The lady was so unprofessional and just down right rude. I signed in and after moving to this area thought I would give them a try. She yelled at me when I walked in, not sure why she was in such a ugly mood. I asked her why she thought she could talk to me like I was a child. She yelled I know what I do, you dont like you leave. I told her my money is green everywhere I go. I have been a lot of places and seen a lot of things and no business owner should ever be that unprofessional to anyone. I believe every negative review on this page. This should be a pleasant time for a lady to pamper herself. I will never visit this establishment again!! Safe your self the stress and visit a professional nail salon.

Have been a regular at this place for over two years but will not be going back after this experience. my hands are stained with dip powder and there are little hairs under the polish on two of my nails. I believe I got assigned to someone in training which is very disappointing. this is not what a manicure should look like.

Done my nails Sunday. nails broken Monday. Tuesday when i go back show them sign on paper after 45minutes wait lady said coma back tomorrow who did your nails (6 table lady) is not coming today. no refund money. waste on time never go back.

I was in town and looked at the reviews of the local nail salons for gel polish change on real nails. I thought there could be a problem when the nail tech filed some spots on my nails AFTER she polished them. Day two one entire nail polish came off. not just chipped buy came off and two others got snagged on my sheets the first night. so I thought I would leave a true review.

Made me wait over a hour and half, kept assisting other people, pedi and mani was done pretty badly. Need to buy products for the store lady kept running out of the stuff and messing up my nails took her over 45 minutes to do my one hand. Does not recommend anyone this place.

I chose this place because it had so many great reviews, but I’m regretting going here now. While I was getting my full set, my manicurist accidentally shaved part of my finger off. It was incredibly painful and she could not get it to stop bleeding. They were apologetic, however did not offer me any discount, so I had to ask and they only took off $10. My finger is still gushing blood an hour later and a portion of my skin is gone. I understand accidents happen and my manicurist felt bad, but I wasn’t happy with the way it was handled.

Some of the nail techs here have always been somewhat rude to me, but I used to let it go because they are VERY talented. Today I couldn’t do it anymore, they suddenly “changed the prices “ last week which I know is false because another regular customer of theirs got their nails done earlier this week with the usual price. I wish I could upload pictures to reference. Luckily they did remove the nails for free when I expressed the discrepancy in price for medium/short nails with absolutely no design for 58 dollars (I usually get long nails with all sorts of things and I have never paid more than 60). I’m sad I have to go elsewhere when I’ve been a regular every 2/3 weeks for almost a year. Talented but unkind.

I’m not from here I’m here for training first I set for 20 minutes waiting to get my toes done then the color on the color wheel I wanted was darker then what I asked for and the person doing my toes told me he dnt have time .. then once I was done I asked for a fill in then told me I had to get my nails took off then get it done once I finally agreed they told me they dnt have time to do it .. I couldn’t even get my nails done I’m very upset I don’t even do views but this was very unfair

I went in for a deluxe pedicure. Been here once before a few years ago and it was amazing quality. NOT so much this time. The pedicure was rushed leaving behind a lot of dry skin. I was told that my feet have too much heat and it caused the gel nail polish to not dry. Another employee stepped in and agreed with me and said it wasn’t my body heat it was the polish being old and watery. I explained that my heels were not finished and I was told to come back and speak to manager the next day. I tried to do that but they just wanted to talk above me and it became embarrassing so I just left and went to another place to redo the pedicure. I had dry loose skin coming off my feet and toes and to them that’s exceptional. Very argumentative staff.

They said they take appointments but the truth is they do not honor them there was some women in there that were waiting 10 minutes short of an hour after their appointment before they were even helped. I just gotten there and I set up an appointment but they didnt have my name on the list and they were packed. Which is understandable Im sure they accepted some walk-ins that they did not want to turn down and Im sure some people showed up late.

Andy was GREAT. I’m glad I didn’t go by the reviews because he did a fantastic job on mypedi & full set.

