Me and my Godmother were walk ins but the wait wasnt long. The technicians were very attentive to our needs. We received manicures and I had my eyebrows waxed.. We used to go there years ago when my Godmother lived in the area and it was good to be back. The techs were personable.

They did a terrible job on my eyebrows. I look like I have no hair on then just horrible .

Great first time experience. Give yourself time to find parking. Pay the meter. Customers were talking about tickets. Nails have lasted, just need to be filled in from growth. Told Michelle that I work on cars all day and she knew what I needed to keep my nails from breaking. Hands are healthier due to her help. Love my nails. So many compliments.

So I went in my mail broke she said you have to pay $2 for a mask like I’m bringing you business and your gonna charge me for a mask? R u serious? They were very rude am unprofessional I haven’t for my nails done yet but there went the tip and I’m mot leaving til they ate the exact way I want them. Then some lady curled up on the couch said you don’t have to do anything here. Yiu can go somewhere else needless to say the state WILL be called today! If my nails are not to satisfaction they r gonna fix them til I’mHappy

Went in and stood at the counter for ten minutes before someone asked what they could do for me. Nobody ever greeted me. The place is raggedy and needs a good clean. I ended up leaving and spending my money else where, I was so uncomfortable.

The lady named Kim does not know what she is doing or she is messing up peoples nails and eyebrows on purpose! Honestly i believe she purposefully mess up your eyebrows if you dont get your nails done too. Kim will mess up your nails if you dont get the gel acrylic and ask for regular acrylic. If you need anything done i recommend asking for the young girl Michelle personally or going to another shop!! Theses are my personal experiences at Nails Today with the tech named Kim. Im gonna let anyone with ears know what kind of professional this lady is not!

I almost punched the technician in the face. I wanted a refill. She wanted the nails to come off so I could get a full set. She abruptly I pulled out a tool and began to tear off the nails. She broke my natural nails and my fingers were sore for weeks. She honestly should have been charged with assault hurting my fingers like that. Especially since I told her to stop multiple times. She ripped all the nails off so fast that I barely had time to react. I almost punched her in the face as a natural instinct to being harmed. A big argument broke out and I refused to pay her a drop. NEVER EVER GO TO THESE CRAZY, IGNORANT PEOPLE.

This place is very unprofessional. There was not a book where you sign in so that no one will miss their spot in line. They do not talk to you nicely here. The dryers barely work. Poorly staffed. Just an overall terrible experience. Will never come here again.

Kim, Michelle, and bobby are all excellent nail techs. Been going here for years. They are very professional and fast. They do my nails and eyebrows all the time. I wont go anywhere else. They have the most up to date items too. Chrome, ombré acrylic, holographic chrome, glow in the dark acrylic and polish. And their free hand designs are on point. I take my girls and my nieces here. Everyone always complements my nails.

This. Please have me never wanting to get my nails done ever again. I asked for stiletto nails and she cut them so low that the stiletto started at my nail be so when I asked her today if she can reach him again because I do not like the way she did my nails she attempted to charge me an additional $25 for a full set because she messed up my nails when I was asking for fill. I thought the place that I went to the Monroeville was horrible this with the cake and I said because I live out of state and I guess maybe my standards are very high for Pittsburgh nail techs

I have been going here for years, the owner Kim has been doing my nails since I was in fifth grade and still does my nails till this day . I always have a great experience an wonderful time every time I go here with my mom .. They take good care of their customers an they always do a great job on my nails especially when they do a freestyle design on them . I always only go to this nail shop for my eyebrows an nails

Nails came out okay but she rushed While doing them and cut me a few times. Need to take your time and pay more attention to how low you’re cutting the cubicles because it doesn’t feel good.

Didnt get my nails done. Sat done and watched techs do nails and didnt acknowledge me the whole fifteen minutes I was there. Place wasnt up to par anyways.

Let me start with this: my nails are not messed up. However, the customer service (because this is a place where that is applicable) was absolutely horrendous. She spent the whole time on her phone or watching a tv show. If I hadn’t asked her to even out the length is my nails, I would’ve walked out with a thumb and pinky that could kill... She was quite rude and despite not having hurt me or ruined my nails, for the $40 you charged me, the least I except is to be treated well. I’m from out of town and I really wanted to treat myself and I failed. If you care about how you are treated during your nail experience, find another place.

I love going here been here since Kim opened her shop decades ago .... Love the staff wouldnt trade her in for nothing ... Thx again Kim for all your services....

Went there today they did a horrible job on my daughters nail. When my daughter told me she didnt like them the heavy set lady with the limp started talking their language. She came over to us looked at my daughters nail and started yelling being rude. I told my daughter this is just a place that we NEVER come back to. The polish job was terrible on my daughter and my niece and they charge for coffin nail and they did regular box nails.

If I could give a negative one star I WOULD! I waited 3 hours for my nails to get done. While getting my nails soaked off the lady named Kim and the other Chinese lady kept making jokes about my old set. The place is dirty, I went to the bathroom no soap in sight! The man that did my nails tried ripping them off before soaking them! I also got charged an xtra 5$ for my nails and they are not long at all. I only came here because I work in the area and needed them done desperately but I rather keep searching! I’m disgusted, disappointed and will never spend another penny with this trashy place!

I was very disgusted when i left here today, they do not care about their customers at all. I had a terrible visit, the employees were arguing and cursing with customers not to mention myself too because they were confronted on the terrible job they did on nails. I will not give this place another penny!

Got my toes done here while pregnant shortly after my toes began to hurt thinking it was pregnancy and swollen ankles I paid not much mind to it. Its 5 months later and I cant out pressure on my feet without my toes being in pain .
