I travel from Chicago to this location because I am following Julia. She is absolutely the best! The facility is nice too!

I was planning to get a haircut at my regular family owned hair salon this week. I prefer family owned businesses because they usually provide better services to compete with big corporations and franchises, and that quality of work earned my loyalty. And then, I received a coupon for a free haircut at Sport Clips on facebook. This promo got me curious because I have never been to Sport Clips before. I was greeted by front desk host Taylor. There were only two people working there, the other one was busy servicing a client. After a two minute wait, Taylor beckoned me and told me she was going to be my stylist. Apprehensive, I told her to start with clippers, #4 on the sides and back, not too high, and blend up using scissors, not clippers, and trim the top. She executed my instructions to a T that I became comfortable enough to watch TV in front of me. She was confidently meticulous with her work and she obviously enjoys what she’s doing. The place was neat and very clean, even the countertops in front of the me were uncluttered and arranged systematically like one would with a dining table on Thanksgiving. I am confident they follow all procedures regarding cleaning, disinfection and sanitation. There was only a single chair in the waiting area suggesting that patrons wait outside. Everyone wore a mask, even I. She would partially remove the straps on mine, only if she had to. I read they use fresh At the end, I am very happy with my haircut. Fortunately, Sports clips allow you to check-in online and choose your stylist. Sport Clips is a little bit pricier that most hair salons.

Juila is a wonderful stylist. She cut my hair perfectly to what I wanted. Blended it out very nice. The wash was good she got all the lose hair out in one go. She sold me on some tee tree leaving conditioner that makes my hair so soft. Will be coming back for my next haircut.

I was very impressed with the staff. My stylist was very friendly and extremely attentive. I will see you guys again next month. Keep up the great customer service. Tip your stylist guys!

I barely leave reviews but I got the MVP here and oh my gosh the hair stylist Linda was massaging my soul even though it was just her putting shampoo in my hair. It was the best experience I’ve ever had a sports clips.

Julia was fantastic!!! She listened to me and Took care of me with amazing detail. I’m very picky and finicky when it comes to my hair. Especially coming to a new salon. I was in a pinch and Julia came through for me. If you are in need and are in the area don’t hesitate to ask for Julia she is awesome!

Took my husband here to get his hair cut. Very clean and staff is great. Defiantly would recommend and will be back again.

Pregnant in nine months checked in online for my son. Made us wait 40 min then when on deck switches for another 17 minutes because they took other 2 people . Horrible service, told Julia and no reaction. Worst place ever !!!

Ive been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Cant understand why some of the reviews are negative. If its busy you can check in and then go to Walmart or Panera instead of waiting. Better yet, dont wait till the last minute to get your hair cut and go early. Every stylist there has been polite to me. I prefer the Triple Play and scalp treatment.

Absolute WORST customer service Ive ever encountered, especially from 2nd rate stylists. Always a wait, even when there shouldnt be and terrible customer service.

Only slightly above 1 star because the facilities are good as well as the haircuts. The disproportionately high prices and incredibly long waits for the few people waiting is why Ill never be back.

Complete waste of my time. Always long lines, never enough stylists, slow when they finally get to you. I ask for clippers on the sides and back, and trim on top, should not be more than 10 minutes. They use 30 minutes.
