Wrong prices on products, and egg cartoon open in the cooler, wasnt a good display for a shopper. Get it together before Melrose Park do.

My new go to nail salon!!The staff was so accommodating and friendly! I love that they are light hearted and joked with us. The place is so comfortable clean. Absolutely love and recommend them.

Hard to find good salons but this is one of the few. Super nice salon, the staff is very caring and nice. The salon is very well kept and clean. They sterilize all their equipment & disinfect the pedicure soak tubs. Definitely my go-to salon from now on. Thank you!!

Try and call first, they can be busy because theyre good. Great nail spa for pedicures. Relaxing atmosphere, including massage chairs. Pay in cash for discount.

This was my first time here. very friendly staff, hospitable (no offered beverages) they make site you are comfortable and well taken care of) very clean and nice music to listen to. very great nail techniques done. i will be coming back.

My toe nails are long, hard, and grow fast. I had a very ugly experience at another Spa nearby. I chose not to go back. I discovered this alternative online and went as a walk-in.This place is a major upgrade over my previous Spa. The ambiance, music, decor, courtesy, and customer respect was a revelation. Judy was a careful and attentive Pedicurist and corrected my prior toenail mishaps with a constant smile.I will surely return here again as needed. I recommend this Spa with the highest score possible for this visit.

Love this place! I just had my 3rd powder dip manicure. I really love the way it lasts and looks. Jimmy takes pride in his work and does a great job.

First time ever going to nail spa and I explained to the spa we were from out of town. The place had just opened less than 45 minutes prior and we were told we had to make an appointment in which the earliest was at 2:30pm. Ive never been to a nail spa where an appointment had to made, to be told we had to come back knowing we werent from here, and then to be turned away on a Saturday.

The salon is so clean and pretty on the inside. Staff is friendly and I almost never have to wait. Manis and pedis last a while and the brow waxing here is so much better than their competition next door.

I was there this morning for a dip and a pedicure. During the pedicure I complained numerous times to the tech she was hurting me...to which she just laughed at. Fast forward pedicure done...Id give it a 6 out of 10. I proceeded with the dip, bad idea. Ive never been hurt so bad at a nail salo . My cuticles were bleeding and on top of that my nails were bubbly and the dip was all over the hands. I complained and another woman, possibly the manager came to fix my nails. I was there way to long, paid 95 dollars and my nails look ridiculous. The toe nail polish is already coming of . I will not go back to this place or reccomend.

I wouldnt go anywhere else, my nails always look great and they use high end products you wont find anywhere else!! Their salon is the cleanest one aroundI finally found a salon where my no chip manicure will really last 2 weeks instead of 4-5 days at any other place thank you Buffed Nail Spa for beautiful nails and toes

Wont be going back. Left with gel polish on my hands, nails not even, little bumps on my nails under the polish, and the polish isnt even. Its steaky and looks awful. Not to mention got cut numerous times. On the plus side the place seemed clean. Ill be going to get my nails completely taken off and fixed somewhere else tomorrow.

I usually go in every two weeks for a fill, the last time I went I had my finger cut open by the nail file because the guy was filing too hard.Then this week I went and I had a 10 am appointment and as my nails were being filed for a fill the manager made me get up and wait for another nail stylist because another lady that also had a 10 am appointment requested the guy that was doing my nails so I was no longer important and had to wait for another technician to work on me. I thought it was disrespectful and very embarrassing for the manager to make me get up and have to wait and get up mid nail fill. I dont see myself going back in the future.

I went to the salon about a month ago and it was by far the best place Ive been to! I was greeted by a receptionist Jasmine ( instead of being yelled at from across the room what do you want, pick polish have a seat) who was so sweet and helpful. David was the man who did a mani/pedi. The best pedicure and foot massage I have ever gotten! The chairs to sit in are brand new and massaged my sore shoulder great! I even asked if I could sit a little longer jut to enjoy the chair. This was the first time I had a French manicure gel polish. It stayed on over three weeks perfectly! I highly recommend this spa!

Buffed nails is close to my house, but I will never spend my money here again. The salon is nice, with nice modern decor. However, if you do not have an appointment they will turn you away. They dont take walk-ins because they dont have enough staff. Ive been here four times total, the first visit was after they opened and I had a good experience. My second and third visit I was turned away. The forth visit, I made an appointment by phone the day before and when I got here they were surprised I was here. They only had time to do a pedicure, I originally scheduled both but they didnt have enough staff to do both. Very uprofessional, theres no reason why I should be able to make an appointment and once I arrive they cannot perform what I scheduled. The staff are rude, like a sour patch except first their sweet and then they turn sour. The techs doing pedicures were careless and were rushing so fast they cut off skin. Along with rinsing me off with hot scalding water, I complained and he rinsed me off with cold water. I asked for medium or luke war. water and he said that wasnt an option. I will not be coming back here again. I had to take the extra time out of my day to go to another nail salon just to get my fill in - no chip manicure.

Ive been coming here for several years and have just recently had a bad experience that will keep me from returning. I had a scheduled appointment but had to wait over 30min for a mani/pedi, the tech made me bleed and rushed the service with out a massage and my nails began to chip after a few days. So disappointed!

Over price for one nail to be fixed is 5 dollars when most places is 2 or 3 dollars for acrylic for each that is a rip off $5 is very over price for One Nail for acrylic very disappointed and they change their prices they gave me $3 one time and now they went up $5 rip off
