Loved my stay at the AC Pittsburgh. The room was very clean and stylish. The most comfortable hotel pillows I have ever slept on. Slept great and its very difficult for me to get a good night sleep in hotels, The overhead shower was amazing! All of the staff I encountered were attentive, personable, and professional. Really nice hotel. Will definitely be back!
Other then hitch at check in and no longer doing onsite parking our stay was fantastic.
Modern European flair in its design. The hotel is situated close to the convention center, yet also close to a highly utilized freight railroad track. The train screeching can certainly be heard in the hotel, but the hotel tries to have good sound insulation and also provides very useful white noise machines in the rooms that help mask the train sounds. If you are one who is very sensitive to even the slightest overnight noise, you might be impacted. We were not, and as such were able to enjoy the hotels affordable prices, convenient location, affordable parking lot directly across the street, helpful and pleasant staff, and overall quietness of the property. We were in town to catch a couple of Pirates games at PNC Park and were able to easily make the 20 minute walk each way to and from the stadium.
We had a pleasant time at the AC Hotel. The concierge and bartender were very nice. This was the only staff that weve seen however. Where is everyone? The hotel seems kind of empty even though there are guest here in rooms. The hotel staff is super nice and will go out of their way to accommodate you. The lobby is located on the second most top floor (fact check me). I think the weight room is located above or below that. Happy with our stay. I will say that businesses close around this area earlier than expected. Which is weird.
Had a wonderful stay at the AC Marriott! Mostly thanks to the wonderful front desk staff who took great care of us. Percy and Kia are wonderful, warm people who made sure we had a comfortable stay and a memorable first time in Pittsburgh. Thank you both for everything!!!
Nice hotel to stay at, rooms were clean and nicely decorated- room had a fridge & safe, no microwave if anyone was wondering :)Front desk staff was very nice & brought us extra towels and plates / utensils when requested (we were in town late and ordered pizza for dinner as nothing much was open)We paid for public parking across the street it seemed safe & we had no problems. Area seemed nice & there is a small coffee shop on the corner (only open till 2pm) Within walking distance of food and things to do.
A beautiful, clean hotel that’s close to everything downtown Pittsburgh has to offer. Would definitely come back!
Modern design and comfort ⅕. Close to city ⅖.Restaurant closed due to COVID while other hotels have theirs open. No cleaning service due to COVID. No room service due to COVID. VERY slow response when you ask for even an extra set of towels. Would avoid if possible. A bad representation of AC Marriott.
This hotel was okay. Upon checking, I was not greeted, thanked for my loyalty (Diamond member!), or even provided with eye contact. Within 5 seconds of being at the desk they asked for my credit card for accidentals. The room was fine, other than the fact that no toiletries were provided. The staff were very curt when I asked for some later on and went down to get them myself. I was given an “upgrade with a city view” only to have a room facing a massive parking lot. Photos to prove it. In general, it seems like this hotel needs a bit of work around the edges. I’d prefer to stay elsewhere in PGH if I return.
The atmosphere and settings were amazing. I enjoyed the strip district
Loved the place, going back again, rea soon..very friendly employees..
Lovely hotel. Comfy beds and pillows, generous noon checkout, and the bartender Tim is amazing
The location was very convenient and the hotel it’s self looks very new and very beautiful. Although the bar and cafe were closed, the downtown location made it easy to find food within walking distance. The only downside is the room was very cold and took a while to heat back up and if you left “it sensed” it thus returning to a cold room. The refrigerator was a bit tricky and took a while to get cold but over all the stay was lovely the people were nice, and I’ll definitely be returning.
Very nice hotel. No carpet in the rooms, Im a big fan of that.
No valet parking & lobby is locked by key card, making check in quite difficult, where reception is located in top floor. We were fortunate other guests happened to let us in, when no one responded to the hotel guest phone for entry.Service was lacking - for example, 2 queen beds for 4 registered guests & only 2 bath towels were provided? Even though I requested addl towels pre-checkin via Marriott mobile app.Try the AC franchise, but recommend try out a different location. My stays are several other AC Hotel by Marriott properties have been a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this was not one of them.
Great staff; very professional, friendly and welcoming!