This was a really good experience. I was just visiting the area and it was recommended to me by someone who visited for the first time a week prior. Cindy was a bit rough with my cuticles but my gel manicure overall came out really good. Henry did my friends fill-in and did a great job from what I saw. Best part; we were in and out within a half hour! Next time Im in the area, Ill definitely be back. Thank you!

Nails look good from a distance but there’s glue all over my fingers. The whole nail isn’t painted on any of my fingers. They aren’t the same length. I asked him to make them short, on one hand he did and the other hand they’re way longer. Some nails are really thin and others all super thick, some are thin on one side and super thick on the other. I am not impressed. He was in a rush and you can definitely tell, I was in there only 30 minutes!

I do not recommend to anyone Honestly, I have never written a bad review . I normally just take a mental note of my experience and never return . But this place !!! Whew it never fails . Every time I give them a try they disappoint me . Henry has an extremely bad attitude with no patience so he is always irritable . Both the manager and his staff are NOT accommodating. All they do is yell the things they do not have or things they do not offer, or service, with no intention to ever please the customer &&With out options given to the customer . I genuinely . From the bottom of my heart will never go there ever again

Ive come here a handful of times and always had a good experience but today I was not impressed at all. When I walked in, I asked the gentleman a question and he flat out ignored me. He didnt ask what we wanted, just walked away. Then when a young blonde came in he jumped up right away to see what she wanted, thought it was kind of weird but whatever a nice lady helped us get seated pretty quickly. I spent over $100 on my sister and myself to get a full set. What I asked for is not what I got at all. I tried telling her three times I wanted color and she didnt understand me and just did a French tip. I felt so rushed and basically just shut down bc of the language barrier. My sister had the same experience and she felt uncomfortable as the guy kept shaking his head and didnt seem like he wanted to do her nails. Both of our nails look terrible.It was so stressful. Im just going to go somewhere else and have my nails redone

I’ve been here twice now to get a gel pedicure. And they always do a super good job. Very professional and very clean. My feet are always super soft when I leave and my toes look so good. And it’s not overpriced! I would say it’s very fairly priced here. Highly recommend!UPDATE: Still, months later, they’re incredibly friendly and still have given me the biggest value for my nails. They’re extremely gentle and kind, especially given that I’m super ticklish (weird, I know).

I was here with my girl and no one wanted to attend to us and the owner had to force someone to provide us with service surprisingly non of the white clients who came in got treated that way. We are definitely not going back and my feet is no different than I took it.

I tried to go there for my 40th birthday, but I dont get manicures often and I wasnt sure how to even ask for what I wanted, since I wanted artful designs on my natural nails. They proceeded to LOUDLY inform me of everything they couldnt do, without offering any options on how to actually give me what I asked. It was incredibly embarrassing and unhelpful, and they had no idea why it even bothered me. They just kept yelling to me, telling me that they cant do designs on natural nails, after virtually ignoring my mother when we signed in. I finally just got up and left.Heaven help anyone who wants to learn how to get extravagant, expensive manicures - you apparently wont get any assistance on that at this location.

They do great work whenever you can get in. But waiting 30 minutes or more even tho I have a appointment is not my idea of good customer service. Ive been there before wanting a certain nail tech and have been told she has an appointment coming and wouldnt have time to do me. This I respected so I made an appointment myself. The first time this worked fine but the last appointment didnt go as planned. It seemed like they were understaffed or had overbooked. Either way we left 🤷🏾‍♀️!

Visiting IN and needed to find a place to fix my nails, so happy I chose this salon! Henry did my nails and they turned out wonderful!!!! Will definitely be coming back during my stay!

I came to Henry Nails with my daughter on Monday. they did an amazing job on her but I am not impressed with mine. I got a full set, they have so many air bubbles already starting to peel and just look like she rushed doing them.. this place came highly recommended and I’m so disappointed.. I will not be returning to this facility.

The full set I got was great. The fill I got three weeks later started chipping in two days and one even popped off. I will give it one more try but I am disappointed.

Henry has a very NASTY attitude. GOD has blessed him with this business but he has obviously let it go to his head. He talked to tried to talk to me like I was trash when I am a paying customer and not disrespectful in any way. I just asked him if I could go next door to look around while I was waiting for him.

