I hired Tonya and her team for a corporate event that I had to set up as an event coordinator and it was over the top amazing!!! I cannot express how grateful I am to have found and met Tonya. A bit of background information: My dad and I had planned what we thought was the perfect graduation party for my mom, a physician, graduating from her Surgery Residency Program at AGH. Just two weeks prior to the party we had been planning for 9 months, the “host” of the party completely backed out on us without any warning. We were panicking, as we had family and friends flying in from all over the country to attend this fabulous weekend we had planned, and less than 2 weeks to replan a party that the guests and, most importantly, my mom, would love. I spent hours emailing venues and searching for a plan B, to no avail. That is when I found Tonya through a good old fashioned Google search. I honestly thought she would laugh and tell me what I was afraid to be true, that we couldn’t make this work in less than 2 weeks. To my surprise, she was 100% ready to take on our party, and she even knew exactly who I was talking about when I told her about our original “host” cancelling on us. Tonya was incredibly kind and handled the situation with such confidence. Within hours she had us in contact with one of (if not THE) top people of the Gateway Clipper Fleet. I told Tonya that I had emailed and called them a few days prior and had not heard back from them. I couldn’t believe she was able to get us in contact with exactly who we needed the same day I had called her. Tonya facilitated a dinner cruise for all of our guests and made sure that my dad and I were able to give my mom the graduation party she deserved. I cannot thank Tonya enough for handling our crazy situation with such ease, and for making us feel as though we had been friends with her our entire lives. She truly does have the best connections! BINGO BLITZ NIGHT EVENT PITTSBURGH JAY VERNO STUDIOS JULY 31, 2021. Wow, where to start. Tonya and the other Blitzy team members put together a great show . Everyone was friendly, made some new friends, the food was great .The show Vy Vyxn Vyxn and the other female impersonators put on a awesome show, there were parts that made me laugh out loud . Tonya and Sean helped us with our holiday party this year. Because of COVID, we had it at our place of business to make social distancing easy. Tonya helped with table decorations which were simple but elegant. Sean and Tonya helped to set up the food, kept everyones drinks flowing and made sure the place was as clean as it was before the party started. Working with Tonya was a breeze. I rented linens from her for a bridal shower and they were fantastic! She delivered them perfectly pressed and added in extras just in case, outside of what I requested. Drop-off was easy as well and I had multiple people come up to me at the shower and ask for her information for their events as well. Highly recommend working with her on any of her services. I dont know how I would have done this wedding without the help of Tonya and her girls. They were awesome! Tonya was so incredibly accommodating from day 1. I had pretty much all my wedding planned out and done myself (mistake, dont try and do that!) and my vendors were all over the place and I was just so completely overwhelmed with stress and didnt know what to do, so I hired her 2 months before my wedding and she came right in and took ownership of everything. She went through all the paperwork I had from every vendors. she got in contact with all of my vendors, and worked with them for me so I really could just relax finally and focus on what I needed to for my big day. Her girls were on site for our rehearsal and the day of and they, again, worked with all of my vendors so I had absolutely nothing to worry about besides arriving to my venue and getting married. They did the set up and clean up and they told us step by step what we would be doing. Tonya made herself available to answer any questions via text/call/email at all times. I could not have done it without them. I will recommend them to everyone!

Im a marketing coordinator for Pittsburgh City Paper. Tonya did an amazing job at coordinating 2 of City Papers major events (Coloring in the Square & Battle of the Bands) and handling run of show. We utilized Weddings and Events of Pittsburgh to plan our open house when we moved to our new office in 2016. OMG - the attention to little details will leave you speechless!!! Tonya and her team thought of absolutely everything, and stuff I would have never even known to consider. I was on a pretty tight budget being a newer business, and Tonya gave us tips and tricks to save money and still hold a really classy event. We even had tables for folks to gather around with coverings IN OUR COMPANY COLORS!!! Who thinks about that stuff??? Tonya and her team do! I wish I could have an open house and ribbon cutting every year, because we had rave reviews from all of our attendees, our sponsors got to meet a ton of new people, and our business has become more known in our local community.
