Great experience! I suffer from vertigo and I called all over to find a spa that would offer me special accommodations. This was the ONLY one who would and Jen did great! I got eyelash extensions for the first time. Jen was patient and very understanding. A very warm, beautiful, and inviting atmosphere.The lashes turned out just how I wanted them!

I felt safe and comfortable given we are still dealing with the COVID 19 pandemic. Owner and front desk greeter were both friendly and conversational. I will definitely return and also try additional services.

My lip was cut open and it was a shame that she acted as if it didnt happen and failed to mention it to me..Thats not good customer service.. I purchased a Groupon from this place last year. I made an appointment and when was time to go, I had a work assignment extended and had to be out the country longer than I expected.A couple days before the Groupon was expired, I called to make another appointment. I spoke with the owner, she was very rude and not only treated my Groupon as an expired Groupon (when it wasn’t) she also added all types of fees to my “no-show”. I understand that she was maybe upset about the no-show, but as a business owner it is her JOB to understand clients and give them that courtesy. Seems like she has no need for new clients/business, if you are looking for these services I advise you to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