This place was nice.. the lobby was on the top floor. It was modern and stylish. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Travel a lot for work and stay in frequent hotels in Pittsburgh. Would definitely return here it was close to downtown and strip district but tucked away and quiet. Safe and secure you can’t get in the main entrance, the lobby without a key card and you also only have access to your specific floor. Amenities were down because of Covid but all in all a nice hotel!
We enjoyed our stay very much. We were close to downtown and resturants. Jessica Gable was very pleasant, and polite. We enjoyed sitting in the closed bar area looking over the city and chatting with her. We were able to use the citys Uber system to get to places to purchase beer and ice. We will stay at the AC Hotel Marriott Pittsburgh next time we come to visit the city
Super clean, modern and comfortable. Only downside was not having fresh towels or housekeeping daily...I dont think you should have to ask for those things when staying in a hotel.
It worked for sleeping. When we got to our room there was rotten milk still in the fridge.
Terrible hotel. No in room microwave, they call their drink coolers for refrigerators but they are no where close to a fridge, take forever to cool anything down. No grab and go breakfast, no guest laundry, and a single beer is $7.50...
The rooms are quite large and very clean. Personnel is limited due to the pandemic, but the front desk tried its best. Most of the amenities are closed, of which Im grateful. My partner loved the shower and the seemingly floating bed was actually comfortable. All in all, it isnt bad for the price. My only complaint is that the complimentary waters were incredibly, small lol Given the circumstances, full size waters wouldve been a lovely touch.
Awful service, they even service your room but they charge over $400 to stay there......skip it!
Its a nice hotel with great decor but its extra dry and most things are closed. The staff is lacking and kind of dismissive and rude as well. I definitely wont be back here.
Percy provided excellent service during my first stay...I’ll be back.
Marriott this is unacceptable.....Rooms are not clean, floors havent been vaccumed and counters beside bed were not dusted or cleaned. This was true for both rooms, we asked for a new room after checking in and seeing how dirty the first room was. Absolutely no amenities. No drink service even to take back to your room. No Continental breakfasts. All off this can be done with zero contact for covid. And all for the original price. And no parking. None of this was communicated before purchasing our stay. Questioning our continued membership with your business.
As others have said staff isn’t friendly, gives you short answers to questions like your bothering him and it seems like they were talking about Percy which is who I’m describing. Super uncomfortable and rude to ask someone what site they booked their room through AFTER they’ve checked in. Why do you want to know how much I’ve paid? Such a sellout and Uncle Tom. You don’t get paid that much to act the way you do bro 😂 Don’t forget the color of the skin your n. Would’ve stayed at Homewood Suites but they’re incidental is a few hundred but there staff was very friendly and understanding.
1st time staying here will return again
This is a very clean hotel, stylish and the staff were all incredible! The valets are all wonderful. Bartenders are super friendly and the front desk staff is very professional. The room was very clean, roomy and there’s lots of storage space. The only negatives were that there was is not a lot in terms of selection of beer/wine at the bar, if you plan on drinking there. Also, the coffee machine in the room only makes one cup of coffee and they only give you one serving to make. You can ask for more at the front desk but there’s also a Starbucks right around the corner. The location is great, awesome atmosphere and definitely will stay here again next time I’m in Pittsburgh.
I recently stayed at the AC hotel in Pittsburgh. I loved the modern look of the hotel. It was lovely at night when I would go back to my room, they supplied fresh lavender that you could put in little ouches and take back to your room. It was so nice to help me relax and sleep at night. The staff was very attentive. The only down side of the hotel is that they had no self parking and it was required to use valet parking, which I actually enjoyed. All in all, i would stay there again. It was a great hotel.
Called to ask for corporate rate the desk staff was short. Im here in Pittsburgh for a very long contract and have already been here for 3.5 months. She told me the opened back 10 days ago. I asked about gym, pool she was cutting me off as I was explaining about there being no room service at the Hilton at the moment where Im currently at.... we dont have a pool but if we did it would be closed is what she interrupted with and details about how she has rooms but nothing is open. I was thinking is she even listening to me. Shes bad for business. This is especially a bad time for those of us who travel for work. I needed accomedations instead I got a, Karen, on the line. She was not helpful and rude AF.
The hotel is very clean, the room was very clean, beautiful and very quiet considering the location. (Although I always expect some noise while staying in the middle of a city, this had none!) Staff were great, very polite and friendly. The only thing I missed was having room service and a tub in the bathroom not just a shower. Definitely would stay again though.
