Ive been going to Tanya at Supercuts Plainfield for several years and consistently get a fabulous haircut. I cant recommend this place highly enough! Even during COVID, when I make an appointment, I get in right on time. Everyone is helpful and cordial. GO check them out!

The hair stylist was nice. However, my hair is not evenly cut and there are long pieces from underneath sticking out. It’s shorter than I wanted on one side. Super bummed that I’ll have to get this fixed and possibly cut shorter to even out.

Jen cuts and colors my hair- she also cuts my teenagers’ hair- one girl and one boy. She can do it all!!! Best haircuts my kids have ever had and I always feel great after she cuts mine:).

Very nice place . I have Cat cut my hair shes totally awesome, I love her expertise !! Shes the only one I will ever let cut my hair ! Im very fussy about my hair n Cat knows exactly how to cut it !! Not to mention shes just a really nice, pleasant person !! Im a big fan of hers n I drive a long way to see her ! I just like the place, its not too big and you dont really have a long wait, I dont make an appt. Im a walk in all the time ! Ill be back if Cat is still there !! She listens to you and shes not scissor happy !! I like the products they use as well and u can buy just about any brand of products there as well without breaking your bank !

Convenient to get a quick haircut that doesnt require an appointment. This is a great place to bring kids as well. There are a few toys for them to play with while they wait and the staff is very good with young kids who may not be the best at sitting still. The prices are good as well; typical of most super cut locations.

My whole family goes to this place, the Mgr is awesome, Jen is great, along with a bunch of other staff members. I call ahead and schedule, as anyone with kids knows, they do not like to wait. Always been a pleasure to have them work on us...they do a great job! They always take their time with us and with all my questions...great group of people!

I have been going to Supercuts for years and had great luck. Today was the end of that streak. Previously I have had successful haircuts from this location. I tried to share my concern during the cut and was talked into continuing, things got worse until I finally had to ask to stop.

This is an amazing barbershop with fantastic staff, The shop is always clean and well kept. Recommended.

This was my sons favorite place to have their hair cut until they lost 3 of the best stylist. Now, we feel rushed and their hair doesnt look nearly as good.

We stopped in yesterday because we had lunch next door, and we wont be back. The kids cut is more than any other place and my son was cut twice in the ear. The stylist didnt even address the situation or clean it, just kept going. Im pretty upset and wont be back to Supercuts.

Got there 5 min before my online checked in time, waited for an half hour to get about 5 min hair cut, no collared protection, and found out my hair line is not even after I got home..

Great stylists, and accept up to $4 off from other businesses.

Check in online. Got there and was told I couldn’t go because she had a color after me.. and couldn’t believe I was allowed to book online. Super rude. DO NOT GO.

Terrible customer service, i walk in and was asked to sign in, was about to sit down and was asked to come back later because they were going to have a managers meeting at 1pm in the afternoon and i was too close to the time. Very rude, just said i would go somewhere else and left.

Nice haircuts at a low price

I went for a haircut for my daughter, the asian woman was so rude and unfriendly, she had preference for another people before my daughter. I dont recommend this place, so cheap and terrible service!

My son had his hair cut, its a little uneven but I let him go back by himself so while knows how still a 10 yr old is while getting his hair done

Love the massage

One staff member (Asian lady) was very unfriendly, felt as though we were an annoyance rather than a customer. Seemed to want to wait on customers that came in after us. Charged us for a hair wash that wasnt received. These places are a dime a dozen, spend your dime elsewhere!