Henry is hands down the best nail tech Ive ever and will ever go to. I first found him when he was with Moon Nails and started going to him regularly, when him and his wife bought this establishment I had to follow! Hes amazing and his prices are very reasonable. My favorite nails hes done so far are the ones pictured but he has done so many more sets that Ive loved! Definitely recommend! Not only does he do great nails but his wife gives killer pedicures, 100% would recommend

They discriminate about me because., am black African American l schedules appointments with them, later on the lady said she doesnt understand me. And she speaking English like me. They didnt render my services. I have to drive 30 minute back home. They are not reliable.

Unable to communicate what I wanted done. No razor on my heels. No pushing the ingrown backwards to make them worse. No gel because it doesnt let your nails breath. Very frustrating paying so much

These folks were so rude and downright embarrasing. Who yells at their customers for asking a question...and then proceeds to be rough with something as delicate as a nail. By the end of the service I thought this man was going to hurt me with his drills! I was actually scared! Never again! I would not recommend anyone go there.

First time there. Fast & nice, friendly customer service. Three of us went in and even tho they had customers, we had barely enough time to pick our colors and they were ready for us!My nails turned out perfect!! I will be back.

The first time i used them i was happy however i went and got a fill and they popped off within 2 days and they were in denial as well as didn’t want to give me a refund only a gift certificate for a pedicure because my nails “pop off too easy” even though this is the fist time this has EVER happened and i’ve had nails sincei was 15. would not recommend

The lady who helped me was very rude extremely pushy and in rushrefused to do any designs that I showed her then finally told me you have to get a full set to get any designs hurry up and pick a color so I did then she filed my nails left the acrylic underneath my nails and rushed through it it was not impressed especially for $35. I wont be back I should have waited for VIP nails to open tomorrow. Lesson learned just because they have pictures on fb and google making look like they do designs and what you want they dont overpriced horrible experience.

Came here after work. I’m a true Google review user. So the reviews led me to this place. And boy am I Glad I came here.! Hands down the best dip set and pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. I called and the gentleman I Spoke with on the phone told me to come in at 5 PM. Once I got there at 4:56pm, they immediately set me in a chair to get my feet done. The lady that did my feet and massaged my legs with the sugar was amazing!!! Along with the combo of the massage chair I was well relaxed after a long day of work. My gel polished toes look amazing! From the I sent to booth 6 to see Kimmie. She did my dip nails exactly like the picture I showed her. I was amazed at how well she took her time. I was out the shop and satisfied around 7:15pm. This will now be my go to nail salon.Came here again on 2.13.2021 to get my nails and feet done after work for my bday. They weren’t rushed and treated me fair. Although I was tired from work and kept falling asleep while I was getting my nails done my nail tech made sure I was well taken care of. Thanks again. I have always went to this nail salon since I was a teenager literally and would always recommend even after I moved from my parents house in Plainfield. Safe to safe the courtesy went out the window when i was in plainfield visiting my parents I figured why not get my nails done when I went to visit them theyre was this new Asian man with tattoos that kind of berated me what I was receiving a full set because I asked a question? And then stared to joke with me asking if I have a bf? Which is extremely odd then began to ask who did my nails meanwhile the man who usually does my nails(in a joking manner) which is a nicely healthy weight asian who specials in pedis is in the room? Its like man where does this guy get off? He then began to charge me 20$ more for a full set, and would not move on until I agree on to a price? Its like my guy duh I am going to pay you why else am I here? gross tactics and I have never felt belittled in this salon in over a decade smh will never be back / much rather the man be silent the entire time than rather than insult me lmfao

Waited over an hour for an appointment, they took walk ins before our group. I got up to leave and was verbally accosted by the worker, they lost out on about $300 worth of service as I walked out the door. Do not go here if you want good service. I would leave zero stars if that was possible

This company is customer friendly. We showed up 20 minutes before closing for a mother and daughter full set. They took us anyway and stayed til almost 7pmThey were kind as we had a 3 month old baby with us they kept the front door open so she couldnt be near the fumes and took great care of all three of us. It was mothers day and a tradition with my daughter and they were fabulous. Great place and not too expensive. Serious thumbs up. They went above and beyond for us. Thank you all so much for a great mothers day experience with my daughter and my granddaughter. Much love.