It is not a tall skyscraper that greets you with a large sign, it is less than 10 floors tucked away in downtown Pittsburgh. Quiet, clean rooms, a friendly front desk ready to help and answer questions, a friendly bar staff who will make suggestions about foods that can easily be brought to your room. Not a lot of fuss and bother. No long waits for elevators or crowded noisy open areas or hallways. Thanks to a member of Amtrak that mentioned the hotel to me, I am eternally grateful for the suggestion.
My first business trip ever, and my first visit to the AC Hotel. Ive heard about this hotel before just did not have the option of staying here before. Extremely friendly staff and very accomodating to your needs. Hotel bar/restaurant had delicious food with a large variety to choose from. Crisp, clean, modern, and did I mention how amazing the showers were? Wow. Overall, a delightful experience.
What a delightful hotel! Perfect location for enjoying everything Pittsburgh has to offer within walking distance. Excellent restaurant nearby (Eleven). Reasonable self parking across the street. Upper floor lobby has great gathering spaces and a beautiful sunset view indoors and out. Clean, modern room with a comfortable bed and outstanding pillows (love our pillows!). Although we live in Pittsburgh we often come down for an overnight. The AC will definitely be our go-to hotel!
This hotel is great. It is modern and clean. Staff was great and responsive. Great location to the convention center. There was some noise but each room comes with a built in white noise device. Really cool!
The room was above & beyond expectations. Great location for a visit to Pittsburgh. Very modern look to the rooms and excellent customer service, could not recommend this place enough.
Friendly staff....very modern!!!
Our first time at this hotel and Jessie your front desk clerk was so kind and thoughtful which made our stay with you even better!! She left a handwritten note in our room wishing us a Happy Anniversary! We already have made plans to return to this hotel and stay there on our frequent trips to Pittsburgh with our whole family. Five Stars in our book!! Tammy
Loved this hotel. It is in the perfect location to visit all the sights we wanted to see! The room was modern and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Loved the shower! I would certainly recommend this place. We chose a corner room hoping for a great city view. That we did not get! Seeing a rusty old bridge and a crosswalk was not what I had in mind. There was also the constant noise of the trains going by. That was disappointing when we came back from a walking tour and tried to take a quick nap!But the hotel is perfectly located and is beautiful.
We were attending a baseball game, so stayed just one night, but the cost of the room was very good. Best part was, unlike most hotels, there was a wood/laminate floor and this meant no disgusting carpet in the room. White noise machine was great. Room temperature was good. Walking distance to PNC Park.
The AC Hotel is new and modern inside. The entrance is a bit odd in that it is at the side of the garage parking door; it is not exactly obvious but it is the only entrance. You need to take the elevator to the top floor which is the lobby. Rooms are appointed nicely, the beds are comfortable and the shower has 2 shower heads. Doors close quietly. The lobby has a nice seating area and bar that looks out at the river. A train does pass within feet of the hotel on an elevated platform. The hotel sound insulation is pretty good and the trains only once blew a whistle. The backside of the hotel has more concern with the trains. The heating/AC system in the room had a vibration sound at times. Seemed that the AC was going even though it was the middle of winter and it should have been just heat. You heard the AC compressor and at times it vibrated. I hope that is not in all rooms because it was annoying. I turned it off at one point due to the vibration. One day there was no vibration at all but the other two it had vibration at times.
Was in Pittsburgh for business and thoroughly enjoyed the convenience and ammenities in this fine hotel! Super comfy bed, TV with apps, and high end bath. Seventh floor reception and bar area has an amazing relaxed feel - well done AC. Oh, and the gym was a nice size with modern gym equipment. Looking forward to my next stay.
We stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to Pittsburgh. The location was perfect if you are going to be staying in Pittsburgh without a car. Very centrally located and easy walks to most everything. The rooms were very modern and clean, and didnt have any overwhelming fragrance. We were very comfortable there!
Room was perfect and the hotel was clean. But what made the stay 100% OUTSTANDING was the staff member Balwin front desk person A+++ service Outstanding job its because of people like him I will book my stay there next time. Nothing but 5-star service from check-in to check out. A BIG thank you for making Anthrocon amazing. Eric Rockland County NY
Love this location near the Strip & the Convention Center. We usually stay downtown but this was a great deal for the price. Lovely facility, staff was amazing, food good....who can ask for more!
