Unbelievable! I walk in with my daughter and ask for a full set for her and the owner says they have no availability maybe tomorrow and then I call after leaving and ask for a full set and they have availability in 20 minutes! When I stated I was in there 2 minutes ago she said the owner said to tell us no. Never again! I have been going to you for a while and will never return!

I booked online through classpass.com with credits... and when I went to leave they told me it was a scam and made me pay them!!! They wouldnt take my confirmation email or website as proof. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

The inside of this place is absolutely beautiful! Every single employee is so incredibly nice and I enjoyed my entire time there. It was my first time getting acrylics and I know that I will come here every time I want to get my nails done, acrylic or not.

I treated myself to a no chip manicure and chose Brava based on the recent reviews. This salon is a true hidden gem. I called in the late morning and made an appointment for the afternoon with no problem. The woman answering the phone was very polite and confirmed the location.I was very impressed as soon as I walked in their doors. There were plexiglass dividers at the receptionist desk and at all the nail stations. There was no chemical smells. I could tell they were cleaning regularly. Everyone wore their masks. I checked in easily on their electronic system. Waited no longer then a minute for someone to finish the check in, take my temperature and have me select my color. The color scheme inside is modern with white, black and grays. Elegant casual which made me feel comfortable.Lydia was my technician. She was absolutely wonderful. Answered any questions I had, was very polite, and extremely detail orientated. She took great care on my cuticles and the polish. She made sure any specks of polish were removed from around the nail.They do still ask for cash tips and not on a card. I felt awful as this did not even occur to me. Ran to the bank and did come back immediately. Well worth the cost amd very happy with my choice. Especially for this spur of the moment treat.

My Daughter and I have dipped nails. We always make appointments with Zoey. My Husband gets a monthly pedicure with Lily. Always clean and an enjoyable relaxing experience.

Mina gives great energy and service. I finally found a place that caters to the customer. Also I love the spa feel and it’s so relaxing there. I’ve been there about six times and they’re very consistent.

Nail tech had attitudes and my manicure did not last. Good service at first being greeted by the young lady in front, but I felt like everyone had attitudes. Bad energy around the whole salon.

The acrylics popped off in a week. It was a horrible experience overall. They kept moving me to different nail techs, they messed up the acrylic gel 5 times, and glued my nails to my finger. The nails were poor quality and broke off in a week. I have done nothing to make them break at all. They sucked. Never coming here again.

I love it! The place is very clean which I’m sure is common concern to many. Employees were very friendly! I noticed towards the back of the salon they have a Princess Anna & Elsa chair for the kids which is adorable! Highly recommend this place and you definitely feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.

The first time I went in they were very busy, but I understood because it was a Friday night during prom season. When I left I was very very impressed with the service because there wasn’t much of a wait, people were very nice, and most importantly my nails looked fantastic. Two weeks later I went to get my nails filled in while the shop was empty besides one or two other customers. While I was getting my nails done the nail technician who was doing my nails asked if she could go home early, her boss told her she could leave once I was done. At that point it seemed like she was just rushing on my nails then. Her paint job wasn’t the best. You can see through certain spots of the polish on my nails and they got all nicked up as she was finishing and didn’t fix them. When she went me back to have them dry she came back by me and asked to see my nails and said they were dry and I asked if she was sure because I hadn’t been sitting there for long, and she said yes. Well I checked out and the gentleman who checked me out was super nice he stopped what he was doing to help me. About 10 mins after me sitting in the car waiting for my nails to dry some more I went home and cooked dinner for my mother and noticed there were more nicks in my polish. I’m really disappointed in them after how perfect they were the first time.

My new salon! No more searching for a place to park. Sokha is my new nail technician. Very impressed. Go check it out

I had to so the second time and same satisfaction . I finally found a place I will keep on going for good !!

After trying several nail salons in the Plainfield/Joliet area, I have finally found somewhere I love to go. I have now had my nails done twice at Brava Nails (by Lynn). Their work is high quality and their staff is friendly. Plus, their interior offers a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I came here to get my nails done with a group for my Birthday and was hoping for a great experience based on other reviews. Unfortunately had the opposite. The gentleman who did my manicure cut me, which has never happened to me before and it only got worse from there. After I received a pedicure which was not enjoyable, the lady clearly didnt know what she was doing. Then when we went to pay, they charged my 10 year old daughter as an adult pedicure and I was charged more for my manicure then what the price was indicated on their brochure. Poor customer service and only cared about how much money they could get out of us. I would never return.

I had a terrible experience. the shape is uneven. while she was shaping them she was clearly rushing and go mad when i tensed up when she hurt my skin she was rushing which causes her to cut me and with one of the machines the smoothe the nail was smoothing to hard and it was burning and she was using the orange tool she was going so hard that it flew out of her hand

Madeline, the receptionist, helped me get a last minute appointment with Zoey. Madeline kept me updated on time since zoey was a little behind. I didn’t mind at all. She also helped me pick out my color and is so nice and helpful. Zoey did an amazing job. She is so friendly and really gave the best pedicure ever. I will always come to zoey. She really pays attention to detail and makes sure you get a great massage and you leave with super soft feet. Can’t wait for next appointment! Thanks, Zoey!

Tried going here to get a fill, called first and was told there was no wait. When I walked in 5 minutes later I was told it was a 15 minute wait. AN HOUR LATER after waiting i asked how much longer it would be and was told another 15 minutes. Needless to say I did not get any service and will not be back.
