just left the salon, Jena, did nothing that I asked her to do. I asked for caramel like highlights, even showed a picture, ended up with what looked like black streaks going though my blonde hair. Complained. Im fact, said I hated it. Was treated very badly. There for 5 hours. Tried to fix it, because she fried my hair. Only to be told they were charging me full price and giving me all the extra stuff they had to do for free. What a joke. Ive me we had such a bad experience in my life with my hair.

The Look Salon is by far the friendliest and most professional salon I have visited in Plainfield. The stylists are very hospitable by offering complementary water while you wait. The haircut I received from Alissa is one of the best received in a few years. She pretty much nailed it spot-on after explaining with complete vagueness on my part the type of look and style I was seeking. A plethora of other specialty salon and spa services are offered as well at fair prices. The price charged for a mens haircut and style seems very reasonable and competitive among other salons in the area. My roommate and I look forward to getting our hair did here again in the very near future when the time arises.

Easy to book an appointment on line and they send a reminder text, too. I get my hair cut here by Christy, and its always a good experience. Shes one of the few beauticians Ive ever had that knows how to cut curly/wavy hair!

Absolutely would not recommend. My wife ran late due to confusing appointment times. Was refused to be seen even she was less than 20 minutes late. Whatever the customer service was my wife left in tears. Totally inexcusable to treat customers that way.