I stayed at the hotel Friday night before my wedding with my sister, and then Saturday with husband. Both nights were amazing. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and accommodating.. even before they knew I was there for my wedding. The room was GORGEOUS and the Corner King was perfect for getting ready with my 2 bridesmaids. The beds were clean and comfortable and I especially loved the white noise machine. Ive stayed at alot of boutique hotels around the Pittsburgh area for staycations... and this was by far my favorite. I will absolutely be back and have already recommended it to anyone who will listen! Thank you for helping make my weekend unforgettable!
First time staying at the AC brand. Within walking distance of conference center. The Lobby was on the top floor, but a key was required to access floors with guest rooms.
Loved my stay at the AC Pittsburgh. Looking forward to more stays. As a business traveler, it made you feel much more at home than almost home did. Fantastic bedding, awesome bar to end the day. Woke up and was able to work out right away! Love this location. Even the freight train is a cool touch!
Great new option located right next to the Convention Center. Beautiful, stylish hotel with excellent service. Nice-sized rooms and bathrooms. High class without being snobby!! I was treated so nicely by everyone here! I will stay again and recommend to friends and business associates. It was very easy to get to and central to Pittsburgh attractions.
Ive stayed 2x at the AC Pittsburgh both time exceeding expectations. Menu is simple, but very good. Solid gym, just a nice place to stay on business. Service and staff were great.
Good downtown location right off the highway. Lobby is on the top floor so you have to lug all your stuff in an elevator to the top floor to check in! Hotel parking is expensive so park across the street in the big parking lot! Overall, the price is too high for the amenities you get. The room is modern and clean.
Did not have a nice experience.
The Hotel is located downtown Pittsburgh making it easy to walk to most places. However, being downtown it is subject to the dirt and street traffic. The outside elevator takes you up to your room or whatever destination but the entrance to that elevator is not very clean. Upon entering the Hotel via the Lobby, by the way, the Lobby is on the top floor, you check in at a desk that is adjacent from the bar and breakfast lounge. Very impressive. The appearance of the Hotel interior is not the issue. The issue lies in the housekeeping lax, misrepresenting the breakfast type, and the view from our room. You may luck out and have a GREAT experience. Like I said, an Upscale flair with many disappointments. On a scale 1-10 Id have to rate this one a very lenient 5.
I attended a meeting here that was all day. The meeting rooms were gorgeous and overlooked the river from several floors up. The environment was comfortable for an all day event, and the room was equipped with state of the art technology which we used.
I requested a room located high up and away from the railroad tracks based on reading other reviewers comments. The hotel accommodated me without problem. The hotel is next to a busy railroad route. The coffee in the room is VERY strong. We could only make 1 cup of caffeinated and there was only one creamer. I like my coffee a little creamier than I was able to do. The lobby clerk was unhelpful. The rules are that you have to pay for coffee in the restaurant even though the hotel didnt provide enough coffee for 2 people. The beds are super comfortable. The shower is more spacious than I would have expected for an european-style hotel. Overall, I would return to this hotel because of its cleanliness, comfort, and location. However, if I came with a group of friends, the lobby and bar area would be too small to accommodate more than 6-8 people.
Very uncluttered roomy bed was very comfortable great cooer fr your cold item shower was hard to figure out
We came downtown for dinner and a show so we stayed here. The hotel still smells new!.. Its so beautiful and clean. Very contemporary! Within walking distance of the theaters and restaurants. I do wish breakfast was better. Maybe offer complimentry continental breakfast. We will stay here again for sure!
Good convenient location near downtown and Strip, food and entertainment. Next to Eleven, trendy restaurant with nice seating concept and great food. The AC hotel concept is unique but great staff. Rooms small but comfortable. One criticism was breakfast. Limited and expensive. Would go back.

This is a really stylish and modern hotel. We LOVED everything about it until the cleaning people were supposed to clean our room and didnt! We had a 1pm Steelers game and we left the room at 11:30am and did not get back to the room until 7:30pm. Upon leaving the room, we saw the cleaning people next door and said to them that our room was ready to be cleaned. When we came back - NOTHING was done. The beds were NOT made, the towels NOT replaced. The soap and shampoos and conditioners etc. were NOT replenished. When my wife and I went to the front desk to discuss the issue, the person at the front desk acted like he didnt care. I EXPECT MUCH BETTER FROM A MARRIOTT!