My husband and I went to visit my daughter in Plainfield and stopped by Henry Nails. Had a really great experience and everyone was really nice and accommodating. Took us right away. I recommend giving them a try if your in the area. I will definitely come back if I am in the area.I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place

I wanted to treat myself after a rough day at work. They were pleasant to work with, but the tech who painted my nails flooded every. Single. Nail. Not only did it hurt when the nails cured, but the manicure didnt even last a week. Its been four days since my manicure and I had to remove the polish already due to severe lifting around the cuticles. 30 dollars wasted. I dont think I will be back. :(

I’ve been going to Henry for years now and will follow him anywhere! He is in my opinion the most talented nail tech in Indiana! He is truly the best of the best! He has never not been able to do anything I’ve asked for and half the time I let him do whatever he wants because I trust him that much and my nails always look phenomenal! Him and his wife Cindy are the sweetest people along with the rest of the staff! I love it here and will never go anywhere else!! I am very picky when it comes to my nails. This place did not disappoint!! 5-star service and great designs on my nails. I only wish I lived here so I can come more often. I choose a marble design with glitter and it came out perfect. If you want the best designs you must come here!!!

The best pedicure!! I am ticklish on the bottom of my feet so getting a pedicure isnt my idea of relaxing. My tech has a firm touch, which is needed with a ticklish foot and doesnt skip steps to avoid a little discomfort to the patron...the scrubbing has to be done for a smooth heal!!Rates are very reasonable too.Ill be back

This is by far my favorite pedicure spot ever!! The spa pedicure gives you the works (hot stone massage, parafin wax, hot towls) and is so incredibly relaxing!

This place is truly amazing! The nail techs are so talented and they do a fantastic job! I dont live here but we always visit family that lives here and whenever we go get our nails done together, we go here! Today, I came in with a photo of watercolor nails that looked a bit time consuming and difficult. It turns out that the nail pic I brought in was done with nail powder, and I wanted shellac, but the man who helped me still did a fantastic job and they look amazing!!!!Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

My daughters get their nails done here and they are always very accommodating. No appointment needed and a couple times they stayed after closing to finish up since we showed up late. Price seems very reasonable.

Cindy and Henry are absolutely amazing at what they do.Henry is up to date on all the new gel polish and dip powder.His design skills are amazing, never a disappointment!Cindy only does manicures/ dip powder/ pedicures.Let me tell ya about her pedicure skills.I get really bad ingrown toenails, and I’ve never had anyone else be able to get them out without hurting me.With that being said, Cindy gets them every time!!Wonderful place and amazing service and people!

Ive been having a hard time finding a nail salon that does a good job. Henrys was able to fit me in same day appointment. For a little more luxurious mani pedi it wasnt too bad of a price. I do think I didnt receive my hot towel service, but Id have to recheck the menu to make sure it was part of my package. The lady who serviced me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make sure the color I wanted was available. My gel nails have lasted 2 weeks so far and still look pretty good. Also, the water during my pedicure was actually warm/semi hot 🔥 😍. I will be going back!

Best place for nails in Plainfield. Very clean, very sterile, and good price. In fact they just recently remodeled the whole salon.

Back home, there arent a lot of places that do sculpted nails. So I was really happy to find this place because I really wanted to try it. My nail tech put a lot of effort into my nails. She even corrected a nail that the tech at the last salon I went to applied crookedly. Im so obsessed with my nails i love them so much. Thank you Henry Nails.Only thing I would like to say is please be a little more gentle when removing nails.

Rude and overpriced

The guy that did my nails was friendly and the place was clean. Those arent the reasons I came here tho. I came here to get a good looking nail job and that did not happen. They look pretty sloppy. Also I heard them tell several customers that came in that it would cost $32 for the same service I was getting. When I was done they charged me $42. Very disappointing. So basically I was over charged for a sloppy nail job.
