I was recommended this place by a girl with flawless nails. She swears by this place.Unfortunately I had to go back once already to get the gold stripes replaced since they fell off the same day. Plus the edges of my gold nail is already chipping- its been four days. As for the rest of my nails, well, the pictures speak for themselves.I would return to get them fixed again but it took FOUR HOURS to complete my gel fill.Save yourself the time and stress of this place.

After I came in with clear nail polish on my nails and Brittany drilled it off!!!??? I told myself I’d never come back. WHY ARE YOUR DRILLING MY CLEAR NAIL POLISH OFF! And drilling my nails FLAT at that.I’ve gone there plenty of times and after wising up and checking out how much cleaner and more sanitary other salons are, I’d just rather pay the extra money to have my nails actually cared for.Brittney does do a good job but I can’t do the super long waits, Van trying to keep every single customer that comes in but not having enough room to accommodate them, taking customers out of order, not cleaning the tools between uses.MIMI does an okay job, she’s used to small hands only.The fact that it’s so hard to soak off my nails and the way they do soak off, I have a feeling they’re using a dash of MMA acrylic.New spot, here I come

I used to at least get really great nail designs and shapes, now my nails are always off shape and you gotta be in there all day just for less than mediocre service… I always went to Brittany, but she is not attentive anymore always in a rush and now her work shows it. Extremely unsatisfactory. Looking for a new salon that take appointments.

Don’t even bother wasting your time. I came in at 10am. I left at 11:30 am with nothing done. They had me sitting there with my foot soaking in water waiting to be pampered . Never communicated with me to let me know that I will be the next customer. One lady was doing 3 people at one time. They even allow a new customer to sit and found a person to pamper here. This is what happen when you try and give other places a chance. New York would never do such a thing .

Good prices but over 2 hour wait time and not enough staff. The owner is money hungry and will rather have many clients wait then take the time to do each job correctly and with care. Definently lack of class or respect for clients.

I loved the way my nails turned out but after a few days my nails started looking horrible and they were looking crusty no matter how much I cleaned them. Also they all came off after 1 week and a half of wearing them. I only came here because my friend recommended me too but I definitely won’t be coming again. I was there for 4 hours just for my nails and toes and they do not social distance and not everyone wears a mask, I was so scared and I was in the middle of getting my toes done when a lady sat next to me without a mask on, I felt so uncomfortable, during covid I would not recommend coming here the salon was so small and there was maybe about 50+ people in there while I was in there as well.

She is not clean doest sanitize anything and she rushes to get you finish so she can get the money from the next client

They do a good job on your nails but this place isnt clean. They definitely dont sanitize their equipment and dont wash their hands between customers. I waited for 2 1/2 hours for Mimi just for her to take someone else before me and when I said something she said Brittany will take you I was waiting way longer than this other customer who came in 30 mins after me. I left angry and wont be returning at all. Theres so many other nail salons that will do a better job. Dont waste your time here.

I love all of the workers in there. I always get my nails done with Brittany or Mimi.. My eyebrows are either done by Brittany or Van!!

Went to Vans after going to another salad that mess up my nails. And Brittany fixers my nails. I walked out so happy I took my mom to her two days later.

I was waiting for an hour and a half for nothing done! This is the worst place for get my nails done!! Not recommended

This my first time coming and my last took about 30-40 minutes just to get a pedicure like are you serious and today is my sisters birthday just to get our feet done. we even called on the phone is they were busy come to find out they were busy but people were waiting because there was only one lady doing feet and a lot of them had nasty attitudes, I only agreed to come here because of my sis birthday but never again not sure if they even clean there supplies they move on to the next foot so quick

Didn’t get sat for 2 hours, extremely unsanitary inside, way too crowded, terrible service and attitudes. Would definitely not recommend, plenty of better places to go and spend your money at that are worthwhile. Smells like alcohol and chemicals, may have to see doctor after this. Don’t go.

Used to love them. Been going for 5 years and some change. They completely embarrassed me when I brought guest and did a horrible job. Wouldn’t fix it or deduct the rate. Terrible attitudes now and longer waits. Idk what happen to them but I will never go again !

Crowded.. but a really good place to go too. recommend brittany and edison

I love that they can do nice nail designs in a convenient amount of time. Ive been going here since I was in high school. They do eyebrows and eyelashes really well.

This salon has great service I loved how my nails came out. Also my nails stayed on for almost a month before I got a fill. However the salon is not that clean inside.

The first time I went there I was VERY HAPPY with the way my gel mood Polish manicure came out as well as my pedicure, although when I went back the second time, THEY RUSHED THROUGH ME, I GOT THE SAME THING MANI AND PEDI AS BEFORE BECAUSE I WAS SO HAPPY WITH IT THE FIRST TIME, and was completely unhappy with the outcome! I went and showed them the next day so they could see how AWFUL IT LOOKED!! I DIDNT have time for them to re-do it RIGHT that day so I need to go back as soon as possible to have them FIX my nails RIGHT!! I refuse to have paid for all that and to be that unhappy with them!!

I love Vivian. She is an amazing artist and is super fast. You have to get there early bc she has a lot of clients.

Terrible service, made me wait 45 mins for 15 mins pedicure. Then when doing my manicure left my nails uneven, hurt my skin and my cuticles. Used to love this place until Vivian left !

The man on the left is a lair told me she wasn’t their wait 30 minutes.15 minutes into my wait who come up their stairs . Then she couldn’t take me to put my lashes on. Will not come back . Looking for a Black Nail Salon 💅🏾

The salon was overly crowded. There was no personal touch. The attitude appeared to be get as many patrons done asap to get more money.

Love the work when its done but the wait is unacceptable. Go 1st thing in the a.m. to be serviced accordingly and demand full attention.

I go to this nail salon every year for Easter & Christmas, this time my pedi was messed up (polish mess up on big toe, cut nails too deep & everytime i complain she acted like i was annoying her when she was hurting me) and the guy kept burning my finger with the tool. I usually enjoy my experience there, this time was not very pleasant

This company is by far the worst nail salon in Plainfield. They lack on customer service, they focus on quantity not quality, and they are consitently inconsitent. I will not return.

Been going here all my life recently moved been trying a new salon came to visit in plfd and decided to go to vans HORRIBLE nick did my nails and I hate them they are all uneven bulky and just unexceptable I paid cash money for something I could’ve did at home will be visiting today and hoping I can give a better review after I get them fixed for free

I went there for the first time, and Im so impressed with their service and also the price, this is my favorite place to do my nails