The AC Hotel is very modern & clean. The staff is wonderful. The location is within walking distance to the Strip District and PPG Paints Arena. The only negative was the bathroom door. Its slides, so there is a small gap & if someone walks in the door the can see you on the toilet. Other than the bathroom door, our room was great. I would definitely stay here again.
We attended an event at the David Lawrence Convention Center. AC Hotel is about a block away. The hotel has a friendly accepting staff, a unique lobby, and smart valet parking program. Although valet parking is $29/day it was worth it to know we would have a place to park. The room was modern and had a place for everything. (We had a lot of gear for the convention). I would definitely stay here in the future! Nice work AC Hotel!
Clean and comfortable hotel with a trendy feel. The service from the front desk could use some improvements, specifically, making guests feel welcome. A simple smile and welcome Mr/Ms Jones - glad to have you back go a long way.
Great new modern hotel with a great location near the Strip District in Pittsburgh. Liked the white noise machine in the room. Had no issues with sound of the train. Great rain shower too.
My new favorite stay in Pittsburg. Be careful of what side your room is on. One view is all dumpsters, service corridors and rodents.
Clean and comfortable. Brian the bartender up on the top floor (where the lobby is) was a mix-master. Great location.
When we drove up there was a nice large parking lot out front as an alternative to the more expensive hotel parking. We had to wait in line for a while at check in because there was only one person working the desk. The Hotel is in a nice location near the river and the amenities are nice. The rooms are very nice with nice furnishings and a well appointed restroom. I would stay there again.
New Hotel. Overall very clean and stylish. Valet parking was nice, attendants were fast and friendly.
Great weekend at the AC Marriott, the staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and updated. Location is close to Strip District and Convention Center, we took Uber for everything that was more than a mile walking distance. Nice coffee shop on the corner and 5 star restaurant next door. Reasonably priced for being so close to everything.
This hotel was by far amazing. Staff was so friendly and hotel had a clean modern vibe. Rooms were so crisp and clean and not to mention up to date with being able to login into Netflix, etc. on the big flat screen tv. Also, the beds are so comfortable. Definitely will be staying again!
Great hotel, very trendy and stylish. Within walking distance to everything. Lobby was cute and bar was nice. Didnt eat breakfast as $16 for it was steep considering there are plenty of places to eat in the area with better options.
Great entertainment for happy hour! Great service in the lounge. Most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!
My wife and I loved our first AC Hotel experience. No carpet, only hard surfaces for better hygiene; extra large shower with 2 heads; suitcase shelf in the room; fridge & microwave; free water; very high speed, free Wi-Fi; very different breakfast; upscale Nespresso coffees at breakfast; covered & secure valet parking; must use a room key for the elevator to stop on guest floors, for added security.
The AC Hotel is a very modern take on simplicity. The rooms are modern but sparse with nice amenities like a refrigerator and safe. The lobby and lounge are located on the top floor, which is a nice twist. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a very nice stay at a very modern hotel.
I dont normally post reviews but I was really impressed with my stay at AC Marriott Pittsburgh All employees I encountered were professional, fun and helpful. The hotel was clean modern and smelled amazing! Even their coffee was good and that is a rare find in hotels.
Sleek design, extremely clean, great deal in the city within a couple minutes for a bunch of bars and restaurants. Friendly staff was very helpful. Great stay!
Very new and clean, modern style and design. the concept is fresh but the delivery misses. very little staff presence, the entry way at the valet needs to have more staff, its very odd not knowing where to go, and when you make it to the lobby its very nice but you still feel kind of abandoned.
We had a pair of AirPods stolen out of my boyfriends truck while it was in the possession of the hotel’s valet. The man that checked us in at the front desk was not pleasant.Aside from that, the room was beautiful. And it’s close to everything!UPDATE: I’ve contacted the hotel multiple times to ask them to look over the security footage & have had no response.Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in a hotel.
Excellent service. Clean, modern building, top notch food. Bartender Larry is the best.
Great checkin experience as the lobby is on the top (7th) floor with views of Pittsburgh. Friendly staff that are eager to please, but seem to be learning-on-the-job a little.Rooms are good - usual cool and high AC standard. My room was on the 5th floor (of 6), but the loud noise of the dumpsters being emptied on a Friday morning and the proximity to the Amtrak/Freight rail line will wake you up at night. There should have been triple/quad glazing on the rear rooms. Close to the Strip District for amazing food and a more eclectic Pittsburgh feel. Cool area!
This hotel is stunning!!! The check in staff is wonderful!!!BUT.... the elevators are confusing to guest that had never stayed there. I never thought I would say that. Really.. how hard was it? Up or down? Seriously it was confusing. I was informed that my reservation for 3 adults only came with 1 [yes, only 1] breakfast. Even though in my confirmation email states, breakfast is included. We decided not to eat breakfast there just because of this hiccup. The room again was stunning. Did not have a microwave. Kind of weird not to have one. The shower in the room was amazing, once I figured out how to work it. Not that hard.Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts. Enjoy your day.
The hotel was beautiful and the location was great. The staff was also amazing. Jack at the bar recommended our group a fantastic restaurant. The downside is the train tracks that run right next to the hotel. Multiple trains ran all night and everyone in our group slept poorly ( we had 4 rooms). They do have white nose machines in the rooms but they cant outdo the train. Otherwise a great place to stay
Do you like being woken up by a freight train at 2:30am? How about 5:30am? 9:30am? Yeah, me either and our room backed right up to train tracks. Miserable nights sleep. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. What genius thought it was a good idea to build a hotel that close to train tracks anyway? Also, no room service available—2 stars (instead of 1) because the hotel was clean, the staff was polite, and the location is convenient for walking to popular tourist destinations.
Great location, terrible staff. Nothing more than a newer property full of new tech that doesnt work like it should. Good luck getting a room change if your AC is broken (no pun intended)...
Comfortable bed clean room-The hotel on the outskirts of the city right next-door to the DAVID L Lawrence convention center. The hotel is very clean But it lacks a comfortable meeting space. Parking was unavailable on the day I was there but there is a lot you can pay for across the street
The AC Hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh is wonderfully located. It is very close to the highway and easy to get to. It is located right next to the convention center and a train station with a decent view of the river. It is also conveniently located between downtown and the arts/shopping district. I picked the hotel as just an overnight stop on a long road trip. Ive never considered Pittsburgh as a destination I want to visit. But the one night stay at this hotel was so wonderful that I would consider going back to visit Pittsburgh. If I ever have to go to Pittsburgh for work, this is where Im staying.
Its a very nice modern type of place. My room was a corner room. Beautiful view of a building(in some disrepair) and the elevated train tracks. I had some concern the constant train traffic might keep me up, but the room had one of those white noise machines! Conveniently located near the train station/ bus station and David L Lawrence center.
Hotel is excellent. However, the bartender this night complained about a trip he took to New Orleans leaving him tired and closed the bar very shortly after midnight on NYE. As people returned from other NYE events he told them the bar was closed. He was also not apologetic at all about this. I expected more.
**PRO TIP**Make sure to get a city view from the top floors totally worth asking for it
Excellent staff, cleanliness, very modern. The hotels exterior isnt the best design, getting luggage in was a pain. A lobby on the top floor is not a great idea. Overall still pleased for the cost.
Overpriced and Terrible Customers Service staff has an Attitude when you ask for things or room services. felt very unwelcome and what was supposed to be a great Valentines day weekend.
I dont feel this property went the extra mile to make a platinum member feel welcomed. Maybe Ive been spoiled by the other brands but this place failed miserably. There are train tracks that are right beside the hotel and rooms facing the rear of property get added sound due to the alley amplifying sound. Great location (right beside convention center and walking distance to nice restaurants) stylish rooms and common area but pricey parking which is valet only.
No carpet in rooms which makes the rooms feel and smell cleaner. Really like the white noise system and the overall space of each room. Didnt take advantage of all amenities due to just staying one night but would definitely go back
Hotel was very clean and staff was great. My only complaint would be it’s a little pricey and no normal closing bathroom door. No privacy.
Very accommodating and comfortable property. Staff is wonderful, beds really comfortable, shower awesome. Cant beat the location, walking distance to pretty much everything. And the lobby bar was great, good food and a nice outside area to view the downtown area.
